About this house rental

Our place rocks! It is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. And best of all, it is in a sweet spot -- close to the ND campus but away from the noise. ND is just 20 mins away by walk and 5 mins by car.

There are 4 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a nice dining area, a spacious living room, and an even more spacious common room for kids (and grown-ups) to enjoy. One of the bedrooms also has a small bed for a toddler and a pack-and-play for an infant.

The house itself was great, but there was an overwhelming smell of cats and cat urine. The owner is clearly aware of this as every room has an air purifier (barely helped) and a box of tissues for your allergies!

This house is in the perfect location for our visit, and the house is very nice. I am pretty sure all the mattresses were the same. That would be the only thing that I would complain about, they were not very comfortable. I would definitely rent this house again.

I visited South Bend with my brothers to celebrate our mothers birthday. The house was very close to our parents place. It was very clean and had many basic essentials that made the trip even easier. Check in and check out were also very easy. We had a great time and recommend this house fully if you’re visiting South Bend!

Our stay was perfect as it was super close to ND University while dropping off my nephew to school. I was able to juggle working remotely with reliable internet, bring my dog, and be close enough to campus to be present for my nephew. Met all of our needs.

This property was great and so close to Notre Dame Campus which is what we wanted. The Host was in constant contact with us and we had a great stay.

We stayed while in town for our youngest son's wedding. We chose this rental for its proximity to the wedding venue and for the kitchen/workspace since we were providing appetizers for the reception. Overall, our stay was exactly as we anticipated, the price was reasonable and the house was super clean. There are some shortcomings that everyone should be aware of. The kitchen lacks many pots/pans - the family room furniture is very old with covers and is not very comfortable - the beds are very low to the ground with very thin mattresses (not bad for a night or two but not much more than that - the master shower is very small but usable - there are not enough towels, bring some of your own. Bottom line - great place for a short stay at a budget price. If you plan to lounge around the house and enjoy it then I would look elsewhere.

I got nauseous when we entered the house They smell of air freshener was absolutely so strong it would make you feel like vomiting I don’t know if it was to cover up the smell of Indian cooking but it made it really difficult to enjoy staying here The couch and sofa were completely worn down to the foam and had seat covers that kept coming off to reveal a totally old worn away seat cushions Not okay for the price they charged us Also there is NO DISHWASHER I can’t believe it I think we paid WAY too much for this place

We had a great time. The Irish smashed Georgia Tech! House was wonderful! Process of checking in and out was seamless. I hope to return for a game and we would definitely stay here again

Convenient location in central South Bend about 1-2 miles from amenities. Parking is tricky if you have more than one vehicle otherwise easily manageable. Management is friendly and prompt to answer emails/phone etc. Very happy with our stay.
