Breakfast good, cozy room , polite personall, camfortable bed,
daily room cleaning, air conditioning, clean bed linen and towels, great location
sometimes noisy in the next street at night, short stay
10.0
I did not stay for breakfast, wifi was free I think, but I love the location near the sea, of course the street is nearby, but it is what it is.
I loved how a small restaurant was only a 6min walk from the hotel and it was amazing Greek food!
The shower was just a bathtub with a shower head, but I’m used to having that, so it’s not an issue for me. Might be for some…

Very good rooms excellent location
Very noisy elevators. You hear them when go up and down

We knew Queen Olga from our previous stay. It is our base while in Thessaloniki. I love it to be far from the madding crowd of the downtown and be close to the seaside for long walks. There is also simple but delicious food around, in walking distance.
The room could have at least a water kettle and some tea bags. This is something you find even in family run pensions!

Location very central and the room spacious but not too big. Reception was kind and helpful.
Old and somewhat needs a renovation for the prices they are charging.

Noisy and uncomfortable beds

Stuf was friendly and very helpful . Room meet all expectation . Hotel is outdated but clean and excellent measures are taken to be covid free. Excellent for short stay.
Nothing really except interior design update.

Hotel was much better than I expected. Clean, close the sea, plenty of cafes around the area and very helpful staff. Make sure you ask them to clean your room, as due to covid safety measures they'll only do it on request (we didn't know this when we checked in).

The staff was very pleasant and extremely kind.
The worst thing about the hotel is the very poor breakfast.
The facilities are somehow old and the room does not offer any of the amenities that hotels of the same range would offer. It is a nice hotel, at one of the most beautiful locations of the city, but it need a deep renovation
5.0
good location, and clean
old one. was expecting something more comfort. definitely wont stay again

Location is very good. Many parks where you can sit and the boulevard is 1 min walk to the sea.
My room was on the first floor with sea view but i hoped it would be on a higher floor.

No parking, but it was free space.
Did not open the conference room.
Trafic noice in room with open window.
Toilets-not allowed to trow paper in toilet?
All above.

property was in original condition with the exception of door card locks. property is on a busy located near the city center but it’s quiet. Breakfast rate was additional but food was good. we go was excellent, and staff was friendly!
I would have liked a room with a view of the sea, not a view of other buildings and traffic.
8.0
locations, rooms was big and spacious
shower was too small

All the employees were very friendly and helpful .
Bed spreads need to be clean.
5.0
Location is OK if you need to be close to city center
Beds are rather narrow; bathroom was basic (no amenities though)
Although rooms have beed equipped with soundproof external doors there was still a lot of noise from the traffic on Vassilisis Olgas Avenue.
Breakfast area looked little abandoned; many big tables mainly so 1 person had either to occupy a table for 6-8 or to wander around.
