Brand new B&B

Honestly it can’t get any better than this. Great staff, brand new place, great location close to entrance 3 of the park. You must purchase the ticket in advance and you will need to drive 10-15 for most restaurants. The place was peaceful in the top of the mountain. We did the host recommended hike and we did about 12km in total.

Perfect place to avoid crowds in the park and enjoy quality stay in the nature with attentive hosts.

- Fantastic facility - Fantastic hosts - Fantastic location - we especially enjoyed the 'back-door access' to the national park, the route our host showed us and having the park to ourselves most of the day and especially toward the end.

Overall, our experience was perfect. Just a few notes: - If you don't have a car, you will need a transfer from/to the Entrance 1 (host was happy to arrange for us) - Breakfast is extra and modest, self-served. Adding scrambled eggs to the buffet would be a major upgrade to the experience :)

Amazing host, location and room

Perfect! The host was helpful in every sense! The location is amazing … a walk to Entrance 3 of the park. The rooms and buildings are beautiful. Everything is new but has an old feel to it. The style is amazing. Breakfast was well worth it. I wish I had more time to stay!

Excellent location just 15’ walk to the waterfalls and entrance to the park. Clean and nicely furnished rooms. Friendly and welcoming hosts, always available to help and provide information how to navigate around the nature park.

Sound isolation of the walls is a bit problematic (at least for people who may have problems falling asleep, since like coughing from the guests on the upper floor could be heard as at the next door). Value for money is a bit on a low mid level; for the price of the room one could expect a breakfast included.

Super. In case we are visiting Plitvice again we definitely will book this B&B again

The hosts were very kind and very helpfull. The reception when we arrived was friendly. Also helpfull in advising were to go for diner. We enjoyed the extensive breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurts, muesly, eggs, bread, cheese etc.

The last part of the route towards the apartment was a bit difficult to find.

Great host, location and sneakyness :)

Right smack in the NP close to Entrance 3 (the sneaky entrance) the location couldn’t be more handy. Branislav will pick you up (if needed) explain everything and tell you were you can walk to the lookout points if you don’t have a NP ticket. Clean, large rooms, well equipped with everything you need. Wake up to the sound of the river/falls if you’re lucky! We didn’t eat breakfast, but it looked like a good spread.

You do hear other guests coming in and out, but it’s a small set up and only when entering/leaving. Also, our shower door leaked, not a biggy, but a little annoying.

Best place to stay for Plitvice lakes at your own pace

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at B&B Plitvice Hill and our host was so thoughtful and looked after our every need, and gave us very helpful recommendations. The rooms are very clean and modern, very comfortable after a long day's of walking. The location is perfect, easy to access to the look-out points that less frequented by tourist, and easy walk to entrance 3. Because of this, we could enjoy many of the walks and the views in a calm way, without all the tourist groups, cars, etc! With that said, you will be further from shops or bancomat (closest would be to go during the day when walking past entrance 1 or 2), so come prepared. But Branislav made himself so easy to reach and was so attentive, you do not need to worry should you need anything. Breakfast was well presented continental breakfast every morning, and we ate our fill before walking for the day. Thanks so much! Will come again!

Excellent location. Big room with comfortable bed. The staff were very polite and courteous. They were very helpful with planning the visit to the waterfalls. There is ample free parking on-site as well. Overall a great place to stay in Plitvica.

Clean, comfortable, brand new, and perfectly situated for visiting Plitvice lakes

Fantastic location within walking distance to the lesser-known auxiliary entrance of the park. The host was friendly and most helpful in planning our route. Accommodations were comfortable and extremely clean; everything is essentially brand new and finished very nicely. We opted in to the breakfast and it was great too.

I liked that the floor surfaces were hard, probably ceramic tiles, because these materials seem cleaner to me. However, this means that there is little to absorb the sound in the rooms and hallways. The other guests were very respectful and not loud but I think this is why we could occasionally hear them coming and going.

Great hosts, very nice and helpful. The location is on the border of the Plitvice National Park, which makes it very easy to enter. The apartments are located in a new and very well-equipped house, the rooms are spacious and have a warm, homely feeling. I can totally recommend this place to anyone.

The location is perfect to visit Plitvica Lake National Park, as you are already in the park. You can easily walk to entrance 3 where you can show your tickets. The tickets you have to buy online before, as they do not sell then at this entrance. Because of this you will be away from the crowds at least when you enter and you can enter early to be in the park when the big crowds are still sleeping. The room was big and super clean. We missed nothing. And the owner Branislav helped us with everything we need. I would recommend this place absolutely!

Maybe as a recommendation. The area outside the house could be a bit nicer to hang out. There are benches and tables, but those are not really comfortable.

This B&B was an amazing stay. The room was very clean and spacious with all new facilities. The B&B was in perfect location to the Plitvice park national park. The hosts were very nice and helpful from as soon as we arrived until we left. The breakfast was very nice with a range of options and good prices. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Well appointed, modern room in a small six unit B&B. Breakfast was good and location was very good.

While a very new building, a fair amount of noise from others adjacent baths, entry doors, and neighboring dogs.

Amazing place to stay in Plitvice!

That's a truly amazing place to stay when visiting Plitvice! Located in the unique picturesque village, the property offers everything you might wish for - beautiful nature, comfortable and clean rooms, amazing hospitality of the hosts. It's super quiet and relaxing there. The interior of our room was very tasteful, the room size was huge. The best part of the property is that you have both free parking for the Plitvice park and the entrance with no crowds - you can reach the unofficial, third entrance within 10-15 minutes walk in the beautiful surroundings! In overall, we really enjoyed our stay there, i wish we have had more days!

Nothing to mention here (just remember that the breakfast is not included in the room rate).

Superb

The location was perfect. You can walk to the Plitvice national park, without going to one of the entrances. This is just a 5 minute walk. The owner was very kind en helpfull. The appartment was new and clean. Bed and bathroom were very comfortable.

Diner was not possible, but luckily there is a small restaurant at the neighbours.
