Downstairs you will find a large open family room with bar/kitchen, sectional sleeper and 70" flat screen TV and Xbox One. Flat screen TVs are also located in all upstairs bedrooms and master suites.
Conveniently situated off Hwy 54 next to the Lake of the Ozark State Park on the Grand Glaize Arm (MM 3), this 2 bottom level condo provides unique access to both outdoor activities and relaxation. You will get the best of ‘both worlds’ as Lazy Days Condos is located minutes from "hot spots" on the Lake of the Ozarks (including Dog Dayz, Margaritaville, Red Head Yaght Club, etc.). Alternatively it is right next to Ozark State Park. So even on the busiest lake days you will be able to enjoy nearby peaceful coves, or go hiking/sightseeing/fishing. If you have a boat already, you can use this condo's boat launch and/or see if a slip or boat can be rented nearby at the Grand Glaize Marina. https://mostateparks.com/location/56605/marina-grand-glaize. A boat slip is not included.
Moreover, property is located in Osage Beach which is home to many excellent golf courses.
