the place is clean and even though it have easy access to stores (unfriendly-unwelcoming). Whenever we go to the store we come back to the house wishing we are not here. The pool n beaches always save the day. we love the pool and games that’s was provided. with mirror and glasses around the house it’s fancy unless your small kids Well behaved not rowdy I’m gladly recommended this place.

Great property with very attentive management. Well stocked with toiletries, spices in the kitchen, plenty of coffee. Easy checkout process (didn’t have to spend the whole morning cleaning). Good location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Kids loved the ping pong table, air hockey, and foosball table. Best rental experience to date.

Great house. Great location close to the airport, downtown, and not a bad drive to the beach. there were lots of small details that made the stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again.

Mark’s Tampa home was amazing. Very clean & spacious. Was able to fit a family of 12 comfortably. Mark was very helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. If you plan on staying in the Tampa area I highly recommend booking this listing. Thank you mark!

The house was perfect for our group! It had plenty of space and enough lounge area for us to enjoy. Everything seemed to be thought of so that we didn't have to worry about anything on the trip. No complaints at all. The heated pool was just the right temperature. The games in the living room with the large TV was perfect for when we wanted to stay in. Overall, we had an amazing time at the house. We plan to come back to Tampa in the future and wouldn't mind staying here again. Thank you! Thank you!

First, the location was excellent. Ten minutes from the airport, 20 min from Clearwater, and about an hour and a half from Universal Studios. The house itself was perfect for our family of 13. We all enjoyed the space including the games and the pool! It was a little chilly since we were there for Xmas so the heated pool was perfect. There was also many small things from snacks, chocolates, PS4, to the abundance of towels which shows you the length the host(s) will go to ensure the guests are content. We will definitely be coming back.

Great house. We had a group of 8 and it fit us perfectly. The house was beautiful and immaculate and super fun with the heated pool and game room. Nice little touches all around. This house made our trip!! Would definitely stay here again.

As soon as we all walked in the door, I thought I had walked into a spa. It was so clean and smelled amazing! We had a blast in the game room and the pook, the boys played Playstation in their downtime, and it was just an all great time! Highly recommended and will definitely stay again!

Sparkling clean, gorgeous decor, great luxurious bedding and sleeps so many guests! If you are looking for that “hotel / resort” style feeling while on an Airbnb this is it. The amenities to this house are BEYOND amazing. From the heated pool to the game room even down to the variety games in the PS4. Worth every penny because your stay here will definitely make you feel like you are on vacation. Great hosts they respond so quickly to any possible need. From now on I will probably look at where else they have properties just so that I can continue to book the same quality stay!

Mark’s Tampa house is in the Town & Country area which is pretty central and there are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The house was very clean, well furnished with a big tv in each bedroom and BIG screen in the living room. The game room offers ping pong/pool, air hockey and foosball. The house feels large and our big family felt like we could really spread out and we weren’t crowded. The pool and well equipped covered patio were a hit. Mark was helpful, responsive, and very professional. I can highly recommend his place.

Marks place was nice and cozy. It had all the amenities available to make you feel right at home. The decor, amenities, pool, grill, washer, dryer all exceeded my expectations. (The pillows were amazing, so comfy!!! The house was all white throughout and everything was super clean. It was also located in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants, grocery stores and only mins from the airport. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the Tampa area again.

Best word to use is AMAZING. Spacious diamond in the ruff. House was full of useful amenities, great location near shopping, restaurants, groceries etc. House was emaculate small touches to make you feel at home went a long way. First of all, the house is really big and very clean. And had equipments and utilities more than we expected like pool table and Playstation with most updated games 🎮, two grills that are filled, towels, and kitchenware. We spend almost two weeks there and our stay was amazing, when we had any little mistakes the host made sure to fix it on spot. location is amazing especially if you have car 🚗. I definitely recommend the host and his property! Thank you Mark
