Good but with some minor issues

Great location, just across the road from the shops. Comfortable beds. Friendly neighbours. the outside is currently being renovated to be more updated.

The layout excludes somewhere to sit and relax, it is bedrooms and a kitchen - a minor issue. the walls are dirty, and the shower needs a good clean to get rid of the mould. Host was responsive to other minor issues we had which were providing enough toilet paper for the stay, towels for drying dishes weren't included, and there was no toilet seat (which might be a more common thing in this region).

Overall a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Large beds in both rooms. Air conditioning in all rooms. Laundry facilities. WiFi. Central location. Owner came to the rescue when I realised I'd left a rucksack with passport etc.

WiFi in far away bedroom poor. Shower cubicle a little small. No toilet seat. Please take this as constructive criticism, really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to experience Sorrento!

Excellent location with easy access to central Sorrento. Well-equipped for eating-in and terrace with washer that had outdoor space for drying clothes and towels. Served us well!

i visited Sorrento for a friend’s wedding, this was one of the cheapest apartments to stay in, my only negative was the

the property is as pictured, was very clean, and well presented- I will definitely book again , but would have loved a kettle.

The appartment at edge of the old city so the location is quite okay. The owner was very helpfull and the apartment well equiped and suited for a family or 2 couple.

The wall need a repainting and some of the flat's gear needs maintenance but all together the apartment was okay.

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! BLACK MOLD!!

BEWARE BLACK MOLD!! THIS IS A DANGER TO YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY. The apartment does not match the pictures. The kitchen is completely different. The host is a scam artist. Honestly, if you are reading this, do yourself a favor and delete your booking.com account and go to AirBnb. The host had us waiting over an hour past the check in time. When we finally got inside, there was no crib available for my infant, although it was promised before hand. We decided to overlook that because the baby sleeps fine in our bed. The first morning I found excessive toxic black mold all along the wall by the window. It was conveniently covered by curtains and furniture. We left as soon as we could to get my 3 children to a safer place. The host stopped responding after I showed him pictures and now we are fighting him and booking.com for a refund. Booking.com seems to always side with the host, even in a dangerous situation and refuses to work with us as well. Booking.com is A SCAM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS EVEN CHILDREN/INFANTS. Absolutely disgraceful. They should both be ashamed this terrible host and booking.com alike.

Amenities: everything we needed including washing machine, and more. Loved the orange juice press in the kitchen.

The main street can be a little loud, but the windows and doors are well isolated.

location is excellent, but reconsider staying here if you’re a very clean person.

location is excellent! right near the main part of town and a short walk to the beach and port. the owner was helpful with check in and every room has air conditioning.

the washing machine was unable to be used. it wouldn’t work, and was filled with smelly water that stunk. it was also outside. the building itself looks very old and unsafe from the outside. there was only 1 set of towels each provided for 3 days which isn’t enough. the floor felt sticky and dirty. a deep clean is definitely needed throughout the whole place. there were a few random hairs in the bed when we arrived. the neighbours upstairs were also very loud banging and drilling early in the morning. one of the beds was very uncomfortable and far too soft. there is a thin sheet provided on each bed. the extra blankets from the cupboard absolutely stunk which made it unpleasant to sleep with them on the bed. the kitchen window has no blind so is very bright with a street light shining right in at night time. the hairdryer was melted and unsafe to use.

Great value for money, very pleasant stay!

Lovely host, very understanding of our delayed and late arrival. Location was 10/10. Bedrooms were lovely and spacious.

For those not sleeping in the main bedrooms the couch sofa outside wasn’t too comfortable as there is a lot of daylight that comes through into the room. Balcony is very small and the walls seemed quite thin (very noisy at times)

Great location, uninterested host

Excellent location Clean and well equipped apartment

Host didn't turn up to check us in or check us out (neighbour turned up with a key and opened door and left, when we left the cleaners told us we could go, we were sat waiting as had arranged check out time but host didn't turn up) Sent one question asking best way to get to the port and got no reply. Had also sent 3 messages within 2 weeks of going advising of our arrival time and asking if we could store luggage before check in time but got no reply until day before. Hairdryer was useless, small thing but didn't dry hair, door out to small balcony was broken. Very noisy as on a main road with lots of traffic and bedrooms face the road, however location for walking around was great so could put up with the noise.

We loved Sorrento. Would like to return and would happily rebook this accommodation.

Location is superb, the town centre is a very short walk. Rooms are air conditioned and very comfortable.

One of the windows could not close properly due to the previous guest who had not informed the landlord. The host offered to get it fixed during our stay but we declined as it wasn't an issue for us.

Property spotlessly clean. Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to key transport links and the main town centre. The Host, Nadia was very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for a lovely few days in Sorrento.

Both place and the host is very great, exceeding our expectation

The host is so kind and tries her best to contact us on the day and time of our arrival at Sorrento (and also at our check-out day). We were given two keys to the room, so it's very neat! The room is also available before check-in time, so we can all check-in early and take a short rest in the hotel. The place is very big for this price, everything is clean, well-equipped with decent houseware and furniture. The host also gives us free coffee :)

The hotel is not easily recognizable from the outside because there is no sign or name of the place to search with, and the building around the place looks like a normal apartment (This part might be improved by putting a simple sign or name to indicate the name of the place from outside). But the problem is solved because the host is very responsive when we ask questions about it so we finally found the exact location of the place

The Host Nadia is super helpful and friendly . The location is perfect. The apartment is super clean, big. The beds are very comfortable. You feel like you are at home. I really recommend the apartment! We will be back.
