Fantastic holiday in a lovely apartment close to all amenities. Would absolutely come back again

Excellent modern apartment with everything you could possibly need. Lovely and clean and comfortable and fitted out to a lovely spec. We were short of nothing appliance wise in the kitchen, and it was easy to cook family dinners , which we ate out on the balcony , looking at the beautiful views over the Adriatic Sea to Dubrovnik . We went with two kids 12 + 16 so they had their own rooms and were delighted with We loved our satay from start to finish . Our host , Jerko , was absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much bother for him, he gave us great recommendations and kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed; and if we didn’t, he would quickly provide it. Top class host and service .

The property was excellent, but wish we had hired a car to be able to go further afield under our own steam, rather than yours. The property although very central to Cavtat , requires you to descend and then climb 122 steps to and from the apartment if you want to go out for dinner / beach etc. this was absolutely ok for us, but if anyone has a mobility issue , this would not be the location to stay without your own transport

Fantastic!

Everything about the apartment was perfect! It was clean,comfortable and everything we needed was there. The pool area was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The balcony views were amazing!

It was perfect! The steps up from town were good exercise-but would challenge anyone with mobility issues.

Exceptional

This was a fabulous stay for our family of 5. The accommodation was of a very high quality, the location was great and the host was very helpful.

There are a lot of steps and a steep climb up to this property- it wasn’t a problem for us but it may be an issue for families with young children in buggies or people with limited mobility.

The views, location, the facilities and Jerko our host was very helpful and friendly.

The location could be challenging in heat due to the number of steps to climb.

Very good

Fantastic apartment, it was really well equipped and very modern. Beautiful views from the balcony. Extremely comfortable facilities for a family of 6. Our host Jerko was very helpful indeed and promptly replied to our requests.

The view was excellent but there were many steps to climb in order to go to the beach. The local supermarkets were at least 20 minutes walk. It would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Spacious 3 bedroomed modern apartment with amazing view overlooking bay of Cavtat. Lovely shared pool only 4 Apartments which was great.

Very nice and clean apartment with a super view. Nice pool and location. Very good and helpful host

Trash bins could be located nearer to the house, it's a quite an effort to take rubbish up to the main road if you don't have a car

Amazing - a perfect stay in beautiful Cavtat :-)

Luca Belle was spotlessly clean , comfortable and very well maintained . It offers really comfortable spacious accommodation . The balcony overlooking the sea was a great space to relax and enjoy the views.The pool is perfect for swimming or soaking up the sun on the loungers . The hosts were very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble . I highly recommend this property , we would love to return .

Great stay

Wonderful apartment with completely new furniture and equipment. Swimming pool, balcony with amazing view of bay. All rooms with air conditioning. Access to laundry. The host Jerko was very helpful, contact with him was perfect. 100% of recommendation.

Lovely apartments in beautiful Cavtat. I would definitely go back.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to collect us (a party of 10) from the airport. We had 2 apartments and they showed us around the facilities then left us to enjoy our holiday. They lived next door to apartments but were very helpful throughout our week long stay. The apartments are very new, modern and stylish and the facilities are excellent. The pool area was immaculate. We were fortunate in that although there are 4 apartments there were only 2 being used at the time by us. Therefore we had the pool area to ourselves. If you have a choice choose one of the upper apartments. The views are beautiful across the bay. The walk to the beach and into Cavtat is very nice and takes about 10 minutes to the beach, and 20-25 to Cavtat. There are several nice bars and restaurants along the way into Cavtat.

The accommodation is situated on a steep incline so the return journey can be a challenge especially up the steep steps. In hindsight a car would have been useful. The nearest supermarket is about 1km away. However taxis are reasonably priced and it worked out cheaper using taxis than hiring a car. (Car hire at the time was very expensive.)
