Welcome to our desert retreat on Palm Valley Golf Course. This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home has a resort style backyard with golf course and mountain views, private pool (not heated), hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bar, covered patio, misters and extended pergola. Located minutes from attractions like spring training, State Farm Stadium, Phoenix International Raceway, golf and several hiking destinations.

The upgraded one level open plan home has a master bedroom with king bed, master bath with two person shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has queen size bed and second bath has been nicely updated as well. The third bedroom doubles as an office with a built in desk space and queen size Murphy bed. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast nook, and a coffee/wine bar. There is a two car garage and mudroom with full size washer and dryer.

Spend your day at one of the many nearby attractions or enjoy a glass of wine at the outdoor bar while relaxing by the pool and hot tub.

This home was exactly as advertised! The outside amenities were absolutely wonderful and we spent most our time outside by the pool! The house was very clean and came stocked with everything but food! The location was wonderful with stores being right down the road! Would definitely stay again

My husband and I were in town to arrange his father’s travel back to Washington state after a stroke. The trip was not planned in advance and was definitely stressful. Since we booked last minute we were unable to book for our actual day of arrival so I sent a message to the owners to see if the home was available a day early. Jennifer was quick to respond and fortunately the home was available. She was able to arrange our stay for that night which made it so we didn’t have to find a hotel for only one night. It was so nice to have such a cozy home with everything we needed to relax. The home is well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, towels ect. The beds are super comfortable, the decor and furniture are nice. The pool area is beautiful and the perfect place to soak up some sun especially if you’re from the PNW like us. The price was very reasonable and the home is located near lots of good food, shopping and other attractions. We had a good stay and I hope to visit this home again in the future.

Our second visit to this home and it was as wonderful as last year. Love the area as it’s close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed morning walks around the neighborhood, the golf course views and sunsets in the hot tub! Thank you Jennifer for sharing your home!

This house is beautiful, relaxing, and made our stay in Arizona so much better. The hot tub was a huge plus to an already amazing backyard. The house was also extremely clean, but also cozy. The hosts were so generous and let us have a early check in and late check out free of charge. They were also very quick to respond whenever I messaged them with questions! I 100% recommend staying here. I will definitely be back :)

We had a great time. Easy home to stay in. Missed my 2nd oven to cook for thanksgiving. Has 11 for dinner. I wish the pool was heated during the cool months. It was way too cold to use.

What a great setup. The weather was pretty nice so we spent nearly all our time outside in the pool or lounging under the pergola. Very comfortable bedrooms and a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

We always choose a house for the outdoor space and this home was the best! The hot tub, pool (although cold 😏), furniture, fire pit, full kitchen (best we’ve ever seen), lighting - wow! We spent our week outside at all times! Location was great - Safeway and Target were nearby and we loved the golf course views from the back yard. The beds were comfortable and amenities were stocked. We appreciated the coffee pot options! The only negative was that previous renters didn’t wash their dishes (not the owner’s responsibility - but also not pleasant to find). Thank you for such a wonderful home!

Jennifer is a great host, responding quickly to my questions before we arrived. The home has comfy beds, top kitchen appliances, plenty of towels, etc. We loved sitting outside for dinner, enjoyed the hot tub in the mornings, and our morning walks in the neighborhood were quiet and safe. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We were celebrating family birthdays. The house was very nice and provided everything we needed. The wonderful outdoor area was perfect for an April weekend. Due to an unheated pool, we didn't swim much but the hot tub was terrific and enjoyed by all of us. The owner accommodated our earlier arrival since we were driving from Denver. The airport was close enough for other people in our family. Easy to get into the house.

This was a wonderful property. The location was perfect for us. After many years in the Estrella area it was nice to be close to restaurants and shopping. Hot tub was awesome!! We watched the NCAA tourney on the outdoor tv from the tub. Home was very clean, perfect size and just like the pictures. Jennifer was outstanding. She takes pride in her home and really wants her guests to have a wonderful time. We are already booked for next year!! Can’t wait.

Our stay at Jennifer’s house was great! The property had everything we needed and the outdoor patio and grill area was awesome. The fire pit added a nice touch to sit around at night and enjoy the cool evenings. Jennifer was a great host and responded to any of our questions. The house was located in a quiet residential neighborhood near shopping centers and eating establishments. Very nice place and would return if in the area again. Thanks Jennifer!

We LOVED this house. It was perfectly kept and clean, the backyard was so amazing. The location was ideal, with super easy access to freeways, yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I would suggest a few more blankets available, as it was kind of chilly but not everyone in the house wanted the heat turned up. The mattresses were super comfy which we loved, but the bed in the back room squeaked every time we moved, so maybe a bolt on the frame needs to be tightened? The kitchen was well stocked overall with every appliance and tool we needed for Thanksgiving, but having more than 6 plates available would have been good. Overall great experience and would 100% recommend!

My husband and I Stayed here for a wedding 11/22’. The house was perfect for us and the small group of cousins that visited us after the wedding as we were the most centeraly located home amongst us. The house was perfect for us, and our family loved to come over and hang.

We came across from Indiana for the NASCAR weekend, it was very convenient to the track, in a nice quiet neighborhood, the house was clean, bed comfortable, and the hot tub was a bonus, too cold to swim in the pool, we only tried once, overall an excellent experience, will definitely do it again ,

We really enjoyed this property. The backyard was amazing and we spent every night out there as well as the days if we were around. Jennifer was great to work with. I sent her questions before we arrived with suggestions on things to do around the area and she was very responsive and always got back to me. Nothing went wrong while we were there but I knew I could easily reach her if needed. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to go back.

We had one of the best vacations, lounging around the pool and hot tub and enjoying all the amenities that came with the home. Gene stopped by several times to ensure everything was in working order. Excellent location with stores and restaurants nearby. We are looking forward to our next trip to Goodyear in April 2023!
