10 min drive to downtown Sarasota. Don't get too excited by the "3 Blocks to the Coast" - that's an insignificant detail to say the least... Plan on 20 min drive to the nearest public beach if you're lucky and there's no traffic. The unit was very clean! Only exception was the filthy BBQ in the backyard - could use some TLC. Furniture, amenities, and supplies are reasonable yet at the low end of the range for the price point. For example: Squeaky bed, sagging sofa, nice large TV but way too far from seating area, 2 rolls of toilet paper one of which at lowest possible quality, 9 nespresso pods (2 people * 7 days, do the math please), etc. Very weak water pressure in the shower.

Typically I have a hard time being comfortable when I’m away from home but I slept well, relaxed easy here. It was quiet but only minutes to the points of interest for us. Kitchen was stocked with essentials to make meals (even though I didn’t 😂). I didn’t like the electronic keypad to get in. Would have liked more wash rags. Very minor. I would definitely stay again!

The unit is bright and spacious. The management is incredibly thoughtful and included so many amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, and beach gear! Whenever I needed help, the management was very responsive and did everything they could to support me and ensure I have a great stay. I would love to visit again! It's been one of my best vacation rental experiences.

It’s like a tree house as a second floor unit. Very private and well kept. Comfortable and spacious. Close to Ringling Museum and downtown Sarasota. Antohitos is a great Cuban restaurant that is a short walk.

This is a nice condo; like all rentals it had its pluses and minuses. Positive: the location was good for us, the bed was super comfortable and the living room gave us much room to spread out. Needs improvement: We had a problem with the electronic lock on the exterior door -- after several unsuccessful tries it permanently locked us out! Eventually, Wes from the Evolve team was able to tell us the location of a hidden key that resolved the problem. The master bedroom is lacking a chest of drawers into which to unpack. There are a few drawers in the closet, but the unit is very flimsy. We had trouble controlling the thermostat; it is a Nest brand, and it kept resetting seemingly to a predetermined schedule and uncomfortable temperature. I tried everything to reset it (even watching YouTube instructional videos) and was able to place it on "hold" for several hours at a time, but was unable to reprogram it to suit our needs. The kitchen's layout is a "galley" and is tight for more than one person to operate in at a time, so if you have multiple chefs, be forewarned. All-in-all, we enjoyed the property. If they make a few improvements on the items mentioned, it will be top-notch.

We loved our stay here. It was well furnished and location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to Tamiami Trail. Check in was easy peasy. We had all the information before check in. The Nespesso coffee make a bonus as I love mine at home. Even had beach umbrellas o use! Would recommend this place highly!

The property came as advertised online on VRBO and met all our requirements for our stay. We appreciated the spacious living room / dining area and enjoyed morning walks on Bayshore Drive which was close by. Quick access to major roads was a big plus for us as we travelled to many locations during our stay. The property management team were available, helpful and responsive in attending to a couple of minor issues we had which was very comforting to us. Overall this was a very good rental experience for my wife and I.

The condo was cozy, and nice, but no cable TV, the owners want to spend as little money on the place as possible, and charge as much as they can get away with. my wife had to wash all the pots and pans; all were dirty with grim on them. Pillows all had stains on them. Mattress in the master bedroom had stains, and there was no protective cover... the other bed had a protective cover. I think the owners should go in and see the place more often. the cleaners aren't doing a very good job cleaning before the next renters come in. We would never stay here again. EVER!!! Also, as well we never stayed in a place without basic cable, should have that at least. This is meant only as constructive criticism. The condo is cute.

I can’t say enough good about this BNB. It’s adorable and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The owners are very friendly and helpful. At the last minute we decided to extend our stay in Florida and the owner of the BNB was able to make it work so we could continue to stay at the property. I highly recommend checking this out. You will not regret it.

We rented this property for our 2022 family vacation. It was amazing. Great location to get to any where we needed to go. The unit was clean and homey. And they had every little need thought out. The beach stuff for use was such a great addition. But mostly the owners were so amazing and easy to work with. Any time I had to get ahold of them. They got right back to us immediately. Highly recommend this unit and we will definitely us it again when back in Sarasota area.

This is a beautiful apartment- we stayed on the upper level. The 2 bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated. There is a washer and dryer for your use, as well as beach chairs! The living room was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well outfitted. It is an easy drive to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely rent this apartment again.
