New 5 star hotel, excellent

nice room, exceptional staff, very comfortable mattress, big TV watched my Netflix, good size mall around the hotel with lots of options. Also the hotel is surrounded by lots of businesses

breakfast buffet while very expansive wasn't cooked at 5 star level....good, but more like 4 star. It was quite far from the center of the city

Great option outside the historic center

Some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, which did wonders for us, as we were both recovering from food poisoning. The hotel is very new and modern. Really appreciated having a master switch for all the lights. The staff were great, and we really loved the fast, free valet parking. Great wifi, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a little far from the center of the city, and the rooftop was slightly smaller than we expected. The restaurant was a little disappointing. You will want a car if you stay here.

This was the most comfortable stay I’ve ever had. Camino Real exceeded all my expectations!

The location was perfect. Easy to travel to the places we wanted to visit. The staff was very polite. I would definitely go back and stay with my entire family the next time in Merida. The ambiance was great, too.

Great place, excelent service, although a bit over priced.

Great variety of food, from american style breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bacon, french toast, etc.) to a very mexican breakfast that includes hand made quesadillas (huitlacoche, flor de calabaza, champiñones, cochinita, etc.). Fresh fruit and veggies!

I didn't like the orange juice. I was expecting pure juice, what I had was water with squeezed oranges in it.

The breakfast was the best I had ever had anywhere, even in Europe. The room was lovely, and it was large and very comfortable. The service was terrific, and the concierge was excellent. He booked many beautiful tours for us. The hotel is lovely, and the decor is the best.

The only thing I did not like was not regarding the hotel and service itself but the type of booking connection, I guess. The fact that I could not charge items to my room, and therefore anytime I wanted anything it had to be a specific, additional transaction. It was annoying.

Very good

Was a lovely hotel with great facilities and a great pool. The shopping area attached to the hotel is lovely and don’t miss Bachour for their amazing pastries.

Check in was nearly an hour longer wait than I was initially told. Seemed to be some issues sorting out my room as staff seemed to keep talking about us while we waited in the lobby.

Fantastic hotel, good food, friendly staff

Great hotel in a perfect location for us. The staff were very friendly and professional and made our stay even better. Great breakfast and a good little gym. The room was spacious and very clean.

It was quite quiet when we stayed but I can imagine if it gets busy the roof top pool area might be a bit crowded but even that is a guess so I can’t fault it.

MAGNIFICENT VIEW EXCELLENT SERVICES

VERY PLEASANT STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK AND AT THE BAR ON THE ROOFTOP. THE VIEW IS MAGNIFICENT AND OUR BARTENDER EVEN SPOKE FRENCH WITH US THAT MDA US FEEL AT HOME, THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS

I LOVED EVERYTHING. Lots of comfort and great staff, excellent amenities! You WILL be comfortable here.

I didn't like that the food wasn't great in the local area but that's something the hotel can't really control. But there certainly were a lot of options to choose from. The Japanese restaurant down the road about a mile away was AMAZING🤘🏽
