Pulizia e cortesia

Potrebbero lasciare un set per la pulizia della casa (scopa, paletta e mocio) e un disinfestante per le formiche. Il viale per andare alla struttura è pieno di erbacce e rami che hanno graffiato l'auto. Potrebbero provvedere allo sfalcio anche se non è tutto di loro competenza. C'è la lavatrice ma non c'è un cesto per il bucato o i detersivi per utilizzarla, stessa cosa anche per la lavastoviglie. (Andrebbe bene lasciare delle capsule come lasciano la carta igienica)

Die nahe Lage an der Autobahn, die Parkmöglichkeiten, das Zimmer

Man konnte keine Fenster im Zimmer öffnen, es waren 23,5° da drin, Thermostat war trotz auf 18 gestellt, nicht zu regulieren, drei Busse voller Inder waren hier, somit war frühstücken fast unmöglich, und schlechtes Frühstück, was aber wahrscheinlich da dran lag. Falscher Tag da gewesen.

War im Großen und Ganzen ok, aber muss ich auch nicht nochmal haben

Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Hund war toleriert und der Zugang zur Tiefgarage über Aufzug bis zum Zimmer toll.

Becher im Badezimmer waren definitiv nicht frisch: Weisser Belag auf dem Becherboden, im günstigsten Fall war das Kalk. Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach, aber ok. Das Personal war unterbesetzt: Leere Platten, fehlende Teller, Schalen und Tassen wurden nur zeitverzögert nachgefüllt. Zudem musste stets der „Saustall“ beseitigt werden, den die Busreisenden hinterlassen haben. Da hätte es mehr Hände gebraucht.

Location was good

I would not recommend the hotel to anyone as it lacks basic necessities like cleanliness and quality considering there were no shampoos and soaps. In addition, the walls were dirty, there were no windows to ventilate the room, the sheets were hairy, and there was no phone to call the receptionist. Because of this, our stay was unpleasant and not worth the money

Habitaciones limpias y ambiente tranquilo. TV con Chromecast que funciona muy bien.

La zona no es bonita, pero esta bien situado para coger el bus o coger la carretera en coche. Zona de paso.

Emplacement.

Clim non fonctionnelle et fenêtres "non ouvrables". Le batiment est un cube de béton hermétique, seule la VMC fonctionne. Il faisait 27°C dans les chambres, impossible de dormir. Le parking est payant, 10€, et obligatoire puisqu'il n'y a que 2 ou 3 places à l'extérieur. Personnel aimable mais incapable de faire fonctionner ces clim. Propreté, assez légère, douche au pistolet à eau. Bref, tout fonctionne à l'économie max. A éviter.

good price to value/quality ratio

I liked the modern design, cleanliness and kind and professional and multilingual staff. Beds were comfortable enough. I liked the “viennoiserie” at breakfast. That’s rare in this part of Switzerland or in Germany. The room was cosy, spacious (as we received an upgrade) and quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or corridor or outside.

Noisy AC that was switching on itself even if I switched it off. Windows, which you cannot open, facing other rooms/parts of the hotel. “German style breakfast” which means terrible coffee (instant powder from a machine?) and no fresh juice and limited variety of options.
