Enjoy your time in this beautiful vacation home located above Pile gate just a few minutes walking distance to the city center with all its historical sights, restaurants, beaches and shops. The house is a spacious property ideal for families or groups of friends and will offer and unforgettable experience.
This traditional 5-bedroom stone house is 200 square meters in size and consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic. House offers a beautiful partial sea view and Old town view from upper rooms. The ground floor of the house features a living room, one full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The first floor consists of one double bedroom with queen size bed and one double bedroom with ensuit bathroom with bathtub. Taking the stairs to the attic you will reach other 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double, as well as a cozy lounge area. In front of the house guests can relax on the terrace with a lovely garden, sitting area and a summer kitchenette perfect for making simple meals on warm summer days. On the side of the terrace you can find an additional studio bedroom with a queen size bed and with its own bathroom for 2 guests.
Amenities include: free WiFi, SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster; hairdryer, iron, ironing board, AC units (all rooms ), outdoor seating area and a summer kitchenette.
The house enjoys a convenient location just above the Hilton Imperial hotel within 5 minutes walking distance from the Old Town, bus stops, restaurants and cafes. The nearest beach Šulić can be found at only 250 meters while the famous Banje beach is located 15 minutes walking distance. Please note that access to our lovely home is via stairs. While this may add a touch of charm, it is essential to consider this factor, especially if you have mobility concerns. The journey to our doorstep might require a bit of effort, but we assure you that the warm ambiance inside will make it all worthwhile.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.

Great Location, but very difficult access and not suitable for people with mobility limitations.
Description of property should include more details about the access and location and characteristics of the terrain and geography of Dubrovnik.
Host Property Manager was very helpful, appreciate their help.

The flat is great in so many ways: private, walkable (always lots of steps everywhere in Dubrovnik and this flat is no exception), clean, interesting, cool outdoor space, original indoor features like the steps and floorboards.
Our one complaint is that we could not get the a/c units to work. Even the two tech-y 21 year olds couldn’t make it happen. Our time there was too short to get someone in to manage it, which I feel confident that they would have, but it was a drag.

Our stay at House Hedera VI was fantastic. Our group of 7 had plenty of room and we we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space for spending time together. The location was ideal for proximity to restaurants, beaches, hikes, and old town. The house was also well supplied. The only thing to note was slow WiFi but we did have a large group. Highly recommend overall!

Beautiful house in fantastic location only short walk from The Old Town. There are a lot of steps to negotiate to get to the property so this needs to be taken into account when booking. We’ll equipped and clean. Lovely outside space and roof top terrace was a bonus. Very helpful reception staff and well organised airport transfers. Would definitely recommend this property.

House was really well equipped although with 10 guests the 2 bathrooms in the main house felt a bit stretched ( garden room has own en-suite).

There were eight of us, three generations aged 9 to 70. The house accommodated all of our varying needs. The terrace with an incredible view of the old city, and the enclosed courtyard with fruit trees were an added bonus. The common spaces were comfortable though we had to move some chairs around to fit eight. The mattresses were thin and hard, probably on the list to be replaced. The kitchen was new and well stocked. We did trip a circuit breaker with the toaster, fridge, kettle combination, but a call to reception resulted in a quick reset. The house's charm is largely intact, but it is being eroded by the "efficiencies" of a large property management company.

This property is a great place to stay in Dubrovnik Old Town! It’s a great location and very well maintained! Also, the property managers are very accommodating! We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of the Old Town!

Beautiful Villa Arya
Simply stunning villa, with absolutely everything you could need. A short walk to the beach, with crystal clear waters and numerous Restaurants, Cafés and water sports. We ate at the water’s edge several evenings á la Shirley Valentine! Bus runs every 30 minutes into Split from the bottom of the road and is extremely cheap. Lovely little cafe and Supermarket just around the corner. Hosts were extremely friendly and there to greet us at the villa, despite over a three hour delay. Simply could not fault the villa and we would all love to return one day!

Fantastic Property Near the Dubrovnik Old City and Walls
This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 10 (four kids, five adults, and grandma). It was a short walk to the Pile Gate for accessing the Old City. It had a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking Dubrovnik, the walls and the adjacent fortress. There was ample space for all of us and a nice family room for us to gather. The service of the staff was impeccable. When we first checked in we were greeted with extremely friendly, charming and helpful workers. They were very responsive to our requests and questions both before we arrived in Dubrovnik and while we were there. I would highly recommend staying at this property when you visit Dubrovnik.
