About this house rental
We are excited to welcome you to our newly remodeled home away from home. You will love being less than half a mile from King Fisher Beach and Boggy Bayou! Sit back and relax with coffee, a cold beer, or wine on our spacious, always breezy covered deck overlooking beautiful palm trees and nature preserve. You will have plenty of room in our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath get away.
Property Details:
- Sleeps up to 8 people
- Master bedroom: King bed and en-suite bathroom with private balcony overlooking fenced in backyard and glimpses of bay.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with spacious sitting area for morning coffee. Direct access to main bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed and twin bunk beds.
Ameneties:
- New appliances, large custom countertop with plenty of room for dining and prep. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, wine opener, dish drying rack. WE DO NOT HAVE A DISHWASHER, but hope that we have provided enough dishes to overcome this inconvenience..
- Bath towels and linens provided. We have also provided extra blankets and pillows.
- Extra soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer provided.
- Huge outdoor patio lounge area, dining area, and plenty of room to play, relax and unwind after a day at the beach or fishing.

The beach home has been updated and had plenty of space for our crew. We were only there a couple nights for a deep sea fishing trip. The beach was close, parking was covered, and the ac worked great! 😊

The outside deck is great and the inside was nice as well. I would recommend this as a place to stay in Port O’Connor.

We had a great time. All was good at the house but wanted to let you know a couple of things. 1st we had 7 in our group, 5 ladies and 2 men and only 2 wash cloths so you can see thats not good. The inside was great but we had to wash the table and chairs off as well as the outside white plastic sofa. Just thought you would like to know for your other guest when visiting your home.
We will be back next year for my mother in laws 90th birthday

We took a girl’s trip to Port O'Conner. The main reason we rented this home was because the neighbors next to the house were also our neighbors that lived beside us in MO for 20 years and are our great friends! That is beside the point though, this house is so clean, it was BEAUTIFUL, and we will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us enjoy a slice of heaven at the beach and in your beautiful, well-kept home!

We loved this home. The location was excellent just a few blocks to the beach. Open floor plan for the kitchen, dining and living room that opened up to nice porch. The rooms were spacious and clean. This home was comfortable and great for entertaining with the nice covered carport under the house. We enjoyed cornhole. Everything in the home was nice, modern and equipped with dishes, pans, and even first aide kits that we unfortunately needed for a bandaide. She had soap, shampoo and conditioner. Nice closet space. Comfy sectional. Lots of sitting room to eat inside and out. Plenty of room for boat or parking.

The house was pretty well stocked. The furnishings were pretty. The owner gave great instructions on getting to the house and responded quickly if we had a question. It was decorated nicely but still pretty baby friendly and we had a crawling baby with us. I would recommend it

This property was clean and neat and in a good location, but what was most impressive was the responsiveness of the property manager, Amber Sue Huff. During our stay the whole area was dealing with a "once in a generation" freeze and unfortunately the pipes in this rental froze. Amber was proactive and took care of everything. She was even working and responsive on Christmas Eve. I would rent from Vrbo just because of our experience in a challenging situation that was dealt with so efficiently. Thank you Amber for all you did for us! If this property came with a washer and dryer I would give it a 5 star overall rating.

This house is beautifully decorated, remodeled and stocked. It had everything we needed and wanted! We had a great time playing board games, going fishing, riding bikes and cooking! We’d definitely come back! The host was very responsive and helpful. Everything was great!

I appreciated the flexibility and responsiveness of the homeowner leading up to the stay. The house was great and we appreciated the water bottles & snacks upon check in. There were extra towels in the bathroom, enough toilet paper for our stay (thank you!) and plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. The only thing I can think of that needed attention was the tiny amount of dishwashing liquid in the kitchen and an old dish scrubber. We had to go to the store to get a clean scrubber and a bottle of dishwashing liquid. The house is just a few blocks from the beach and we saw the most beautiful sunset that first evening from Kings Pier and saw dolphins! It was lovely. Didn't get to fish because a very windy and cold front moved in but we loved our time at the house. The porch had plenty of seating and so did the living area and dining room. We plan to return and stay here again in the future. Thank you!

This place was wonderful. Had everything you needed. The beds were comfortable, air was cool. Beautiful deck to kick back relax, play games. The boys loved the hook game down stairs on the covered patio :) Not far from the beach. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time! The home is very beautiful and comfortable. It is very private and the attention to detail by the owners is impeccable! We walked to the beach every day and set up our umbrella and chairs. The local restaurants were very good. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing VRBO!
This VRBO was everything we could’ve wanted and more. The communication with Amber was incredible! They did a great job with the decorations and the overall quality. When we come back, this will definitely be the house we rent.

Stayed at this property multiple times and it never disappoints, from start to finish. Perfect accommodations for my friends and me when we need a place to hang our hats after a long day of fishing. Owner is always extremely responsive.
