Great, comfortable location in Porto Santo!

We loved the outdoor setting; we cooked a lot on the grill.

Needs to have a permanent air conditioner.

Relaxing, peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable. Perfect!!

Fantastic location, right in the centre of the main town, easy walking distance to everything. Private courtyard wonderful, just perfect. Apartment has everything you could need for a fabulous relaxing break. Would highly recommend, my partner is from Madeira and we visit his Mother every year and try to make a short break to Porto Santo in the middle of it, will definitely be booking Catavento again next year if available.

Alojamento fantástico com um pátio exterior privado excecional, onde poderão encontrar uma churrasqueira e um duche que permitirá retirar a areia antes de entrar em casa. Nesse mesmo espaço, poderão desfrutar de refeições ao ar livre, relaxar numa cama de rede e/ou estacionar uma viatura!

Localização excelente no centro da vila, perto de serviços, comércio e da praia.

Apartamento muito bem equipado, perto da praia, do comércio e serviços - em frente ao Posto de Saúde e ao lado do supermercado Pingo Doce. A praia a escassos minutos a pé. Espaço exterior do apartamento muito agradável, com mesa de refeições e churrasco.

Deixo como sugestão futura disponibilizarem no apartamento um chapéu de sol para a praia, pois é um objeto necessário e útil a quem vai passar férias (e algo que não podemos transportar nas bagagens de avião e que não vale a pena comprar para uma curta estadia...)

Amazing stay. Love the place

The house is well maintain, clean very authentic and cosy. Love the hammock in the yard. Unfortunately, we only stayed 1 night. I will definitely recommend and thank you Martin for your help.

The cooler needs to blow the hot air out.

Very comfortable, well equipped villa. Good location, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Martim is a very welcoming host. Thank you for having us. We hope to visit your place again.

Nice appartment in the center

direct in the Center, all Spots on the Island in very short distance. Supermarkt just a few footsteps. Martim ist very friendly and called us after check in, if everything is ok. We had have a short stay on the island. If we come back, we book again.

We wanted to have a relaxing break and we certainly did that. Thank You!

The location was superb, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, beach and taxis. the host had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We used the outside space every opportunity we had.... it was perfect. The BBQ was the icing on the cake.

Probably having to go home.

Location is perfect Very clean Design is really nice The space outdoor is perfect!

There was only half of the paper toilet roll for 3 persons and no extra spare ones. Check-in at 3pm and check-out at 11 am is not very comfortable.

WONDERFUL HOUSE! Would choose it again

Great location; clean, comfortabel house. Everything is at easy reach: A big supermarket is truly just around the corner; the beach is a short stroll and it is very near all restaurants, bakery shops and other shops of the town’s centre. The patio is nice to relax, I especially appreciated the hammock in the afternoon 😁😴

An elegant space with all the necessary amenities

The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. The inner patio is very comfortable and nice for eating outside in privacy or relaxing on the brazilian-style hammock. Very close to the supermarket. Very near all the town's bars and restaurants. 5 mins walk from the beach and main peer.

Exceptional

The apartment was equipped with everything you need and super clean. From the sofa to the kitchen with its appliances all is of high quality. Great central location with a comfy patio. The street nearby can be a bit noisy during the day as it is one of the main roads, but the location makes up for it. Supermarket is basically next door and beach is also quite near :)

GREAT

- very clean - well equipped kitchen, even an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and BBQ. - lovely outside area with a relaxing hammock - big and clean bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower - good location, big supermarket just 2 min walking and close to the beach - very nice owners - will recommend!!!!

A bit close to the main road, and traffic during the day. Other than that I have no dislikes.

Nicely situated modern studio apartment

The bathroom was great, very nice shower. The outside shower was a nice touch. The kitchen is modern, with a dishwasher! The place is spacious. The patio is very nice, with a chill hammock and a cozy fireplace and barbecue. Also it's situated very close to the beach and the city center. The owner was also very accommodating with checking in early and with storing our luggage after checkout. The owner also apparently listens to previous renters' reviews. For example, someone posted they were missing something like a fan - which was there during our stay. Huge plus!

At night, it was a too warm. Our suggestion would be an insect screen so the windows can be opened at night. Also a small curtain in the kitchen window would help with keeping the room dark in the morning.

Everything is new and tidy. Very nice small yard, where u can relax and make BBQ.

Noise of the street in the morning and lack of ventilation if windows are closed.
