Decent hotel in a good location

Location was excellent, in a seemingly safe suburb with many good restaurants in easy walking distance. Metro station is close, although the staff recommended that I don’t use it. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful (although they didn’t speak English).

Only one issue: all the rooms face a main road which has a lot of traffic noise. It might not be so bad on the higher floors, but I had to wear earplugs each night. Having said that, I would stay they again.

Mala comunicación

Me gustó que estaba todo realmente limpio.

La falta de comunicación por parte del hotel, no funcionaba el área de piscina y restaurante y no nos avisaron. Y la chica que nos atendió simplemente dijo que eso lo habían mandado y que ella no podía hacer nada ( poco empática). Creo que podrían avisar si alguna de las instalaciones no va a estar en funcionamiento previamente, ya que uno cuenta con ellas cuando reserva.

Cómodo y bien localizado.

Habitación amplia y cómoda.

Faltan dos cosas. 1-Vasos en la habitación; no tiene ni de vidrio, plástico o cartón. 2-El baño, excelente, podría tener barandas metálicas alrededor de la zona de la ducha para minimizar el riesgo de resbalón. Asimismo el piso podría contar con tapete plástico o de caucho para reducir ese riesgo.

La ubicación, la ducha y la Atención del mesonero del Rest

El Rest se vende como un Hotel economico, pero como no incluye el desayuno, es tan caro como un Hotel de otra categoría (el desayuno cuesta $30 x pareja), la Hab tenía mal olor, se notaba que no cambiaron las sábanas, solo dan jabón (más nada) su estacionamiento es muy pequeño y me cargaron doble el costo de la Hab y no me quieren responder, si no me devuelven el dinero; voy a denunciar a las autoridades

Perfect location with very big and comfortable rooms. Beautiful view from the balcony and really comfortable being and linen. Even though you can tell the hotel hasn't gone under renovations for at least a decade considering some little details on the pieces of furniture or the safe that would not work, it is still in a general way very well maintained and very clean. The swimming pool area is nice.

Beside from the safe that was not working, the shower head inside the very large bathroom was actually not the freshest : two situations where the only solution offered was to switch rooms -an option we declined. There was an issue with the computers that used to be in the lobby so they have nicely offered to use one behind the front desk. We were very surprised when walking back on a saturday night around midnight to have found the gate open with no security and no one at the front desk, on one way underlining how safe the area actually is. It still has made us question the security but they were always at least one or two people on the parking level checking cameras that were everywhere.

The hotel was exactly what I was expecting. Nice building and lobby area. Friendly staff, great location and clean rooms. Good Value for money, considering that there are not that many hotel options in Ccs.

Wifi is not working properly in the rooms. Room service must be paid immediately in cash (cannot be charged to the room) and there are problems with change.

Very good

Location was excellent and the staff was friendly and courteous. The bathroom was very spacious. La Terraza, space by the pool had some cool swings you can use to read or enjoy a drink. The bed was very comfortable, we had a nice and resting sleep.

Humidity smell in the room, probably because of the carpet. As a coffee lover, a small electric coffee maker would be highly appreciated. One of the led lights needs to be replaced, it kept blinking when turned on. Air conditioner made a metallic sound.
