Luxurious townhome with stunning views of the water! Enjoy your morning coffee from your private balcony right outside your bedroom. Located just steps from the beach in a quaint beach community. This spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath offers gorgeous granite countertops, luxury tile wood floors, all new furniture, king size mattresses in both bedrooms, a queen pullout sofa, HDTV and WIFI. Both bedrooms feature their own balcony as well as a spacious back patio for grilling. Back yard area is fenced in for privacy. We are conveniently located within walking distance to a fabulous restaurant offering seafood and live music! The beach is just a short walk down a beautiful street lined with oak trees. Escape to our little oasis on the gulf coast!

The house was exactly as advertised it was very clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The townhome is close to everything in both directions, and very close to the beach. The owners communicated well and even allowed early check in if the previous renter vacated early enough. That is very rare. Overall a great time.

We are from Kentucky and passing through on the way to move our son into school at Rice University in Houston. The stay was an easy check in and check out. The home was immaculate and the owners provided timely and helpful communication. Great Stay

The place was clean. The bed was super comfy! We came to the area to spend some time with our son and his family before they transfer to Guam for 3 years military duty. They are in base temporary housing during transition so we were able to hangout out in this spacious home and they were able to go back and sleep in their place.

I really like the place it was comfortable, peaceful and very quiet neighborhood the neighbors next door was very friendly and the place was clean and had everything I needed for a great stay will definitely stay in another one of their vacation homes I loved it thanks for a wonderful time.

My family went to stay for a quick trip and we had such a great time! The house is beautiful, quiet and soooo close to the beach. This house is close to everything! Amazing neighborhood and the backyard was helpful for my toddler to play and for us to relax. I have already recommended this place to 3 people. The owners are so kind. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for our family of three. Great location, great description & just what our family needed to get away for the weekend. We will look to come here again the next time we need a quick getaway! Hosts were great & easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We came to Gulfport for a soccer tournament and my son and I stayed here with his fellow teammate and teammate's mom. Each room was perfect for 2. The king bed was plenty large enough to share with my son without it being overcrowded or wierd, lol. It was nice to have so many outdoor options to enjoy. The balconies attached to each room were my favorite part! One faces an adorable street and the other faces an open field with a large green lot and a beautiful giant Oak tree full of life. The townhome was clean, spacious, well equipped and we loved the location. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to the beach and Felix's Restaurant. The Shrimp and Grits were DELICIOUS. Mindy and Brian were extremely kind and helpful. We would highly recommended this place and would book again in a heartbeat!

The owners are great and respond very quickly. The duplex is very nice, comfortable beds, all the amenities you need. You are only a few houses from the beach.

Renters are helpful. Check out was so simple. The place was cozy and neighborhood was quiet. Walk to the beach was easy. Accidental surprise was the beautiful customized cars we were able to see for cruising the coast. We would totally rent this property again!

Great location, easy to book, and good communication. The only negative is the upstairs bedroom smelled of urine , maybe at one time they allowed dogs, even though the place was clean the urine and mold smell is hard to eliminate. I am sure that’s why so many plug ins. I did buy a portable air purifier, that helped!

Brought my sister here for the weekend to watch a Reba concert! We could walk to the beach and Felix’s to eat. The place was so nice and a perfect place for a getaway! Totally will come back!

Even better than expected!! The house was so cute and had lots of room! We loved the personal letter that was left for our family, such a cute touch. We were also grateful for the water bottles left for us in the kitchen (we got in late and didn't have a chance to go to the store) Loved the fact they had two king beds, the backyard was also very nice. No complaints at all, great location! We will book again!

We stayed at this property for a short girls weekend. The weather was rainy and chilly all weekend, but the rental was cozy and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. We walked to Felix’s restaurant to pick up lunch, which was super convenient!
