Small complex and pleasant atmosphere. Owner courteous and helpful. Housekeeping person gracious. Nice outdoor sitting area. Had beverages and protein bar in room. Price reasonable Encourage using this place which not a big complex and more feel at home place.

We'd definitely stay here again.

The room was simple, but spacious--room for table and chairs--and spotlessly clean. Everything in the room seemed thoughtfully considered for guest comfort--including snacks, extra warm blanket and a great space heater. The shared outdoor spaces were lovely: fire pit and two covered patios, all with comfortable (and attractive) chairs. Chairs and tables outside each door were also a nice feature. The Little Free (lending) Library on the patio had great books about the area; and the parking lot was wide open for night-time sky gazing (and the walkway lights went out at 9:00 pm making it even darker). The host was very helpful, accommodating our change in plans.

it’s minamalist, but quiet, clean and close to town.

the room is sparse, TV, I don’t believe art on the wall, etc., but weren’t in our room but to sleep, so it was fine. provided good quality coffee. price was great. Walking distance to town. pretty quiet.

A bit too sparse for me, but that’s on me. They state that in the ad.

Great star gazing get away.

Very clean, basic, . The bed was comfortable, nice patio with cool books, fire pit and saltwater pool. The manager was friendly and informative. Good value

Pool was not heated and no hair dryer.

The motel is adequate to provide me with a place to stay when I visit Borrego Springs.

I liked the price per night and how comfortable it was for what I paid as well as its close proximity to the rural bus stop for the MTS route 892 & 891 and I'm returning for a week in October 2022 for the Orionid meteor shower.

There was nothing I didn't like about the place.

No frills accommodation that was clean and tidy. Ideal for a couple of days on our road trip..

The room was neat and tidy. Comfy bed. Good shower. Quiet location. Ideal for a short stay in Borrego Springs. Straightforward set up - got code for room door and didn't have to see anyone to check out. Just got going. Very easy.

Sound insulation was not great with the adjacent room. Could hear neighbours. However, this is a issue with nearly every hotel/motel I have ever stayed in.

Desert gem

Location, "good dog" friendly, quiet (other travelers quiet too w only 8 rooms). STARS! Room easily fit twin air matt & stuff. Side note: had food poisoning or 24 hr bug was terrified plumbing would not meet my needs. It did. Motel is maintained, has good bones. Can park right in front of room.

Wanted more from the blinds. Shower curtain & rod slipped down wall while I was showering. Easy fix but bit jarring at first
