After giving us a code for entry the day before our stay, we were given a second code and told the door lock had been giving them trouble. When we arrived on a Friday evening, neither code worked. We waited over an hour to enter. The "maintenance man" arrived without a key and used a credit card to break into the property. I wrote to say that it was a "joke" to wait an hour for entry, to be let in by a credit card when there was a known door problem. This was their response:
"We are sorry there was a problem with the door and it wouldn't work. Unfortunately the best laid plans can sometimes fail. I am not sure if you are a homeowner but I am sure you have had something fail on your home at the most unhelpful time. We had everyone we could get available to you to help fix your issue. To wait an hour well after our business hours are over on a Friday night is actually not that bad. If it was your personal home, probably couldn't get someone out within an hour to help. Arriving late in the evening is always difficult because if anything goes wrong, it's hard to get a hold of someone. These are residences, not hotels so the same rules that would apply in a home apply here. I hope you can appreciate that everyone did everything they could to get you inside the home and we definitely do not consider ourselves a joke at all and are very sorry there was a problem with your lock and I hope you will not let that 1 hour delay ruin your whole trip and you can reset today and enjoy...

This rental surpassed all of our expectstions. Cleanliness, communication with the property managers, location, and available amenities were more than enough to help us relax after a busy day celebrating our recent University graduate. The beds were comfortable. The whole hoise was spacious, and there was more than enoigh in the kitchen for use to prep meals. We were able to sit comfortably and talk with family without feeling cramped. The rental location is located a stone's throw from just about everywhere. We would DEFINITELY recommend this property to anyone with a family. Thank you for a relaxing place to retreat to!

Great property. A little problem with T the door code, but gave good marks because property management addressed the issue after midnight ( our flight was delayed for 10 hours.

We had five adults stay for four days, to attend reunion and family wedding. The home was comfortable and well supplied; easy to locate. The electronic lock didn't work correctly, which has historically been an issue at this address, and we were told it was fixed. It wasn't. However, luckily it was business hours, and they immediately gave us a code that would work. The garage had a remote that made parking and entering easy. Be aware there are zero bedrooms on main level. The staircase is steep up stairs, and my elderly relatives were a bit intimidated each time they went up or down. the master suite is spacious and very nice. Bed VERY comfortable. The second bedroom has a king, that is firm but room is adequate size. The third is a double size/twin bunk. Only one bedroom for the two rooms, and no mirrors in bedrooms which would be helpful when sharing one small bathroom. Shower curtain is broken and falls whenever you move curtain without holding rod in place. Bathroom needs a few additional towel hooks. Fridge is clean, but leaking water from ice maker, so must stay off. Would help to have temporary sign on freezer door so no one turns ice back on. Sofa has a broken arm and "temporary repaired legs" however it is comfortable and large. Great large TV with many streaming options. Kitchen large and well appointed. Large pantry. Walking path and park area attached our rear of neighborhood. Jacuzzi was sparkling clean and worked well. Fairly priced!

House was exactly like they said. Several reviews mentioned difficulty with front door lock. If a company repair man hadn't been next door, we would not have gotten in. Person on the phone was worthless !! Unlock process they give you is WAY too complex, and it didn't work. Push this, then press this, then push this, then pull this, then press down door handle. And TV's have 500 channels, but NO ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, FS1, CBS Sports. Why is there not an instruction sheet on TV remotes ? Coffee maker didn't work, they brought a new one over in a couple of hours. All in all, liked the house. Change the door unlock process !!!

Entry code provided was incorrect and we were locked out and unable to enter the property until 11 p.m. We had to wait in the driveway for three hours. We called the number for the host and the person we got was extremely rude and had an attitude and was not helpful. After three hours they were finally able to to get a hold of onsite maintenance and get us in.

This property was perfect for a quick ski trip with our kids. We had a great time playing ping pong, the kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean.

My family and I stayed at this rental for our annual ski vacation. The location was good, close to many shops and restaurants and a convenient drive to the mountain.
The house itself needs some attention. Our code didn’t work on the door when we arrived and it was very hard to get the deadbolt to open or close from the outside. We had planned to cook the first night and found that the majority of the items in the kitchen were dirty and crusty from the previous guests. After driving 8 hours, we were disappointed to have to do someone else’s dishes. When finally sitting down to relax, we found stains on the couch in the living room and to say it was uncomfortable is an understatement.
We were excited about the ping pong table and air hockey table in the basement but found that all the paddles were damaged and broken and neither game was usable.
On our second day in the rental we received a call letting us know maintenance was coming to fix the ice maker. We knew it was broken when we arrived but hadn’t complained. We informed the management team that we did not feel comfortable with maintenance coming into our rental when we weren’t there.
The final straw was after a long day on the slopes we headed back to the house only to find that a worker was emptying the hot tub and we would not be able to use it for 4-5 hours while the water warmed back up. Utterly disappointing when that is why we booked the house.
I would not rent from this management group again. The home is in a nice location but isn’t worth the other items that came up during the trip.

The only glitch was our access code did not work when I arrived at night and it took 20 min to reach the on call group. Hot tub was perfect after skiing and was clean. We would stay here again.

The rental served it purpose with great location. Our only feedback areas are cleanliness and nonfunctional hot tub. The pictures made the living room look larger and nicer than in reality. Upon crawling into the bed the first night (after 8 hours of travel) we found crumbs under the pillows and ultimately dirty sheets we had to stay up washing. Furthermore after coming home from our first trip to the slopes, we discovered our hot tub was cold and nonfunctional... a large reason we chose the house.

Nice townhome, big basement with pingpong table and air hockey. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Hot tub and bbq on the deck worked well. Nice to have a garage door opener, we used it all the time and parked the car in the garage. We used the house as a base camp for skiing. Alta and Snowbird were about 1/2 hour from the house. Overall, a great time was had by all. Location was great, close to food and shopping, easy to get to from airport and everywhere. The gas fireplace was nice. Quiet area.

This place was great. As expected and lovely. It is conveniently located near shopping, etc., but far enough away that nighttime was plenty quiet. Everything functioned, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again. We did not have kids with us, but the basement would have been a great place for games and fun.

All in all, we enjoyed our week long holiday vacation at this property with some hiccups that could be easily amended by management to make it truly special.
After the derailing of covid, we had hoped that the housekeeping would have improved since 2020 but the kitchen, bathrooms and floors seem
to be only consistently surface cleaned after reading through all of the past reviews. We felt like we needed to clean away the crumbs and the prior guests' remnants when we arrived which was not what we had hoped for after a long flight.
A good deep clean and maintenance would go miles for this rental because it does have so much potential!
Beds and bedding were very comfortable and they supplied enough towels, kitchen utensils and dinnerware for 12 and we only had 7 in our party.
Proximity to all of the ski resorts is why we had booked this rental...but be forewarned if there is a snow storm it becomes a bit treacherous trying to get up and down the mountain pass for skiing, snowmobiling, etc. We understand that the storms we experienced were unique for Christmas time but 6+ inches of snow caused quite a bit of disruption getting to and from Park City, Alta, Snowbird, and the airport!
The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working (we didn't request for this to be fixed knowing that it would take quite a bit of time to do so in our week stay and most of the blinds on the windows were also bent and broken). I mention these blinds because this rental literally backs up to other properties within 10ft or so of each other so you want those blinds to work for some privacy).
Concierge services with the management company no longer offered in-home massages or grocery delivery during the holidays which we expected but be forewarned of this if you try to travel during Christmas Eve/Day and New Years Eve/Day as you will be extremely limited to what you can prepare for prior to going off on those magical ski/snowboard/snowmobile days that you've booked in advance!
We have stayed in many rentals across the country and beyond and truly expect to see some wear and tear but this seemed to be a bit extra that could be so easily remedied.
If the cleaning and maintenance were up to the usual standards, we would highly recommend this rental as a hidden gem to others wanting a ski rental that is close to multiple ski resorts on top of having the opportunity to explore SL during your down time!

We flew family in for a wedding. We loved: proximity to SLC, stores and restaurants; the spaciousness, cleanliness, comfortable beds, garage, and numerous amenities of this property. It has several spots for gathering: the living room, loft area, game room, small back porch, and kitchen. This allowed family privacy to separate into small groups to chat and easily reconvene for meals.
The hot tub, barbecue gas grill, outdoor fire ring and game room were huge hits. The kitchen was equipped with essentials for cooking. The indoor spa tub in the master bath and walk-in shower were also great. No complaints.

The property was clean and comfortable although the patio could have used some attention. The propane tanks were empty and it needed a good sweeping but the property manager took care of getting the tanks filled as soon as it was addressed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and ice in the freezer. It would have been nice to have a few cooking Essentials other than just salt and pepper but we managed. The house was in a comfortable and relatively quiet neighborhood, great location for our needs.

The beds were super comfortable, slightly on the firmer side which I love. I'm usually a hot sleeper, especially when the bedrooms are upstairs but the house was very well insulated and the AC unit worked extremely well. The bunk bed room was perfect for our three year old and we took the room next to his so we could hear if he got up in the night, great setup for little kids. Our little guy also loved the game room setup in the basement and spent many hours playing down there as it rained for the first two days of our stay.
The location was perfect, located in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac next to a really cool park for kiddo's and a walking track. Grocery stores are super close, Whole Foods was a short 7 min drive.
The only down side of this property was that it could use a good scrubbing. While all the bathrooms, kitchen were very clean, the walls/door had some stains and the blinds were pretty grimy. I spilled something on the floor in the kitchen and got some kitchen spray to clean it up and the paper towel came up black, which was kind of gross.
Even with that though, we would probably stay here again although I'd love it if management would do a deep clean of this property, then I'd be able to give this place 5 stars instead of 4.
