Close to beaches, shops, restaurants and more! The staff was quick to respond to any issues we had.

Great place in a good location. Don't expect luxury or high end amenities but overall clean and comfortable stay.

The property was very clean and the inside was very well maintained and plenty of amenities. Walk to the beach was easy even with young children. Check-in and out and all communication was simple and painless. The outside of the property was usable but a bit neglected- there was an overgrown patio area and a slightly rickety deck. Overall a very.nice stay!

The house is spacious for a three bedroom. Amenities were as advertised. Location is convenient to dining and beaches. Very quiet neighborhood. he only difficulty was with the 10-digit access code, which would not work. As a backup, they have a lock box with an actual key. Would stay here again.

For the money, it’s fine. Pots and pans need upgrading, some items are very worn. There is a coffee pot and Keurig machine. Master bed was very comfortable. Avoided clawfoot tub - easier to use the other shower. More than adequate sheets / towels and shampoo / conditioner/ soap provided. Sugar ants were a minor problem. Grill is older but worked fine. Outdoor seating was nice. Kingsbury Beach is a 7-10 minute walk away and has no parking, so plan accordingly. Not recommended for more than 4 people as two twin beds are adjacent to master. Window a/cs were loud but worked fine. Roku and cable were available.

Love this comfortable, simple cottage with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living and dining rooms. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a large back yard with large outdoor table and chairs and gas grill for al fresco meals. Of course as expected in a Cape cottage, there is an outdoor shower to use after time on the beach. I found the cottage to be a relaxing, cozy space for vacation. Great value for the rental price.

House needs tending to. For the price they want it would only be exceptable for young people lookig for a place to party. House has many details that need addressing. Poor lighting throughout if any, many broken things, poor quality of kitchen items. Setup of master bedroom with mini room off it with no real door. Twin bed makes horrible noises if you even try to sit on it. Housw could really be amazing if some energy and time was devoted to it.

I’m going to start by listing the pros of the house . It was close to all the local beaches and walking distance to one beach . It had enough beds for everyone and it did include sheets and towels . The dining space was nice because the table was large so everyone could enjoy meals together . Also it had 3 showers including the outdoor showers , which is nice . They also have cable , and great WiFi which is a plus all the bedrooms and kitchen had window ACs so we’re were comfortable inside . They allow pets , which is wonderful !
The cons are one of the showers is a claw foot tub that is scary to climb into and the shower curtain didn’t wrap around so water would get on the floor, so we didn’t use that shower . Also the master bath doesn’t have any place to put toiletries or any shelves . The pots and pans in the kitchen were very old and not so great for cooking , which we tend to do when we rent a house . The couches and area rug in the living room were filthy and need updating . The house doesn’t have a vacuum, just a broom and the smallest dust pan I’ve ever seen . The biggest issue I found with the house is the yard is a mess . They enclosed porch is in desperate need of weeding and the porch is falling apart . The yard grass is long and there were ticks so we avoided using it. A lot of the door handles stuck and were hard to maneuver. The grill was a no go I’ve never seen a grill that filthy before it definitely needs replacing . The house would be adorable with needed upkeep and updating , but I wouldn’t rent it again. Vacasa is very easy to deal with and great customer service so I would use them again in the future ! Also the cleaning company did a great job .

We had a great stay here with a family group of 6. The kitchen was well stocked, the separate dining room was comfortable for our meals. We loved the new outdoor shower, fire pit, grill and outdoor seating area. It’s an easy walk down to Kingsbury Beach or Wiley Park. Awesome stay, and we will be back again!

I was completely stunned when I went into the house for the first time. The pictures advertising the place were very misleading as to the size and layout. The living room was very small barely seating 5 people. The decks were very smal barely seating 4 chairs without fear of falling backwards off the deck. The grill was filthy. The access to the basement from inside the house should be sealed off as it is dangerous, steep and unlit. The two twin beds are connected to the master bedroom with only folding doors separating the two rooms. The other bedroom had no curtain on the skylight, or ability to close out the bright morning light at 5am. Over all we felt like the house was a second thought, an easy way to obtain top dollar for minimal effort into furnishings and amenities. A McGyver house at its best.

The location was excellent-short walk from a very nice beach that is not overcrowded and a quick drive to Arnold's. The house is a cute space. Unfortunately when we arrived at the check in time a little after 4pm, the cleaning service had only just arrived so we waited for nearly an hour before we were able to get into the house to start our vacation. When we got inside there was a used towel still hanging in one of the bedrooms and the pull out couch that one of our guests needed to use had used sheets on it (extra not great during COVID times). We couldn't find any extra clean sheets anywhere so called the management company to see if they could get in touch with someone for extra sheets. We called several times to the managment company and kept being told they were on the way with new sheets but they never came so we ended up purchasing our own new sheets at the local TJMAXX. We had a good time but trying to sort out all the issues with the cleanliness was very frustrating. Wouldn't come back.

Cute summer rental
The kitchen appliances are brand new and the kitchen table is a bright sunny spot for a family meal. The outdoor fire pit, gas grill and front enclosed patio provide a ton of options for outdoor dinners. The showers, including the outdoor one, had great water pressure.

Beautiful BUT…
Great points:
1. House is very clean, tidy and organized.
2. House has great location: 8 minute walk to the beach (with kids), close to grocery store and restaurants.
3. Great layout with enough bedrooms, beddings, pillows, towels, beach towels.
4. Beautiful and well equipped kitchen. Dining/breakfast nook is bright.
5. Firepit, woods, grill, gas for grill are available.
6. Gianna, our local contact, is very helpful and prompt with responses.
Reasons for 4 stars are:
1. Home does not have a centralized AC unit but there are window ACs in the two bedrooms. On our first night, we were tired and the house being hot and does not have a centralized AC made my kids uncomfortable and complained a lot. The fan was on but it is not enough if you are tired and hot. We have to open the bedrooms’ door so the AC can accomodate the family room, it took awhile though.
2. Bathrooms need upgrading. The master’s bath needed a place to put your stuff in the shower. The common bathroom’s shelf is old and the wood look like it will not last long.
3. Extra toilet papers should be provided. We got there and the toilet paper in one of the bathroom is 1/4 roll. Without an extra paper around, we have to buy for use.
4. Lawn needs care. This was mentioned by the other reviewer. While it is fun to hangout in the backyard, the lawn is not being tended. Lots of weeds, soft parts of soil, burrows and grass were not mowed.
5. Washer and Dryer in the Basement. This one is important to us during the stay, we just came from another vacation from a different state and were looking forward to do some laundry. Unfortunately, the washer and dryer are both in the basement and access is through a bulkhead. It was steep and dark - I do not want to risk slipping and getting hurt. I hope they can find a location for the washer and dryer in the main floor.

Great vacation on Eastham
The house layout, location and size were perfect for our family’s visit. The layout of the bedrooms allowed for everyone’s privacy, and the dining room was cozy large enough for meals. The property is spacious and quiet and close to many beaches and eateries.

Great location, house could use some updates
We didn’t know about Kingsbury beach until we rented this house and we love it ! Short walk to the beach. The 2nd bathroom could use some updates. It’s way too bright early in the morning in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the Keuriq coffee is a bonus ! There’re many bugs that we found in the house and there’s a huge yellow jacket nest right out back porch.

Great Location, needs some tlc
This house is in a perfect location - about a 5 minute walk to both Kingsbury Beach and Wiley Park (a great lake to swim at!). The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms (one is attached to the master and only has shutter doors separating the two). Nice open living room, good kitchen, and cute eating area. The reason I can't give this 5 stars is because it's in need of some tlc. The lawn was not mowed and looked as though it hadn't been mowed for weeks. The gas grill was covered in mold and we couldn't get it to light. Luckily they also had a charcoal grill. The doors are very old and almost impossible to open. We did not do any laundry as it was in the basement which you access down a steep ladder steps. Overall happy with the stay but I hope the owners do some upkeep!
