The home accommodated all 12 of us, six adults and six children. There were a lot of things to do having a boat dock and fishing pier in the backyard of the home was fantastic- kept our grandkids entertained for hours. Property owner was prompt in taking care of additional needs after we arrived. Horseshoe Bay management company was also responsive. Our grandsons would like to come back sometime.

Our family had the most lovely time at this home! It was spacious, beautiful decor, had wonderful lake views and was well equipped with everything needed for our stay.
We enjoyed having the available boat slip and dock right there to enjoy boating activities and swimming in the lake.
The large patio provided a wonderful area to enjoy morning coffee, watch lake activities during the day and later enjoy cocktails in the evenings
Our host answered promptly and professionally any questions we had.
We look forward to coming back to this property next summer!

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We spent most of our time sitting on the balcony watching lake activity. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean and spacious.

This was a beautiful property just as described on Vrbo. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We only had 6 adult women, but would be perfect for families. We especially enjoyed the covered patios and watching the deer every morning across the lake. Would highly recommend!!!

We have an annual family trip and always rent a vacation rental. This was one of the nicest house we have stayed at. Lots of room indoor and out. Beautiful views and nice boat dock. Horseshoe Bay Living -Tiana was amazing .

This was our 2nd stay at Ladybird Lookout on LBJ and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed it both times. It’s perfect for our family of 15 including 9 adult “kids!” House is well stocked and the management team are true professionals. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

This house is the perfect place for friend/family vacation. They have everything you need. Top notch appliances that make cooking a pleasure. Plenty of space for everyone. The patio offers lots of seating to enjoy the view is the lake .
If you have kids the have the perfect bunk bed room.

Our family had the best time at this property! It was a little chilly but we were still able to enjoy the kayaks and outdoor patio. And the owner was so prompt with responses and so helpful. We will be back!

We had grandparents + siblings + spouses + kids. There were 16 of us at the peak, and we all had a great time. The house is perfect for a large reunion. The outdoors is beautiful. We made great use of the kayaks.
We also did a lot of cooking. The appliances are top-notch, and so are the pots, blender, etc. You have everything you need to cook.
Nicolai was very responsive, answering questions when we needed him. We hope to make it back there again.

This property had everything you expect, but also so much more. You can tell it was designed with everyone in mind. Extremely comfortable beds, High end appliances, and a beautiful view. It even includes a bonus space attached to the bunk room and master that was a play space for us, but could easily be used to set up the pack n play they have on the property for use. We could have easily stayed longer! Great experience!

We really loved this property, it was very clean and on a beautiful section of the lake. The lawn was excellent for some family games, and we loved spending time on the upstairs porch where the lake breeze kept it cool. We were a large group, 11 people from grandparents to an infant, and had plenty of space. We used the kayaks and also swam and fished off the dock, and rented a boat one day which was an easy 10-minute ride from the launch point to the house. The check-in was really easy and we had no issues at all with the home. We had so much fun!

One of the best properties by far located on Lake LBJ. Perfect size for a large family with plenty of space indoors and outdoors. We love to stay again in the future.

Love the property and the use of the boat house. The only thing people must know is that there is a skylight in the bunk room that makes it very hard to sleep on the upper bunks in that room. My daughter slept in this room and did not liking up with the sunrise every morning because the light is so intense. Also the fifth bedroom is downstairs in attached from the main living area and all the other bedrooms. This didn’t cause any problems for us but there is not A full bath down there so we’re friends that stayed in that area of the house had to walk upstairs for showers.
Overall the property is amazing and we would definitely stay there again but these two things would’ve been very nice to know. Horseshoe Bay living did an amazing job managing the property and making everything very clear and easy for us. They even accommodated us with a late check out so we can enjoy a few more hours which we fully used. If you were bringing a boat and plan on using it I would highly recommend sticking to the side of the river opposite of the house as it is much deeper.
The water is only about 3 feet deep right in front of the boat house but if you go to the other side of the river it’s anywhere from nine to closer to 30 feet down towards the bridge.

This property was very welcoming and easy for our group of 12 to stay and play. Nice large great room (kitchen, dining & living) accommodated all of us easily. The Master Shower with multiple heads was awesome! The large picture windows in the back and the multi- balconies allowed for beautiful views of the lake. The very lush St. Augustine back yard made an easy trip back and forth from the dock. We had a great time on the kayaks as well. Thank you for a great stay!
