This is it! Your dream beach getaway in one of the most luxurious condominiums on Orange Beach. Our 2 bed/3 full bath condo is uniquely situated on the private northeast corner of the Phoenix IX building on the 9th floor. Enjoy panoramic views of Ole River, Ono Island, waves crashing in the gulf and beautiful sunsets directly from your large covered balcony. Take a dip in the the HUGE heated indoor pool and hot tubs or the beautiful beachside outdoor pool. There are even 2 kiddie pools for the little ones. Other amenities include a large climate controlled indoor Tennis court, fitness center, 3 large flat screen Samsung Smart TV's, Dish Network for Live sports, and fresh Beach Décor. Our location is perfect as it is walking distance to the famous Flora-Bama (0.3 miles) where you can see live music 7 days a week, rent watersports and enjoy great food. The Phoenix IX is directly on the beach. There are no roads to cross, just a quick elevator ride and there you are. Also, the Phoenix IX is NOT a crowded Condominium. About half the residents are owners and the other half rent which makes for a relaxing time at the pool and beach even though you are close to everything. This unit is self managed by our family so you will have 24/7 access to us to make sure your stay is a dream.

Note: The Phoenix IX does charge a $50 one time parking fee for each vehicle up to 2 vehicles in their parking garage for your entire stay. Additional parking spots are subject to availability and determined by the front desk staff.

This condo is in a very nice complex with a beautiful beach. While it doesn’t really have ocean view, it’s a great property. The owner/property manager is awesome-very easy to email/text with and the whole process from booking to checkin to checkout was seamless.

Condo was just as advertised. Clean, roomy and beautiful view!! You are close to everything you need but feels like you are away from it all. Beach was not crowded and the elevators are fast!! Much needed vacation!

This is a beautiful, big two bedroom condo that’s in a great location in Orange Beach. I was worried I would miss an ocean front view, but my kids loved watching the boats on the bay from the balcony. Both bedrooms and the living space is comfortable. Loved our stay here!

Absolutely incredible! From Wyoming to Alabama to first exp flights for one outta 6 to all the new experience and memories for us all. Looking at vacay homes because honestly Orange Beach is our new yearly vacay now! The condo was absolutely amazing also! Super clean and very handy w washer dryer full kitchen. Def recommend the Pheonix IV if u want a great view and beach front condo! Thx from the Schubert/McCann Fam

Our family has stayed in the Orange Beach area many times in the past. This condo rates right up there with the best of them as it's within easy walking distance of the FloraBama and it's surrounding restaurants and the beach is easily accessed from the 1st floor. The Condo is very nice, we enjoyed the patio every morning and throughout the day. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay I'd highly recommend this location.

My sister, two friends, and I really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The view was so beautiful that we barely wanted/needed to venture out during our stay. It’s walkable (except I had a fractured ankle so, scooterable) to the Florabama and two of their associated restaurants. The liquor store is also located conveniently and the prices are a lot cheaper than nearby Publix ($50 for Tito’s!?). We were also able to use Instacart to have groceries delivered. It was a much needed break from life’s hustle and bustle.

Had to cut vacation short as Hurricane Ida came thru but this condo was perfect. Probably first beach condo I've stayed at that had more bathrooms than bedrooms. Condo faces the street side of the condo but the tower is smartly designed so that you can still see the beach and the gulf from certain parts of the unit

WoW! From the moment we unlocked to door to Unit 909 I knew we had stumbled onto something that was special! The property was so crisp, clean and inviting. Kevin and his family thought of everything that would make this experience special. My daughters just fell in love with the stuffed animals on their beds and my husband was blown away when the well stocked kitchen included cooler glasses for his adult beach beverages! We could not have asked for a more attentive host and though we were nestled in the building, we felt as if we were on our own island. I can't stop smiling from the experience we had at #909 and can't wait to return next summer! I've already had two friends inquire about booking! :)

I cannot say enough about the EXCELLENT communication from the owners of this property. They were very quick to respond to us when we had any questions leading up to the trip and once we got there. The condo itself was the perfect size for our family of 4. We had plenty of room to space out and not feel like we were on top of each other. Getting to and from the beach was SO EASY! Elevators worked perfect, not a lot of waiting around for them. The common grounds were well maintained and clean. The beach was NOT over crowded and were very clean also. We would definitely rent from unit and owners again!
