This beautiful 3 bedrooms / 2 bath has beautiful views of both the Coral Canyon golf course and Zion mountain range. It can comfortably accommodate 8 guests but can sleep up to 12 with the assistance of 2 sleeping pads and 2blow up mattresses. Take advantage of being within walking distance to the Coral Ridge pool and clubhouse, and spend your day lounging by the pool. Enjoy a day of fishing in the Coral Ridge Pong that fills fishes weekly. In the evening, warm your heart and hands by the 2 cozy indoor fireplaces and witness some of the most beautiful desert sunsets around. This well appointed duplex was perfect for a family gathering. Well laid out for plenty of space. The condo was beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was there. The pool is right across the street and had plenty of space for all the Memorial Day travelers. My favorite part of the location is the fantastic red rock views on the patio. We rented Coral Ridge 1889~Pointe of View for a week in March for two couples. The place was great. The layout of the home is very nice. Beautiful views of the golf course from the living room and patio. Quiet subdivision with non-driveway parking for any additional cars. Located close to swimming pool. Home is well stocked for self-preparation of meals. Master bedroom suite is very spacious. Owner pays attention to details----I've never stayed at a location that stocked spare batteries for remotes until now!

Third time at this location. This is a great 3 bedroom home. The patio is on the 4th green. Great views of the golf course and surrounding area. The pools, hot tubs, and club house are great. This group will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient for those wanting to use the clubhouse/pool area. The patio had plenty of chairs & a table for outdoor dinning. The view from the patio was fantastic and is the real selling point. We would have liked at least one umbrella on the patio to give use shade from the afternoon sun. The beds & furniture were very comfortable. The main bedroom & one front bedroom had minimal privacy at night since the shades were see through. The one front bedroom window shade let street light into the room making it very difficult to sleep. The kitchen was very well stocked. the refrigerator was large but the icemaker did not work. The garage was large and very clean. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener for the car instead of having to get out & go through the house to open the garage door from inside. This is a very nice property I would recommend , hoping the owner/property manager addresses these simple fixes.

Everything was as listed on site. Very nice. Well stocked, perfect location for our itinerary. Comfy beds. Only downfall was the air conditioner didnt work the whole time. Used swamp cooler. Maintenance was fast to respond to request. I would definitely stay again.

House location was great, in front of Coral Canyon golf course, with view and access to hole #4 green. Nice and clean and all equiped. Close to St-George with all needed services. Close to Zion Park. Red Sands was available. quick to respond and flexible. We loved our stay!

If you're looking for a property that lives exactly as it pictures then this is the one for you. This home looks a feels exactly like the pictures. The home is very comfortable from the beds to the back patio and the amenities nearby. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, towels, cookware, and some basic supplies. The location was great! It was easy to find and gave the impression of being in a very quiet secluded area although you could make a single right turn off the property, drive 4 miles, and reach every store or need you might have from Costco to Starbucks. The biggest miss was that there was very limited cable TV(not ever ESPN) and non of the TVs were smart. We also had a property manager show up on the back patio unannounced to put the trash out for the following morning. He literally showed up on the back patio where my wife was alone reading a book. I think there needs to be better coordination when manangment shows up or some kind of text or call to remind about the trash bins. The area and location were lovely and my family was comfortable and safe here. Our spring vacation was a success!

We loved our stay at 1889 Coral Ridge. A few things to figure out upon arrival- the door was really hard to open, the exterior shade in master had no remote, large coffee maker did not work, there was not laundry detergent. Most of these were resolved super quickly which was great!!!! The house was well stocked and super comfy. Would love to return! Thank you so much!

I can't say enough good about my stay at Coral Ridge 1889! The stay provided the perfect relaxing girls getaway that I was looking for. The house sits above hole 4 on a beautiful golf course with red rock and snow capped mountains in the distance. The view from the back porch is breathtaking, we enjoyed beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets. The house sits in a perfect location in Washington not far from the freeway between St. George and Hurricane. We enjoyed beautiful hikes that were within a ten minute drive. We also enjoyed the hot tub being across the street, it was wonderful to soak after a round of golf or an afternoon hike. The house was comfortable, spacious and completely stocked with anything and everything we could need for a week's stay. They had plenty of games to play and a new corn hole set that was super fun. There is a nice park and pond that is stocked with fish at the base of Coral Ridge - I hope to take my husband and kids on the next trip and try fishing there - they will love it! Coral Ridge 1889 is the perfect place for a family or friend get away! I will be back! Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

The property was very well stocked with all kitchen essentials and overall needed items. I loved that the property had extra blankets and pillows. The only thing that wasn't provided or that we couldn't find was a garage code. Other than that the mattresses and couches were comfortable and the place was clean!

From when we first checked in to the day we left, it was one of the best experiences we have had in a rental home. The house was in a perfect area, with a beautiful view of the golf course. The house was spotless, well equipped and decorated beautifully. The rental staff was very helpful with any questions we had and prompt in getting back to us. The cookies were the icing on the cake! Made us feel at home. Highly recommend this house to others!
