Overall very comfortable for the price

It was nice and the beds were very comfortable.

The tub in the first room was dirty but I was moved to a different room. The rooms need to be deodorized.

It was probably the worst stay I have had in a while.

The only thing I like was the location. It was very close to the event space.

First I did not get the room that I booked. Then the hotel and rooms had a horrible odor. The breakfast area was not restock and the area was duty. The refrigerator in my room was dirty. I was very overwhelming.

Not up to par!

Room was clean

Asked for a room close to handicapped parking - was put in the same room nowhere near the handicapped parking- asked for a room with a bath, got a shower with a chair- no toilet paper - toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall leaving a huge hole in the wall - no coffeemaker in room I believe these rooms at the end of the main floor are used for those who use Booking .com

Never again.

The location, the staff was nice and friendly.

The manager was rude and kept interrupting me. The breakfast was a yogurt and a waffle, the coffee was cold the second morning.

Pleasant

After placing us in a clean room. The rooms are nice. Love the up dated hotel and location.

The night staff was rude, and especially the young lady that was holding the role of management was completely unprofessional and does not need to be in that position. I do not see us spending our money here again after dealing with the unprofessional staff .

There were people standing at the front door smoking which was unpleasant, there was very little toilet paper in the bathroom which would have been a problem had I not caught it before going to the bathroom, had to track down a new roll as they don't put an extra roll in the bathrooms. There was a plastic bag on the smoke detector in my room. I booked a King and it was not ready at check in at 5:30pm so I got a queen bed. Thankful for a clean room.

No smoking at the front entrance doorway, very little toilet paper in the bathroom and remove the plastic bag off the smoke alarm.

A good value and fit my travel needs.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, the breakfast was either cereal, waffles or yogurt. Not much of a choice for people with disabilities.

Adequate for the price, did not live up to a hot breakfast

Breakfast was not available. Coffee wasn’t ready until after 7:30 both mornings

price was fair, room accomodations were good everything else was poor,

was told they had hot breakfast, but all they had was waffles, ran out of coffee, had no creamer one day, no pastries, very disappointing

first time I ever went to a multi floor motel that had no elevator, had to carry luggage up stairs, poor for elderly folks

My new preferred hotel on Whiskey. Staff is extremely friendly and go out their way to best serve.

Rooms have new room smell as it was completely renovated. Half the price as the hotels next door, Holiday inn and Hampton Inn, which have old TVs and Furniture. This hotel had 55inch TV and everything new
