About this apartment rental

Completely remodeled 2 bed two bath condo that is one of the few condos in Bella Vista that has a courtyard in front instead of a large parking lot. This used to be our home so we updated it for living in it and we take pride in quality. The kitchen has high end appliances, quartz counter tops, ample cabinet space and fully stocked for everything you need for your stay. We paid particular attention to the quality of the beds and bedding material that is fit for someones personal home. Wall mounted TVs are set up in the living room and master bedroom with lots of cable channels including HBO and Showtime. The flooring is all Italian tile and the living room is set up with sofa and love seat. We have a large patio with two access points from the condo with a cushioned couch and two chairs as well as an automated Sunbrella with a wind sensor. We also have all your beach going needs with beach towels and umbrellas. The location is extremely quiet and is next to Carlin Park which has a 1.l4 mile exercise and walking track and just 5 minutes more walk with get you to the ocean. Amenities abound close to you to meet all your needs. We promise you that when you arrive you will see a sparkling clean interior which we take pride in. We look forward to your stay and as residents of Jupiter Florida we think this will be a plan you will love too. Never hesitate to contact us with any issues. We live in Jupiter and have all the contractors necessary for any issues. The home is checked constantly to insure top notch performance for everything there.

I am from this area and this is about as close to the beach you can get for a great price, that’s spacious, safe and quiet. I love this neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and grocery stores. Walkable to the beach. The place was very well updated, clean and the property managers respond quickly. We had no issues other than the beds could have been more comfortable but that’s personal preference. Would recommend to anyone.

My daughter and I wanted a beach fix and this was the perfect location for us . We enjoyed Juno Beach and Jupiter beaches as well as local restaurants. Unit was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at Charlene’s condo!!! The check-in process was easy as the owners mailed instructions prior through VRBO app. The condo is very clean and in a great location right on Carlin park. There is a playground nearby for our kids and the beach is a short drive. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay! Came to town for a broadway show - easy access to Highway and main areas but secluded and private. Close walk to the beach. House has everything you need, and the owner is lovely and easy to talk to. We will be back!

This Condo is well out fitted (especially the kitchen) and very nicely updated. It was a great stay! There is plenty of room for a family of four. You can hear the guests on the second floor coming and going. Proximity to the beach and park is nice. The beach is well maintained and easily accessed. There are beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas provided and the outside private space is a nice feature. Bella Vista is a nice property with a large pool area and tennis courts.

Charlene’s place was nice and clean. The location was wonderful and we hated when it was time to leave! Very comfortable and spacious for 2 couples. Very centrally located to everything in Jupiter. Nice added touch of additional toiletries and lotions etc. Would stay again!

This 2BR first floor condo is clean and freshly decorated. Everything you need is included. The condo is very quiet and is in a great location in Jupiter bordering on Carlin Park with quick access to Route 1 and Indiantown Road. The owners were easy to deal with and we enjoyed staying there very much!

The area is safe, the apartment is clean, very welcoming, and has everything you might need, but the true seller is location, location, location! Walk out of the front door and the park, complete with walking trails and just across the street from the beach, is just steps away. As if that isn't enough, the U-Tiki Beach restaurant (AMAZING food!) is literally just a walk down the road. I highly recommend!!

Family vacation with my husband and girls ages 11 and 14 loved the property. We have everything we could possibly need and want. Beds were comfy, and the unit was spotless and updated. We walked every morning around in Carlin park and on the beach walk. Super convenient to Publix and all of our favorite restaurants. We can’t wait to come back.

Clean and comfortable. Adjacent to a small park with cedar path for walking/running/tennis/pickleball. We rented a car so it was a short drive to Publix grocery store/Starbucks/bagels etc but we met others who did walk to these places. Easy walk (7 min?) across the park and across a not busy road to enter a beach access point with parking/bathrooms and small cafe/food coming soon. Beach towels and beach chairs at the condo. Coffee and other basics provided along with a welcome bottle of bubbly:). Very comfortable beds and master bath like a hotel. Bring your own shampoo/soap. We stayed for a long weekend/wedding so had all our activities planned but there seemed to be many restaurants/bars that were a short drive or Uber ride away. Lovely area. No issues with the condo. Suited our needs perfectly. Host communicated prior to arrival with all instructions. Great stay.

We stayed in this condominium unit for 3 weeks in April 2023. The unit was exactly as advertised. Modern, clean, with nice amenities. As owners of a vacation rental property ourselves, we really appreciated how well-equipped the condo was, particularly the kitchen. Many good restaurants within a short drive, shopping centers, including a Publix close by and of course Carlin Park which directly abuts the condominium complex and the beach. Although this condo isn't right on the beach, it's just a short walk away and it's SO nice! We've stayed at the one upstairs before as well, and both are very nicely decorated, well appointed and comfy. We absolutely love the location because we can walk to the beach and it's only a 5 minute drive to the docks where we fish from (Square Grouper) and several other restaurants. Charlene is a great owner and love that they leave some essential in the kitchen (e.g. spices, oils, foil, baggies, and most importantly COFFEE for my hubby). Plus a nice bottle of proseco for morning mimosas :) This is our go to place when we stay in Jupiter (until we hopefully get our own one day :) )

Our stay in Bellavista couldn’t have been better. The condo was sparkling clean when we arrived and everything was as the posting promised. The owner was very responsive and helpful to any questions that we had. She is a great host. The condo is very comfortable and spacious. The location is fantastic being close to many things we enjoy. The grounds and pool are pretty and well maintained. Definitely a place we will visit again.

This condo is clean, tastefully updated and well appointed. It is very comfortable for 4 adults. It was a pleasure to be able to stay here, my only regret is we could not stay longer. My family was so pleased with the condo! It was even better than we imagined from the listing. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, & clean, providing many conveniences for weary travelers! The park adjacent to the condo was perfect for walks and runs. The distance of the beach was another huge plus, allowing more freedom to walk back and forth with freedom. Another big hit for the family was The Twisted Tuna! This excellent restaurant was within walking distance and had fantastic food! Thank you for allowing us to stay here. It was the perfect getaway, and we hope to return again!
