Good value for the money, nice place to stay

Spacious and nice room overlooking the pool. Private bath in an enclosed terrace was also super nice. Decent breakfast options, staff are very friendly and helpful

Location might not be the best, takes 10-15 minutes of walking to reach decent beaches or restaurants in Sanur.

Peu de contact avec le personnel qui est d'ailleurs moyennement accueillant Nous sommes partis se promener le matin du jour du check out et nous avons retrouvé la porte de notre chambre ouverte en revenant (sans que le nettoyage ait été fait) Le pommeau de douche de la baignoire fuyait et nous avons dû le faire réparer (le remplacement était plutôt rapide)

De cottages liggen in een fantastische tuin met vijvers en geweldige smaak volle beplanting met een heerlijk zwembad. De kamer (classic suite) die wij in eerste instantie geboekt hadden voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen omdat er op booking.com bij deze kamer een afmeting van 40 m2 vermeld staat. Echter is deze superklein met slechts 10 m2! en heel erg krap met hele lage smalle deuren. Je moet diep bukken als je naar de badkamer wil. . Hij is mooi ingericht, maar je kunt er je kont niet keren en je bagage niet kwijt. Wees je daar van bewust als je deze boekt. Nadat wij dit aangegeven hadden kregen we gratis een upgrade naar een groter verblijf, waar we heel blij mee waren en dit verblijf overtrof onze verwachting. Maar wij vinden wel dat ze de maten correct moeten aangeven in de advertentie.

We hadden toch redelijk veel last van laagvliegende vliegtuigen, vooral in de vroege ochtend. Het ontbijt moet je een dag van te voren op een formulier in vullen en dat is nogal gecompliceerd en erg lastig . Ook dat je een tijd moet opgeven hoelaat je gaat ontbijten is als je vakantie hebt niet leuk. Je kunt maar heel weinig op het forrmulierv aangeven waardoor je een minuscuul ontbijt krijgt met maar één plakje stokbrood.. Als je wat extra wilt kost het geld. Wij hadden aangegeven dat we 4 extra toast wilden hebben. Dat kregen we, maar we moesten voor die 4 witte sneetjes en een klein schepje jam 2,50 euro extra betalen. Dit is echt wel voor verbetering vatbaar en voor een prijs van 74 euro per nacht, wat best veel is voor Bali, mag je verwachten dat er een goed ontbijt is. In andere verblijven waar we waren was dat zeker het geval.

Heerlijk hotel in een mooie tuin

In een prachtige tuin vlakbij de populairste boulevard van Sanur ligt dit heerlijke hotel. De kamers zijn groot en mooi ontworpen, het zwembad is schoon en verkoelend en het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Het bijbehorende restaurantje heeft een beperkt aanbod aan alcoholische drankjes en/of snackjes voor bijvoorbeeld aan het zwembad, maar er is genoeg in de buurt!

Bebek cottages have seen better day. Everything is a bit run-down. However the staff were delightful, the plants, ponds and fountains were nice.

Needs a big facelift to justify the prices they charge.

Très bel hotel, plage accessible à pied

Très beau bungalow familial, belle terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Très bon petit déjeuner, personnel très gentil et très serviable. Très belle décoration, très beau jardin avec beaucoup de plantes si bien que même si les chambres sont proches, on ne voit pas vraiment nos voisins tellement c’est bien caché. En plus on accède à pied très facilement au centre et à la plage, ce qui fait un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Beautiful green garden. The rooms are stunning and v clean. They kept the restaurant open for us for a delicious dinner. Staff v friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great 👍

Authenticity & Beauty in Sanur, Bali.

The small, elegant property with individually decorated cottages provided an experience of authentic Bali, with comfort. The cottages were beautifully decorated & the outside sitting area was delightful. All our sitting time was outside. Having our breakfast delivered to this outside area was also delightful. The numerous art installations around the grounds & in yhe cottages were also charming. Bebek cottages is located in a quiet area away from the busy Sanur centre. Although not on the beach, it is easily accessible by either walking or hiring a bike from very close by. Bebek cottages is a perfect place to experience serenity beside the delightful pool, a taste of authentic Bali along with much beauty & comfort.

It would be much more sustainable to include the large water bottles in each cottage rather than lots of little ones. The poolside needs more sun lounges so that guests are not anxious about spending too much time on them. The older ones need replacing as the broken pegs on the back are a little dangerous.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable rooms. Quiet, peaceful location and gorgeous pool. Close enough to beach and Sanur’s main drags without being too close. Space to sit outside and chat when kid in bed.

We stayed only one night, our last night in Bali, at Bebek Cottages and chose it because of the good recommendation at booking.com and the great pictures capturing the beautiful green garden area around a lovely pool. I thought what a perfect last Bali experience before flying back to Germany. The whole complex and garden is indeed beautifully and authentically decorated with Balinese art and very well maintained.

While the vast majority of the cottages fully live up to the description of booking.com and are beautifully situated in the garden area, we unfortunately were booked into cottage 1, which was a bit outside the main area and missed the immersion in the green garden. Instead, the concrete terrace faced the restaurant and did not blend in very well with the otherwise beautiful grounds.

Bebek Cottages is neither on a main shopping street nor on the beach, but located on a quiet side street 15-20 minutes' walk from the beach. Its 8 cottages are each stylishly designed and decorated, as are its grounds, centered on a swimming pool. A comfy bed, excellent shower, wifi, and AC, and a very good breakfast delivered to your patio are key features. Towels are changed every day. Bebek has a conveniently attached restaurant also open for lunch and dinner. All that plus friendly staff and good value make it an excellent choice for Sanur.

We were overcharged for a transfer to Kuta, though it was partly our fault -- we should have rejected their price and bargained.
