Te hacen sentir muy especial. Definivitamente mi estancia fue demasiado agradable, y mas en estas fechas navideñas fue algo magico. Gracias por todo! Tenemos que volver :)

Beautiful old historic house in good location. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Plenty of parking. Staff very friendly.
The house is on 2 busy streets with plenty of construction trucks since Heber City is growing rapidly. This created a lot of noise inside and outside the B&B, which is no fault of the owner, of course. We left the air conditioner on all night which acted as "white noise" to block most of the traffic noise.

My wife absolutely loved the site we stayed in. It was very cozy, the bathtub was excellent, the little balcony was very relaxing, especially early in the morning to listen to the calmness of the morning and get some amazingly fresh clean air. Will definitely stay here again. The staff was awesome and very accommodating.

Everything was wonderful except for the road traffic outside. There are 2 very busy roads that kept us awake. No fault of bed and breakfast. Just the location. The house is amazing! The breakfast was amazing! The staff were amazing!
The noise from the traffic.

Very well kept
The check in process wasn’t very formal which wouldn’t have been bad except they didn’t check ID’s or reservation numbers and gave one couple our room. It all got figured out.

Very cozy and comfortable. The made to order crepe or egg breakfast (and a few other options) was excellent and the service was great. Location is good - we walked to dinner every night - just a few blocks off the main drag. The rooms seem to be well spaced, both on the same floor and with floors above (at least my room was!).
I know they are going for rustic, but my dresser's drawers were tough to open and close. The free standing tub with shower add-on was a bit to deal with. The street noise was worse than expected, but not too bad.

Beautiful, historic home. Walking distance to the park and Dairy Keen, a local shake shack, and the Heber Valley Railroad.
Their was a floral air freshener in our room that was a little strong smelling, otherwise everything was wonderful.

Communication with this B&B was phenomenal! No guessing required. The rooms were separated by hospitality closets offering way more seclusion and privacy than expected. The manager is friendly and respectful, reading people well to know if they want conversation or just bare minimum contact. What a gem! Breakfast was absolutely indulgent, and will be part of the "remember when....." conversations we have when we talk about this trip.
Literally can't think of a single thing.

I loved the charm and history of it all. The second you open the front door it’s like you stepped back in time. The rooms were adorable with the absolute finest touch of antique living style while also keeping modern utilities.
There are so many details in every little thing you see. Literally. From decorations, to wall paper, to the flooring, to the trim, seating area, books, tables..etc. I can go on and on. The cleaning staff do a remarkable job at keeping up with the cleanliness of it all. While it looks old and antique like, it does not smell nor feel yucky or dusty. Not even in the slightest.
Great place! Can’t say enough about it.
The candy that sits in the glass jars in the bedroom, taste like the air fresheners (I’m assuming) that are sprayed to help make the rooms smell clean.

Our stay at the inn was exceptional.
The owner upgraded our room to the spa room, which was a very nice surprise. The staff are extremely nice, and gave us a lot of information and history of the area.
Breakfast was exceptional! There is a chef that cooks your breakfast to order and truly puts his heart into it! Absolutely delicious.
The room was nicely done, very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for driving into the beautiful surrounding mountains.
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, and clean place to stay.

The staff was amazing (; super friendly. The breakfast experience was great. I would stay here again. The negatives box is very minimal to me.
We had to search for the plug for the tub (it was under the tub). The bed when sat on made a air balloon in the middle due to the protector.
