I liked the privacy and the comfort.
I didn’t like that the bathroom light wouldn’t stay on.

Nice sized unit with two full bathrooms and nice lanai. Decent location. Pool and hot tub were nice.
Beds were AWEFUL!! My wife ended up sleeping on the couch for most of the stay. Besides being old, worn, and uncomfortable, the mattresses were stained. Sheets were clean of course. The main bed frame was wicker (as was all the furniture) and was falling apart The chairs for the dining table were also uncomfortable- they need new cushions. The hot pads for holding hot pots & pans were the cheapest and thinnest you could buy and therefore you burned your hands unless very quick. One kitchen drawer - the utensil drawer - was falling apart. Dishwasher is missing at least 4 rack rollers making it difficult to use. The clothes washer sounds like the bearings are going out - it was very loud and squealed. The shower door was crooked and leaked water on the floor when in use. I reported first day and someone came out to fix it two days later - although they didn’t warn us and went in when we weren’t home. We were given one key but there was a spare inside-HOWEVER- the key doesn’t work on the security door locks (wouldn’t even fit - different style lock) and we ended up getting locked out. Luckily the office was able to get ahold of the cleaning lady who had a key. We waited about an hour with groceries- the office lady took our refrigerated food for us while we waited. Why the security door wasn’t keyed to match the front door key I don’t understand. They could have at least warned us or just swapped the locking handle out with a non-locking (passage) knob. Tub stopper didn’t work - no way to take a bath.

Friendly and attentive staff, best restaurant on Molokai
Facilities have not been updated since it was built in the sixties and are showing wear

The size and location was perfect. We were there for a short time but REALLY loved that we were on the 1st floor. Easy to walk to the beach below. My mother enjoyed sitting outside at night relaxing in the cool breeze. She was even able to see deer for the first time in her life.
The only thing I must say is the linens. The main bedroom sheets and pillow cases had drool stains that you couldn’t just ignore. I had to wash them before using that night. The bath mat in the main bedroom bathroom had dirty feet stains on them, I flipped it over thinking that it would be clean but it was actually worse.

Huddle with the key the box is trash, the the property managment ( old white guy) is super rude . KNK Robbed me with 1 bedroom and robbed me with 2 beds, my son slept on a hard bamboo wooden small capuchin the entire 9 nights, huge nasty rouches, rotten dishwasher, mold in the shower curtains, nasty rotten coffee pot, Non Functional facets UNPLEASANT kitchen missing the important stuff. UNACCEPTABLE LOU-RING OF THE TOURIST and deliver all the opposite.
