Decent experience

The location, the room was nice

The staff at the restaurant taking room service orders was a mess and ended up playing with our time, totally disrespectful. Also the parking should be included in the total rate.

Elegante y céntrico

Muy cómodo y elegante, la comida buena y el desayuno excelente. Muy amables en la recepción y los meseros. El lugar amplio y un lindo diseño. El internet muy bien y gratis.

La actividad nocturna acaba pronto. Creo que no deberían cobrar el parqueo a los huéspedes.

Experiencia muy buena cerca de la sabana

Las camas eran muy cómodas, la habitación estaba suoer limpia y súper tranquila. Fueron muy amables en todo el proceso de checkin y checkout. Volvería a repetir la experiencia 👐

El desayuno pudo ser mucho mejor, pedimos que lo llevaran a la habitación y estuvo muy bien eso. Pero el sabor de la comida no fue lo que esperaba según todos los estándares del hotel. No se si toda la comida es así, solo probamos tres cosas de desayuno.

Excellent stay in San Jose La Sabana

Welcoming, kind, professional and extremely caring staff (I wish we could find them in Europe!), large room with a view, silent A/C, very comfortable mattress and pillows, perfect wifi and very appealing rooftop indoor pool. Located in a safe area surrounded by several embassies, where nice cafes and restaurants are located.

The property should have equipped the entire building with double windows. Having said that, this is not a major issue.

Servicio del comedor, fuimos a cenar y se demoraron muchísimo en atender y traer la cena, al día siguiente para el desayuno el personal poco amable, solo destacó positivamente la chica de ingreso

Das Personal ist super freundlich, spricht perfekt English und ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer nett, egal welche Uhrzeit ich ein Anliegen hatte. Die Zimmer sind neu, groß und schön, auch der Zimmerservice war sehr aufmerksam. Habe sowohl Frühstück als auch a la carte gegessen, alles war lecker, vor allem frisch. Es gibt eine kleine Sauna, die ist getrennt, einen Pool und ein Gym, habe alles genutzt und es war sehr sauber.

I personally would not stay at this hotel again.

It’s beautiful and very clean

I’ve never experienced customer service quite like this. Each time I sat down to eat I had to wait long periods of time to be acknowledged and served even though it wasn’t really busy. There were 3-4 occasions where my husband and I would sit down to be served and staff members would walk away or avoid making eye contact with us. This happened with 4 staff members not just 1. I’m not one to leave a bad review but this was some of the worst customer I’ve ever had

Perfect comfortable hotel after a long flight. The service was amazing and the room extremely beautiful and clean.

The room was amazing, specious, comfortable and modern will all you need. The floor to creaking window offered an incredible view. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable. The rest of the hotel was equally high standard with great facilities including the great pool area and gym with amazing city and Mountain views. The restaurant and terrace over looking the stadium were also outstanding.

The comfort offered with a stylish and modern style. Great location near the airport.

Las vistas desde el hotel y su ubicación. El desayuno presenta variedad de alternativas de alimentos.

No calentaba la ducha y salía muy poca agua del baño de la piscina y gimnasio. El sauna era muy pequeño y poco práctico de programar.

Passer votre chemin cet hôtel n est pas à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles

Seule la vue vaut le coût

Le réveil à 4h du matin par une alarme déclenchée par erreur vous demandant d’évacuer l'immeuble de toute urgence et aucune excuse du personnel par la suite, ajouter a cela une compensation promise pour le désagrément mais non appliquée de la part du management de l’hôtel + une piscine d'eau froide et vous aurez compris mon avis

Rude and over priced

The guy that parked, our car was great, and the gentleman that brought her bags in. The front desk pretty much was not.

When you spend almost $300 for a room, they should comp you breakfast. The front desk made you feel like you were putting them out. I called about the television problem after four hours. I called back. At dinner the person made us feel like because we didn’t speak Spanish. Something was wrong with us. I got an over priced hamburger that came well done and was obviously, just a meat patty. I asked for medium rare. The experience was not pleasant for us and mostly I would put that on the staff not being accommodating or welcoming.

worth every penny

nice lokation with the park and stadion. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. a real joy.

the acustics in the restaurant and bar area is not really great. the band during the evening in the restaurant was so loud that even the waiters had trouble hearing me yell our order. the bar has a slight tendency to overdo the alcohol rather then the taste. which is a shame if you want to have a nice cocktail.

Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff and service!

The room was hot at night and couldn’t adjust the AC. The bed was very hard, need softer mattress’s or toppers.
