It was ok for what we needed.

The location was good, easy to reach Corniche. It had a small kitchen , although we didnt use it.

The twin beds were very small. The toaster was dirty (although we didnt use it).

great location, comfortable bed, staff were exceptionally friendly. great value for money. lovely hot shower

I found bad smell when I entered the room and saw cockroach in the bathroom.

Very good

The hotel is relatively close to the old town and there is a large hypermarket next door.

There is very weak wifi in some rooms. The water for showering was sometimes not quite warm. Very poorly equipped kitchen in the room.

the workers and manager are absolutely amazing. very friendly, and helping. asked for many things and came right away

Noisy, early sun light, dirty kitchen, unprofessional staff, wifi is a joke

At the check in, the guy barely was able to communicate in English and not understanding our questions (i.e. where to have dinner nearby the hotel). We received the room after walking a long corridor without illumination: after asking the reason, the reply was the breaker might have tripped. Received the room we were asked if the room was enough for not receiving furthers complaints. After checking the accomodation, the light in the bathroom was not working, then the room has been changed to another one. The wifi never worked, despite highlighting the issue immediately. The matress was too soft, the air conditioning external unit was installed 50cm outside the window and too noisy while working due to unproper installation and consequent huge vibrations producing metal noise: we were obliged to keep the a/c off in the bed room. The a/c unit in the living room started leaking shortly after switching it on. The towels were old and and damaged, the kitchen tools were found with old pieces of food, the kitchen drawers dirty, the fridge smelling rotten inside. Traks of humidity were present on the internal walls. Black out curtains were not present on the windows. On our return before spending the second night, we found the room not cleaned, the bed not done, the towels not changed.

Exceptional

Everything was fine, the receptionists were nice and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and equipped. The bed is comfortable and there is a safe parking facility.

Good budget stay in Ruwi, excellent staff service

price-performance ratio was great, stuff veeeery kind and caring, room changes due to our wishes were no issues, was just what we were looking for!

Actually, everything was fine considering the super low fare...cannot complain at all.

Lovely unique hotel, sweet staff, great value for money

• beautiful building design with courtyard and verandas . Unique • room had kitchenette so you can cook / heat food to save money eating out • good location. Mutrah, parks, museums, beaches in driving distance • excellent value for money with single rooms for 10 omr • sweet, humble, kind staff. Dinesh the manager was very warm and helpful

• parking is limited . But on fri sat you can park in the car park opposite hotel • because they are giving 50- 70% discount on normal prices , cannot afford to fully stock kitchenette and other things . Remember to bring toilet paper, etc for bathroom. And knives , etc for kitchen

the hotel is not clean at all it was smelly and not clean the reception not corporate with the customer at all fell so bad I went there I’m very sorry

not clean and smells something dead inside
