The home is also a 3 min drive to the boat launch where you can launch a boat. There’s plenty of space to park your water amenities. The home is also only 5 mins away from the boat rental outfit in town called Twin Lakes Boat Rental. Please review House Rules prior to sending a booking request. This stunning, family-friendly home is a true getaway from busy life and 1-2 hours from Chicago and Milwaukee. This home has over 4500 sq ft, fully remodeled, and beautifully furnished with unique touches that incorporates the major attractions in the area. THE LAYOUT MAIN FLOOR (Ground Level) *** Bedroom 1: 1 King mattress (No stairs) *** Bedroom 2: 4 Twin mattresses in the bunk room *** Bathroom 1: 1 Full bath (stand up shower) *** Bathroom .5: Small half bath by washer& dyers (no shower) *** Kitchen 1: Equipped with two tables and island. Seating for 20. *** Living Room: 75" screen, speaker bar, and subwoofer *** Laundry: 2 each high end Samsung washers and dryers *** Flex Room: Foosball table and bouncy house. SECOND FLOOR (Upstairs) ***Bedroom 3: 1 King mattress (Master Bedroom - En Suite) *** 1 Pack N' Play in adjoining nursery room *** Bathroom 2: Full bath (stand up shower, no tub) ***Bedroom 4: 1 Queen mattress ***Bedroom 5: 1 Queen mattress ***Bedroom 6: 2 Full mattresses ***Bathroom 3: 1 Full bath (shower w tub ) LOWER LEVEL (Walkout Basement) ***Bedroom 7: 1 Queen mattress ***Bedroom 8: 1 Queen mattress ***Bathroom 4: 1 Full bath (shower w tub ) ***Kitchen 2: Full size and equipped with pots and pans ***Hot tub: Heated to 103 degrees and is just outside the double doors THINGS TO NOTE There are 20 bath towel sets and some spa towels. There is no provided beach towels. If your using the beach or swimming off a rental boat please plan accordingly. HOUSE RULES THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. I cherish my neighbors as much as my guests. Parties are NOT allowed. Parties are defined as heavy drinking, loud noises or obnoxious behaviors in or around the home, or exceeding the # of people at the property you booked under. This is closely monitored for compliance via indoor noise level monitoring technology and multiple outdoor video surveillance cameras. Must be honest with how many people your bringing in reservation and/or our messages/communication together. Absolutely no Fireworks. (Thank you for respecting my neighbors.) **Although not visible, neighbors surround the property on three sides and have families. Your group must act in a respectful manner as if your group are residents of the community. **Twin Lakes Police Department is within hearing distant 2 mins away and will not hesitate to visit the property and/or issue noise violation tickets. **Repeat violations of noise levels or occupancy exceeding or other issues this disrupt the peace can cause the power to the home to be turned off and your stay to be canceled with no refund. No shoes on carpeted areas. (50% of home) No tobacco or marijuana use inside home. Quite hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Max two pets. Owner agrees to pick up after pets and not leave them unattended in home.

This house has everything you need for a great getaway! It was clean, very well-appointed, and had lots of space to spread out. The beds were comfy, the coffee bar was well stocked, and there was even a station set up with waffle mix, makers, and fixins'. Mike (property owner) responded quickly to our questions and Carrie (property manager) was delightful! There is a reason this place has so many glowing reviews...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mike is an outstanding host. He has thought of everything! There were so many entertainment options. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. I highly recommend this location for a family and friends get together.

We stayed at this property to celebrate Christmas. 14 adults, 8 children, and 2 dogs. The house layout was great for a large group with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The kidquarium was a huge hit, and we also really enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and playroom with a bounce house. The kids even played on the outdoor playset a bit. We didn’t use the outdoor fire pit, but it looked so inviting.

We had a wonderful stay with the whole family. The accommodations are perfect! The temperatures were cold during our stay and kept us inside except at night when the fire pit was used. The kids sure enjoyed that. There is so much to do inside the kids were never bored.
The owner is a pleasure to work with. He is always a text away. He even came in the evening to help us when we couldn’t figure out how to use the golf simulator. No complaints at all!

My company's stay at this VRBO was successful due to the host being so accommodating. We arrived to the place in perfect condition - very clean. The spaces were even better than the listing - very spacious and plenty of seating for our large team. If in Lake Geneva again, we would absolutely stay at this property again.

This place was great for our group of 20. Plenty of space for everyone and we loved all the included amenities and activities on site.
We had one small issue come up and the host went above and beyond to make everything right and then some.

These were mostly 17-18 year old teenagers with some parents. Still- the kids loved the pool, hot tub and fire pit. They played Xbox stayed up too late, and made memories. Mike did everything possible to make our stay great. He wanted us to have a great time. Kids would have liked the music a little louder at times but we were trying to be respectable to some sensitive neighbors. The place has everything (except a pen 😂). Don’t bring phone chargers. They’re everywhere. Housewarming gifts were a nice touch. It really was perfect for us and had lots of room.

We rented the property with 5 adults and 10 kids. It was impeccably clean and the layout of the house was perfect where we had so much room and didn’t feel on top of each other. Communication with the owner was great and there was not one thing that we could complain about. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home and very well furnished. Pool and simulator were a blast. Host left a surprise treat of s’mores and cookie cake, the kids loved this. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy a large family get together.

Over the top rental home! This is a great property with lots of attention to small details like multiple charging cords for electronic devices placed around the home to multiple tables for eating, working puzzles or playing games. It was the right mix of fun and relaxing. The host was super responsive and made us feel right at home from the minute we walked in the door. It is convenient to area attractions, restaurants and shopping. I can't say enough great things about this home. We would definitely stay here again!

The home’s visual impressiveness matches that of Mike’s attentiveness as a host. Not a single detail was missed. This home was the perfect getaway for our girls weekend and we’re greatly looking forward to returning.

We absolutely loved our time at this property! Mike is wonderful and super responsive. We had three families and kids ranging from 2 to 7 and they all loved it. There were so many activities, we all kept commenting on how much there was to do without having to leave the property. We also love to cook and the kitchen was great! Overall, we highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

We really liked the house! Lots of activities for people with different interests and for kids of all ages.
It was very clean, the house had everything you may need, Mike was always in touch with us, he is very friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed the stay si I definitely recommend it.

Amazing home! Each room was uniquely decorated and lovely. There was something for everyone…foosball, pinball, bounce house, ping pong, and an amazing pool house with golf simulator. We spent most of our time in there where the kids (ages2-9) LOVED the kid aquarium. We were able to play video games and watch movies and football on the big screen. It was a blast. Mike is an amazing host. Responded quickly to every question! Thanks again, Mike!

The property was somehow even better than advertised. Truly an incredible place with everything our group could have hoped for. The owner is very responsive and was always available to answer any question or concern (during the booking process, in the months/weeks/days leading up to our stay, and during the stay itself). Highly recommend!

The house was great, very clean and everything was well kept.Everything you would want is there a pool,Hot Tub,and a Ping Pong table.The rooms are large and the house is very spacious.Also a large kitchen and outside grill that made it easy to cook for a large group.

Mike was a dream to coordinate with and so responsive to any questions. Everyone was comfortable, had several games to play, pool to swim in, and the pontoon boat was a blast. This was off the charts perfect for a large family reunion. Would return in a heartbeat.

Four generation Fabulous
We met here for a family reunion from across all four US time zones. Age range from 88 years old to 7 weeks old. This house was perfect. Something for everyone. Even a completely rainy day did not stop young and old from wonderfully fun activities and great family time. There were many bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen, games galore, comfortable furniture, and plenty of space for eating big family meals together. Mike, our host, was very responsive and generous. This unique stay has great big features like the golf simulator, kidquarium, fire pit swings, etc, but also so many small amenities that mean so much, phone chargers, coasters, labeled bins of necessities, extra ping pong balls, coffee, zip lock bags, kids books and puzzles, and the list goes on. Absolutely no hesitation on the 5 star rating.

Everything we expected and more...
We had a fantastic experience. Everything was perfect. Our guests ranged from young kids to grandparents and everyone enjoyed their stay. I highly recommend this spot!

Family Vacation Perfection
This property is everything that is advertised. We had our entire family from our 83 yo parents clear down to there infant great grandchildren on this vacation and there were things for everybody to do just using the amenities offered with this property. We used the pontoon boat and tubed for two days, using two tanks of gas and having a blast. We needed to communicate with the owner, and that was easy with the VRBO texting feature and even called and talked to him in person for one concern that he helped us with immediately and was very courteous. I would definitely recommend this property. It is a little pricey, but we will never find a better property than this, I am sure. If you consider the 6-7 hours we spent on the pontoon boat, when we had time, it really brings down the price compared to renting one. If you are looking to visit the Lake Geneva area, this is a great place to stay.

Perfect Getaway for All Ages!
Our family group of 19 ranged from age 2 - 73. The layout of the house allowed for the early risers to stay away from those who wanted to sleep in, and for the adults to converse, watch movies and play cards in the evenings after the kids went to bed. During the day, there were lots of activities in the home, yard or detached garage for people of all ages to do as well. We added on the boat/pontoon rental with the home and that was also a great experience for our group! Lake Mary has a lovely sand bar and also restaurants that can be accessed from the water.
Mike was wonderful to communicate with prior, during and after our departure! The information provided in email responses and also pre-populated guides associated with the rental had every guideline and detail you can think of! He even put together a welcome slideshow with pictures I sent him when he found out our trip was to celebrate my Mother's 73rd birthday!
Hands down our family would stay here again! Not only was the house great, but the town is adorable and has all the amenities you would need.

The 10 person dining table allowed for a great family style meal. The beds were comfortable. The fire bit was amazing with the swings and the size. This home had everything to make your stay smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and will be sure to recommend to others. Mike was incredible with communication and made us feel welcome with the hand written note and candies left at our arrival. The easy access by code was fabulous too. Between the 2 families, we had 10 kids under the age of 6 staying with us and we found the house to be well equipped to entertain everyone, adults and kids, as well as plenty of beds and space! Mike was an amazing host. He was available to help us and quick to respond and extremely hospitable. The pictures were very accurate and the home just felt new and clean and was very comfortable! My only negative was that the bottom of the property is on a major street, so we were a little nervous letting little kids running wild through the yard and had to have adults stand between the road and the kids to make sure a ball didn’t end up on the street. The play structure was great and my kids were so grateful for a place to get their energy out! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again if vacation time the area again! Some places we enjoyed exploring near the house were downtown Lake Geneva (15 min away), Stade Farm (15 min - highly recommend for kids!), and Volo Auto Museum (30 min).

A large variety of games were also available. There’s also a pinball machine, ping pong & foosball tables. The seating around the fire pit was great too! Nice hot tub, although we didn’t use it very much, the first night the temperature was too cool. The quad bicycle is really neat, but we didn’t take it out a lot, as we felt traffic was pretty busy to cross. The 10:00 A.M. check out time was pretty early for us, but we managed to do it! Check in is at 5:00 P.M., but the house was ready and we were able to check in by 4:00 P.M. which really helped us out. Overall we had a great time!
