Sich wie ein König oder Königin in historischem Ambiente fühlen

Unglaublich netter Gastgeber, der trotzdem dass kein Frühstück inbegriffen war, jeden Morgen Croissants und Foccacia, Kaffee oder Tee bereitgestellt hat. Seine Insider Tips bzgl Ausflüge und Restaurants waren Gold wert. Im alten historischen Gebäude muss man viele Treppenstufen zu seinem Zimmer hinauflaufen, jedoch hat unser netter Gastgeber sich bei An-und Abreise angeboten beim Gepäck tragen behilflich zu sein.

Eine sehr außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, die einem hohen Standart gerecht wird.

Der Vermieter ist äußerst hilfsbereit und großzügig, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. In der sehr schönen Gartenanlage mit dem tollen Swimmingpool hat man einen freien Blick auf die Stadt, das Meer und die schneebedeckten Berge im Hintergrund. (Wir waren Mitte April da.) Wer fit ist (200 Stufen) kann den Fußweg in die Stadt abkürzen und man erreicht in 15 Min. die Altstadt. Von dort gibt es einen herrlichen Rundwanderweg, der kostenfrei begehbar ist. Der Vermieter hat hierzu Tipps und auch seine Restaurantempfehlungen waren perfekt. Der Whirlpool und der kostenfreie überdachte Parkplatz sind natürlich auch erwähnenswert.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen wieder.

Traumhafte Lage. Wunderschöne Einrichtung. Wunderschöner Garten. Sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Das Dorf ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Torre Scribanti ist sehr empfehlenswert.

The Views from the beautiful building and stunning gardens. It was nice having just a few neighbours - nice and peaceful, but a few people to see around. The pool and tub fab Breakfast gift also fab We came during bad weather sadly, and Pietro was so caring, making sure we had everything we needed all the time. We also really loved his dad, who seemed to genuinely love to help. Great already and I'm sure will keep getting even better.

No complaints One tip - remember your mozzie creams.

Wonderful and relaxing!

Great location and beautiful property!!

This is nothing to the owner or the property in itself but we travelled in the best of summer and had to keep the windows open to sleep- it was rather loud between the train and barking dogs

Unique stay with a fantastic view!

Pietro is an excellent host and tries very hard to make your stay special. It is a unique boutique hotel, positioned in a great location with a fantastic view.

There are little items that can be considered to make the stay more comfortable, but overall it was a fantastic stay.

Perfect location between Cinque Terre and Portofino

We (family with a 2 year old child) spent three nights in the uppermost room of the tower. This is the perfect place between Cinque Terre and Portofino. Pietro is a very kind and helpful host, communication and service were excellent and extraordinary. He takes really good care of his guests and has great recommendations for activities and restaurants etc. The entire location with house, tower and garden is just amazing. The pictures speak for themselves. The room is spacious, in great shape, clean and tastefully furnished. The private terrace with jacuzzi is perfect to relax after a long day. Breakfast is provided every morning, which is very tasty. The pool area and garden are beautiful with lots of space to relax, read or enjoy a drink. Also, Sestri Levante itself is a nice little town with good restaurants to base your trip off of and has also stand-alone attractiveness for a stay if you don't want to travel much. All around Torre Scribanti is one of the best and certainly the most special place we stayed at in our many visits to Italy.

Obviously, being a tower, you'll have to climb a number of steps to the upper room. This was no problem for us at all, but may have to be considered depending on your general mobility.

The host has a great taste in lifestyle. This old building is already full of a beautiful atmosphere, and the decorations in the rooms are also very elegant. There are many trees around and the environment is clean. The swimming pool is also very clean, and the sauna is touch our heart. This is a better place than expected.

A dream getaway with stunning views.

Pietro and the team are extraordinarily welcoming and accommodating with local tips and recommendations. The room was simply fabulous, so we barely wanted to leave to explore! AMAZING view of the sea and surroundings. The hottub in April was a real highlight for late afternoon relaxing after a day out in Genoa. The breakfast box was scrummy, the minibar well stocked with some great wines and soft drinks. We loved it.

No fresh milk available and the road leading up to the tower didn't inspire confidence.

New experience

The stay in La Torre was exceptionally amazing. we had new experience where we stayed in non-traditional property that’s a renewed castle. The owner showed high hospitality with us. You will have a beautiful view if you choose to stay at the top floor where we stayed. Decoration is nice and aligned with the place that’s historical. Highly recommend it.

Historic building in beautiful grounds with swimming pool and great views. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful with both advice and practical assistance during our visit. For example driving us to the train station. Sestri Levante is also a great little seaside town with lots of good restaurants, good hikes and opportunities to visit Cinque Terre, Porto Fino and Genoa.

La Torre is on the outskirts of the town with a steep drive so it was necessary to have a car in order to travel back and forth to town. That said Pietro the owner did offer to run us into town if needed.

A glorious retreat

This tranquil oasis on a hilltop just above Sestri Levante ranks as one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. With great care for detail and design, our spacious room felt like a palace, with amazing views towards the ocean from every window. La Torre boasts an impressive and very refreshing pool, a very well stocked minibar and a good selection of wines. Best of all, the owner - Pietro - is more than happy to share his wide knowledge of restaurants, hikes and activities in the area, and pointed us not only to the best ice cream shop in town, but also to the magical and secluded restaurant Cantine Cattaneo. I can not praise this lovely hotel highly enough, it comes with my highest recommendations.

There really is nothing to dislike about this place, but some might find the walking distance to the centre of Sestri Levante a little far (about 20 minutes), but we really enjoyed our walks, and also to be able to stay out of the busy centro area.

Beautiful apartment with a view

The building was beautiful, all rooms very clean and a lot of space. The beds were very comfortable and the atmosphere is nice. Outside there is a nice infinity pool where you can relax and enjoy the sun over Sestri Levante. There are many places to relax and eat several food.

We stayed for 1 night wishing we had booked for a week and wanted

The Property was beyond our expectations, the location was perfect, close to everything yet far enough to be peaceful and the views were stunning. The Room was stunning with a beautiful fresco ceiling , windows on all sides of the room allowing light to flood in from all aspects. The garden and grounds were stunning and the infinity. Pool was just perfect for admiring the views of the sea

Fascinating location in an historic building

Absolutely fine restored building with an apartment in the historic tower. The very friendly and helpful hoast has a good hand for the interior design. From the big terrace you have a spectacular view all over the town and landscape next to the sea.

Villa La Torre is a beautiful, magical place where you can perfectly relax. The room on the top with the terrace is very clean, stylish and comfortable. Pietro is a gentle and polite Host who done all his best to make our stay at the Villa carefree and relaxed. Watching the sun going down over the sea while we're resting in the private jacuzzi will be an unforgettable memory for us! Thank you, we enjoyed our stay there!
