About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of Seattle, our stunning 2 bedroom 1 bath condo has stunning water and city views. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our home has modern furnishings, a flat screen HD television in the living room, and a smaller flat screen in the bedroom- both equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom, 1 extremely comfortable queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a memory foam sofa bed (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and expansive city and water views. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit.
We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 bedrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!
The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.
* If this unit is booked, please check out our other units under our profile.
* Please message us about yourself (age, gender, etc) before booking.
* Also be sure to have a picture and verification.
* If possible, let us know your check in and check out times
Please wait for the garage gate to close completely. The garage has a posted height limit. Vehicles taller than that limit must not enter the garage.
The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. Workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.
Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.

Property was pretty clean overall, but the beds and pillows were not great. Need to be replaced and updated they are worn out. Property location is a few blocks from the heart of Seattle but very noisy.

Great location! Great place! Thanks!

The location cannot be beat. It was perfect for our family of 5 and access to the main sites. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and ample linens were provided. The unit is showing some wear around the edges (carpet and bathroom), but that is to be expected in a rental unit. All instructions were clear and the property owner/manager was very responsive and easy to reach.

Great location to walk to all the spots (space needle, market, waterfront, aquarium, etc.). Plenty of restaurants walkable too. Building is secure and has cute courtyard and pool for the kids. Communication with owners was prompt and easy and they provided recommendations for keeping our bags (turned out we didn’t even need it since they were able to accommodate an early check in). Great stay and would stay again.

Great place, great time.

Pros:
- Location is fantastic. Great food nearby, quick walk to the Center, Pike Place; etc.
- The amenities! Parking, pool, hot tub, sauna, communal courtyard and balcony! We really enjoyed those aspects
- Safe and secure: the extra security measures made us feel so safe, especially after someone tried to follow us in. It is worth the additional measures, especially the secure parking.
- Views: great view of water and a cute, tiny balcony for looking at the skyline. What a view at sunset!
- Clean and somewhat comfortable: the beds, especially the king, are uncomfortable, but the other furniture, table, and overall set up is cozy.
- Very attentive hosts and folks living in the building. We had to ask residents for assistance on the property a few times, and they were gracious and hospitable.
Cons:
- The building amenities (parking, pool, entrance) are complex and we definitely had to request support from residents a few times.
- Complicated check in process, so be ready for 15+ minutes (no joke) learning the building requirements and security features. See above for why this is actually super helpful, though. )
- Bathroom lights are very dim and we had to go into the bright living room with a hand mirror to do things like put makeup on; seems like a simple lightbulb change could address this.
- Second room is very small (could barely get between the bed and the sliding glass door) and there is a window above the sliding doors which could really benefit from curtains or shades. But it did the job for sleeping as long as it was dark out.
Overall a perfectly located, lovely place to stay, especially for a small family. Further, very attentive and considerate hosts and residents.

Great location. Central to all the typical Seattle stuff. Nice building. Quick and easy access to everyday needs as well as the sites. Be prepared to be up with the sun in the guest bedroom.

Pros:
Was exactly what we were looking for:
-Close to city center
-Good wifi
-Pool (indoor, plain but served its purpose)
-Outdoor seating area (rooftop)
-Parking
Cons:
-Was a tad outdated with a creaky bathtub, dusky shower curtain
-Too strict policies on ensuring garage closes behind you before leaving.
-The amenities were adequate but nothing fancy
All in all still 5/5. The managers are kind people who are responsive. The property is good. I would stay here again and recommend

4 moms & 2 days in Seattle!
Overall, this is a great property. The location can't be beat, and the apartment itself was fine for 4 moms on a weekend break from our families. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we made one bathroom work just fine. The beds were comfy, and even the pull out couch was comfy. Lots of great food in walking distance.
The check in/check out is a little more complicated but makes sense and is clearly outlined. The check in woman was very nice, and the parking was easy.
The big main window in living room has no screen? not safe if traveling with littles.
We got 4 towels and 2 wash clothes for 4 guests, and two of the towels smelled moldy/musky- so that was a bummer. We ended up sharing towels- so I would recommend a towel upgrade asap to elevate the feel of this rental.
We would stay here again.

This place is walking distance to most of the Seattle check list items. There are a ton of restaurants in the neighborhood. The only drawback was a faint smell of weed. It’s everywhere (and legal) in Seattle and it found it’s way into the comforters and elevators and common spaces at this condo.

In the heart of Belltown
Great two bedroom apartment in the heart of Belltown. The views from the living room and smaller bedroom were great. There was some urban street noise. The carpets and main bedroom sheets and towels were a bit dated, but that was fine for us. The owners were very responsive to our needs during our stay. For our needs traveling with young kids, this was perfect.
