Holidays in Protaras

The location is great. Beautiful beachfront hotel. The staff was very polite qnd helpful. Arrived 1 hour earlier and gave us pool towels so that we could use the pool till the room was ready Breakfast was amazing. Great selection of food. Spacious room but nothing special. Free parking.

The view in my room was looking at a parking space and it was located under the laundry.

Good location for tourists, average quality of breakfast and cocktails

Staff was nice and friendly Pool and room were clean Breakfast was fair, having most of the things that a 4 star hotel have Location is good, especially for tourists and would recommend it WiFi was good enough for working

The quality of breakfast was just above average The cocktails at the pool were below average The air condition in the room was not working as it should have been working for end of June in Cyprus that temperatures reach up to 35 degrees

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food selection was amazing with something for everyone. Rooms very comfortable. Hotel is very clean inside and outside. Extremely happy. Well done guys 👍

Met all our expectations. Recommended for couples.

The breakfast was incredible with many options. We also liked the pool area which was really great and very relaxing. The fact that this hotel is adults only helps the pool area to be calm and relaxing.

Definitely NOT value for money.

The location was next to a nice, fairly quiet beach. The restaurant staff were friendly and the food was good value for money.

The bathroom was not up to par. The bathtub was old and there was no pressure of the water coming from the shower head. No sound insulation in the rooms. You could hear every little noise from the room above or next door. The housekeeping staff had the annoying habit of preparing rooms for arrivals at 6 or 7 pm when people returned from a long day at the beach.

The beach access was convenient and nice, staff was really great and friendly. The room was very clean and a decent size for two people.

The facilities are a bit dated on the inside. Like, it's an old hotel and it's full of middle-aged guests, which is not bad, we just felt odd being some of the very few young people there. The food wasn't great either.

I have seen better 4 stars hotels in Italy and Spain.

There could be more fruit and Dark bread. The juice could be better … tasted like lemonade.

Hotel rooms are dated and need a refurb - especially bathroom. In my opinion this hotel is Not worthy of a 4* rating

I was expecting something more great, but it was just fine.

Huge morning buffet, Polite staff and clean.

Not at all wi fi, jacuzzi was cold at all hours, the inside pool it was extremely cold and I was expecting to enjoy relaxed time there. I expected it more modern and when i booked side sea view I didn’t expect to have more view of parking than sea view. The entrance was smelling bad.

The pool area is nice, the room was clean and fine. Nothing special, I think I would expect more from a 4 star hotel.

This apartment caters to all-inclusive package holidays—so if that's what you're going for it's fine. I booked a one-night stay and wouldn't bother staying here again. We arrived at the same time as a bus full of package holiday guests. The woman at reception was quite rude and made us wait until the other guests had been checked in (even though we were in the middle of the queue because some of them had stayed outside smoking). They clearly don't care about other guests. The air conditioning in the room is very loud, curtains don't keep out the sunlight at all, and the rooms are not soundproofed so you can hear banging, furniture moving, people shouting etc. There is also no snack bar, so if you are not all-inclusive, or if you just want a light snack rather than food from the buffet, you're out of luck.

spacious room with very comfortable/firm mattress. free parking for hotel guests.

overall atmosphere was a bit impersonal. reception staff was not very warm, efficient but just not very friendly. breakfast food quality was average, coffee was terrible.

It was a great stay overall! The staff was lovely, the breakfast was amazing and the pool bar was great! The rooms were super clean (I usually have a big issue with this but our room was very clean and comfortable)

The spa area could have been better. We had a massage which was lovely, the ladies that work there are great but the actual spa area seems like it needs refurbishing.

My complaint is : we went on vacation to a 4 star hotel and we paid 570 euros for 3 days and it had the following issues: from the first day there was no water pressure, we almost had a hard time taking a bath. Also, the internet was awful. Finally, for 1 day and something the hotel has problem and there was no water, and we brushed our teeth with the bottles of water we bought for us to drink.
