The house is located only about a mile from Vanderbilt Beach. Many casual and upscale eating establishments and shops are close by: The Mercato, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and more! There are 20+ golf courses within 10 miles of the house. There are 4 bikes for use at the property.

The kitchen / living room area opens to a spacious covered outdoor patio and large fully fenced backyard with a private heated pool to welcome family and friends. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with two additional cots to accommodate up to a maximum of 8 guests.

Eugene’s home was absolutely perfect! The pictures shown are exactly how his home looked. We were even given an earlier check in because we were driving from KY with our dog. The house was stocked with everything we needed; we only needed to grab groceries! The covered porch and pool were amazing! The distance to the beach is close, which we loved. There were plenty of towels, beach equipment, and pool equipment. The beds were comfortable! Eugene was quick to respond when I had questions! I can’t think of a single thing that could be improved. I will definitely be coming back.

Good location close to most things of interest. The pool was good and all the recreational gear and outdoor furniture was ok. Kitchen was nice all appliances worked. Washer and dryer were nice. Glasses and teflon pans provided were nasty. Bathrooms worked but need updated and painted. Bed in master bedroom the mattress was worn out. All other bedrooms the mattresses looked concave. Interior decor in need of revival except kitchen cabinets. I would not rent again.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is at a great spot, just a 2 minute drive to the beach. You have lots of activities for the family, the home even includes bikes for your convenience. The pool and space outside is perfect, we really enjoyed ourselves. The check in process was seamless, and we had no problem getting into contact. We actually didn’t even need to, seeing as all the questions you may have can be found on the welcome packet that is sent. Would definitely love to stay again when we are back in the area.

My family greatly enjoyed our stay in N. Naples! The house was clean, fully equipped, and perfectly located. While the house provided easy access to 2 separate, beautiful beach locations (the state park & public beach), my kids preferred tanning & swimming in the private backyard pool. The open lanai was perfect for outdoor meals & family games. Local dining & shopping was just a short drive away. Thank you for providing a comfy home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting family in Naples for the holiday. The house had plenty of space for two families of 4 to enjoy. The pool and backyard space are fantastic. I highly recommend this property.

The house was exactly as listed. The host made himself available in case we had any questions. The kids loved the pool and all the pool toys. The house had all the supplies we needed to cook and bbq. The house was very clean and had a great vacation vibe. The bicycles were great to ride around on as we explored the area. We also went to Vanderbilt Beach which was very pleasant. We look forward to staying here again.

Everything was wonderful. Home is lovely and has everything needed. Appreciated the pool floats and all of the beach and active gear available! Yard was perfect - so nice to have lawn space. The welcome package of goodies was very thoughtful. Everyone including the dogs had a great time. Even after all the trips in and out patio door we would forget to click alarm for pool warning which just became hysterical when someone would set it off. Check in and check out process easy. Great location. Highly recommend this property.

The house was great. We loved the pool. The property is well kept and very clean. The property had everything we needed except the food. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we need, the house had beach gear and pool toys which was great also. The owner was available to answer any questions and gave us some great suggestions about places to eat, etc. We look forward to staying here again.

We stayed in Naples a few days visiting family. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and all the pool toys and floats. We took the bikes to the beach and enjoyed the sunset and area. The owner had some great tips about the area and was very responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again.

House has tons more of amenities compared to other properties we stayed at. House was very safe and clean. All the added extras like pool chairs, beach umbrellas, pool toys were great. The kitchenware made it easy to stay in and cook for family, along with a barbecue. Heated pool was a joy for the kids. Close to beach, restaurants, and sites. We can’t wait to stay here again when we come back to Naples!😃

We had an amazing time at the house and in Naples. Vanderbilt beach access was open which is close by the house. The house has three bikes which made it really convenient to go to the beach and around the area. The house was stocked up with everything we needed like dishes, towels, pots, pans, bbq, etc. The pool toys and heated pool were an added plus. Our kids absolutely loved the pool. The owner was great and answered any questions we had. Look forward to staying at the house again when we are back in town.

The house is super clean, and comes with so much kitchen ware and extras, such as floties, bikes, beach unbrellas, beach towels and more that I probably forgot about. The pool is great, with a very nice covered out door area with a grill. Evrything was soooo clean and everything worked!!! Which is more than I can say about many properties in vrbo. The ac works great!!! The area is incredible and the people around here are so nice. The house is close right around the corner to restaurants and publix/target among other stores. And its incredibly close to the beach. I look forward to staying here again.

We went to Naples for a family trip with our kids. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities. My kids loved the pool. There were lots of pool floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. There were also three bicycles which we used to take a short ride to the beach. My kids loved the house and wanted to stay longer, but time did not permit. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had about the house and about Naples. We would definitely stay here again next year.

We stayed at the house for a short family getaway. This is our second time at this house. We have stayed at vacation homes before and this house has a lot more amenities than what we typically see from bikes, to pool floats, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kitchenware, etc. It has a great home away from home feeling and is great for families. The house is as pictured. It is very clean and the owner was very responsive to our questions and our needs.

The owner was very responsive and gave good tips on the area. Linens and towels could be refreshed.. mattresses were not comfortable , a few broken pool security features on the sliding doors.Refrigerator wasn’t the coldest. Pool had a lot of sand probably from previous guest…hose was broken and outdoor shower wasn’t the greatest sprayed all over could be replaced.. Overall I’d give it a good rating…had a great time with our family.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to beaches, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores including Publix, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. The house had everything we needed including cookware, beach towels, pool toys and bicycles. We all enjoyed the pool! The owner responded quickly to any questions we had and was extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to the Naples area.

The property is wonderful. Great for a mix of adults/kids or just adults. Very safe, very clean and so many things provided. Eugene and Gina are very responsive and accommodating. Property is very close to the beach and all the downtown/ old Naples sites (10 min Uber) and anything you would need. Would absolutely stay again!
