Impressive from the moment you step inside, the spacious main level features a soaring cathedral ceiling, a two-story stone hearth, and a wall of windows with breathtaking views. The great room has plenty of seating for everyone to get cozy in front of the fireplace while watching TV.
The open layout flows into a kitchen and dining area that's ideal for serving large groups. Double appliances will please the cooks in your group as they prepare meals that you can share at the two large dining tables. There is additional seating at the kitchen island so that everyone has a spot at mealtime. Access to the deck makes cookouts a breeze too.
Catch up on your beauty rest in the well-appointed primary-on-main. It is furnished with a king bed and a TV. Doors open to the deck where early birds can enjoy stunning sunrise views.
Upstairs, engage in a little competitive camaraderie when you challenge your friends to a game of billiards or shuffleboard in the loft. Two suites flank this space, and each one is decorated with a good night's sleep in mind. They have private balconies that offer some of the best lake views in the house!
Head to the lower level family room to watch the big game or a favorite movie by a crackling fire. You can keep your snacks and drinks handy at the wet bar. There are four spacious bedrooms on this level where you can rest and recharge after a fun day on the lake.
The sleeping quarters continue above the pool room. There are two more bedrooms each with a private bath.
Abundant recreation is truly a highlight of this exceptional retreat. Everyone's eyes will light up at the sight of the indoor (16x28) and outdoor (summer only, 16x45) pools! They will provide hours of entertainment for all ages. Plus, there are indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, and an outdoor fire pit.
The outdoor living space includes an expansive deck that is perfect for dining outdoors, soaking up the sunshine, and savoring a view that extends for miles.
Be sure to bring your tennis racket for the community courts. They are adjacent to the pavilion so you can have a picnic lunch after your game.
Within a five to ten-minute drive, you can find endless opportunities for recreation. Stop by a local marina to rent a boat for the day and explore the lake's miles of shoreline. This is the best way to spend a summer afternoon! Be sure that Deep Creek Lake State Park is on your vacation itinerary too. With a sandy beach for swimming, several playgrounds, hiking trails and kayak rentals, there is no shortage of fun!
