Es un hotel muy básico

La habitación era moderna y tenía buen tamaño, la limpieza estaba ok, el personal muy simpático y dispuesto a ayudar. Organizaron mi recogida del aeropuerto. El restaurante tenía comida de buena calidad, pero los precios eran bastante altos.

El hotel no tiene ascensor, no pude pagar con la tarjeta de crédito y solo era posible cambiar dinero de 8 a 18 horas. Las toallas y la ropa de cama tenían algunos agujeros. El wifi no conectaba en mi teléfono. En la tv solo funcionaba Netflix y YouTube. La caja de seguridad no funcionaba. Las camas eran muy duras.

Would be back .

The hospitality , had my breakfast packed for me before stepping out. Location was second to none. Parking lot was quite spacious and easily accessible. Would be nice to establish more of Rivera in other part of Lagos or Nigeria.

Can’t say in particular but was highly satisfied.

All the staff are friendly. Expecially the lady at the counter. The room is spacious and bed is comfy. Room service is prompt whenever we asked for help. WiFi connection is excellent inside the room

The water is not clean inside the restroom. I suggest to change menu's each day for breakfast. Breakfast menu should be label for those who did not eat pork. The hotel should provide slippers as the flooring is cold and the toiletries should cater for two pax instead of one. I have to buy extra toothbrush for my fiance

Good

It was nice and quite. I was able to get my work done, and I rested well at the end of the day. I requested a wake up call, and I got it - right on time as well.

There's no 'regular' room service, only fine dinning. Very expensive fine dining for someone who is just looking for a quick meal after a long trip. Good thing that the hotel is right off Adeola Odeku, so there are many feeding options. The complimentary breakfast was bland.

friendly and unpretentious hotel with very good location and nice staff

The hotel was nice, the rooms without balcony have small windows, enough light. the staff very cordial and helpful. owners presence makes a difference. several places to eat inside the premise. the restaurant ocean5 is excellent. we were pleasantly surprised since the break fast and other cafeterias are very modest. the Pool was empty. great location. safe close parking. wifi provided

the owner was open to suggestions like having shower mats to avoid slipping, as well as outside when it rains.

Breakfast was great. The location happens to be very close to my places of interest. It was perfect for my trip

I had water leakage from the water heater in the bathroom but it was fixed soon after I reported the issue.

It was a great location, few minutes drive to foreign embassies on Walter Carrington Crescent.

The Room was very clean and the front desk staff very cheerful and helpful.

The food menu especially for dinner were mainly Indian cuisine. There were limited Nigerian food. The TV menu selection had no Nigerian news channels, we couldn't watch any local news to know what was happening including the collapse of a 21 storey building in the Ikoyi neighborhood.

Superb

I was given an upgraded room at a reasonable discount. The staff were courteous and gave good service while the room was very spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet and also had an interesting Chinese meal one of the evenings.

Great staff and management. 3 restaurant in one location, fantastic!!! Strongly recommend this location if you are looking for value for money and relaxation. Pool, bar and live band is available. Management treatment was great and cordial. Definitely coming back with my wife for more days to unwind, it's in center of VI and great proximity to other city attractions. If there is a membership for this hotel and its chain of other I am happy to sign on.

Homely

The room was small but cozy. I stayed here because of the food. They have a fine dining restaurant within the hotel that serve excellent meals made with fresh food. The Wi-Fi in the was very fast and each room has a smart Tv. I could connect to Netflix and chill before going to bed. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent. That it was served in the room was an added plus. The meal was a great way to start the day. Overall it's a great place to de-stress. The staffs are very patient and nice and their manager is very friendly. There's really nothing to complain about. Great value for money.
