If you want to be located in town, only a short distance from Telluride Ski and Golf Resort and a few blocks from all the dining and shopping Telluride offers, this is an excellent spot. Enjoy the convenience of being on the west end of town, just steps from Lift 7, shops, and restaurants. If you go four blocks farther, you'll come to Elk's Park, the Sheridan Opera House, and the free gondola that connects Telluride to Mountain Village.
But the enticements don't stop there. This condo is conveniently located, but it's also thoughtfully furnished. You'll have everything you need with a sectional in the living area, a dining table, a well-equipped kitchen, and a shared hot tub open year-round. The main bedroom has a gas fireplace of its own, and there are decks with views down the box canyon, so you can see the famous peak of Mt. Ajax and get a peek of the ski hill.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus called the Galloping Goose that loops the circumference of town. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the Gondola.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We liked it all and would like to rent it again sometime.

Two families stayed here, 7 people total, and it was a perfect amount of space! It was clean, had all the shower soaps and things handy in the bathroom, which was huge! Location is awesome! Quick walk to gondola and heart of town, supermarket is just a quick jog. Parking was easy!

Great view of lift 7 and the surrounding mountains from the living room and main bedroom. Well stocked kitchen made cooking in a good option when needed. Comfy beds and nice room humidifiers to help with the dry mountain air.

Condo was perfect, access to downtown was perfect, access to lift 7 was perfect, no complaints. I would rebook this place in a heartbeat.

Convenient Location

Looks great online, but problems upon arrival and horrible communication with VACASA staff. One bathroom covered in constructive dust, had to clean entire bathroom and towels before use. Several lights were hanging from walls. Upstairs heat problem - and not because of no AC. The thermostats were all off, yet floor heaters still heating room. Upstairs fireplace also produces heat, even when off we kept windows open all day and night( lows in 40’s) and still didn’t cool down adequately. No screens on windows - several bees entered. High winds - blew picture off wall and lamps off tables. 5 emails to VACASA - no useful response. Will never rent with them again.

Cozy Condo with Perfect Amenities
First of all, allow me to rave about the local manager who remained in contact throughout our stay. They were kind & attentive. Second, this condo is in a great part of town. Just on the edge of Telluride, we remained in quick walking distance from everything. The condo was clean, the beds & sheets & towels were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed, & the living room was cozy for us all to gather around in each evening when we arrived home from the days festivities. I will SURELY be staying here again!

We had a group of six of us staying at this house and it's SO close to Lift 7 - you can get up the mountain really quick. We loved staying in town instead of the village and it was great to walk to good restaurants nearby.
The layout of this house is good too - you can have people talking in the living room and it's actually really quiet in the bedrooms.
It is cozy, but very comfortable.

Great location!
This condo was in walking distance to Chair 7 and Main Street. We were also able to walk to the gondola that takes you to the village. We didn't have to use our cars once during our stay. The only issue we had was with there only being 1 parking spot (we drove from Utah and had 2 cars). Everything nearby is permitted parking so that was the biggest issue. The Nespresso coffee maker didn't work, but luckily there was a drip pot, we just needed to go out and buy coffee for it as we had brought Nespresso pods with us. And there were no garbage cans in the garage as was stated on the house rules. Otherwise, the condo was clean, updated and had a good amount of space for 5 adults.

Great place
Clean, updated condo. Nice features including an amazing mbr shower!
Linens and towels were comfy as well.
The concierge at the guest house was great and super convenient to have ski storage at the mountain village

Lovely place
We absolutely loved this place! Being right on the path to walk to town or the gondola was key. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and nice touches to make it a 5 star. Would stay again and recommend!

Summer family vacation
This property was great! The perfect location! Just steps from the river trail which was perfect for our little ones to run along and not have to worry about cars. It was also just a short 10 minutes walk down to the gondola which would take you up to mountain village for shops and restaurants and it was free! We could walk to all of the shops and restaurants very easily too. The property was very comfortable for all of us too. It was a little warm at times since there is no air conditioning but in the evenings and at night it would cool off quickly. We would come stay here again.

Perfect ski spot!
We had the best time in Telluride and loved our stay in this condo. It was a perfect location, walking to the grocery and dinner spots, plus we could walk right out and hop on the chairlift. Can't wait to come back!

Location better than expected
We enjoyed the ability to walk to so much of the town and felt the condo itself was nicer than expected. The management group was very proactive in communicating with us and made it easy to walk right in and enjoy. Only thing that would’ve been better would’ve been an elevator to haul luggage up to the third floor but that’s not in anyone’s control. The stretch of river across the street from the condo was great for the kids to play in and the gondola was a short walk as were the many restaurants in town and some hiking trails which is nice since parking is not easy to come by in town.

Great rental!
Really nice condo on the edge of town. Right next to the river and within a few blocks of Main Street. Even nicer than the pictures. Only complaint would be the heat on the top floor. Definitely gets toasty in the summer

Superb location
The location of this unit is perfect! You can park your car and walk to everything! 5 minutes from the Coonskin lift, 5 minutes from the Grocery store, and 10 minutes to downtown. The unit itself is very comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. This property fits the bill for a perfect ski vacation!

Great location
The condo was in a great location for us! Walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Path along the river was right next to the building! The unit is on the top floor so 2 flights of stairs. The Master room is up another flight of stairs. So be prepared.

Great location, clean space, and lots of fun!
It was our first time to Telluride. Myself, mother, grandmother and fiancé visited to look at Telluride as a potential destination wedding spot. We had no idea where to stay but this had plenty of room and was nicely located. We walked everywhere and quickly fell in love with the town and can’t wait to host our friends and family here for our wedding. The condo was very comfortable but there were a few minor inconviences. There are two large flights of stairs to the condo which wasn’t a deal breaker but was hard for my grandmother to do multiple times a day and we were all out of breath by the top of the stairs. The sun does shine right in it during the afternoon which causes it to get warm and for sleeping it was a little toasty, especially in the upstairs bedroom. It does cool down at night a lot so having the windows open helped but with no AC (which we heard most places in Telluride do not have) it was a little warm at bedtime. We would stay here again despite but probably not with someone who doesn’t get around well. It was a great place to call home for the four nights we were there though!
