Modern clean building / apartment, safe environment. Nice surroundings / views.
Quite a way from the town centre.

Great location. There were 11 of us and we could all be together with our own rooms and bathrooms. So many great facilities on campus.

Amazing hot showers . Full 5 bed apartment for a family stay was very good.
Easy to lock key card in room.
10am check out a little early

Quiet, very nice surroundings, a lot of nature. Building, room and bath were clean, solid shower pressure, nice staff. Bed was ok.
By foot very far from the city centre, but there are buses. Some small mould spots, but nothing major. Shower was pretty small and the lighting in the room/bath was not optimal.

Location staff
Disturbance at 2pm in morning 2nd night -irish lady shouting at unknown male to get out of her room!(very loud and repeated) we thought she was in danger so I shouted down the hall to "pack it up and that I had called police"

Lovely place to stay. Staff was really nice and price was very reasonable. Would stay again

Clean, comfortable and in a quiet location. Very affordable. It was a short drive into the city centre from here. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and gave us advice on parking, buses to the city etc. Check in was smooth and easy. A comfortable double bed and en-suite shower room with toiletries and clean towels provided. Free and secure parking. There was a communal room with lounge and kitchen facilities. Free tea/coffee and WiFi. Would recommend this property as a great place to stay!
All good.

Lovely grounds for walks, Apache pizza onsite. Lovely touches in apartment on arrival such as coffee/tea biscuits and water. Would definitely stay again.
4.5 / 5.0
Loved having the separate rooms with own bathrooms and a shared living, kitchen area. Nice touches - with water and biscuits when we arrived. Beautiful setting! Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful.
It did take us a wee while to find the right spot within the university but that may have been due to interpreting the map in time.

excellent location for working at UL
very friendly staff
comfortable bed
great campus for morning walk or run
good breakfast on campus but grocery by residence didn't seem to be open
light over bed was not working properly
there is some noise because this is a student residential environment but it quietened down at about 10.30 so was OK

Comfortable beds and duvets, nice room temperature
The doors bang so loudly when ever any one moved around in the hallways

While the room was basic, it was very clean. The kitchen had a Nespresso machine and full cooking facilities and the location was ideal for what where we needed to be. It was quiet with a lovely view from the window and we were able to park close by.
Because our room was one of six that used the lounge, the only place that guaranteed privacy for relaxation was the bedroom. If you were an extrovert this wouldn't be an issue.

Great value for money
The place was very noisy until late at night - kids and people at pizzeria. I travelled for a conference so the desk should know better to allocate people on the quiet side of the building. There was a water coming from under the floor in few places.
4.0 / 5.0
The apartment is in the University village which was quite serene and beautiful. The accommodation was a lot larger than I expected and there was enough for everyone in the family
The car park is about a few minutes walk from the apartment which is okay if you have little luggage but we have a couple of suitcases, so it was kind of inconvenient to drag it across some unpaved walkway to get to the room.
