This was our second time staying at this property and area. We will visit again sometime. Leah and Kurt addressed any questions and issues we had quickly. The pool area could use an extra net cleaning throughout the day as it got dirty which is expected with so much use. The condo is nice and tidy. It is stocked with cooking needs and some extras.

This condo is beautifully decorated and has a very nice view of the Gulf and the beach and was very comfortable for our family. We plan to return next year. We have stayed at many of the condo rentals at Inn by the Sea and this unit was by far one of the best!!

The condo was nice but the pool was filthy. Apparently the filter was broken and there was a film on it and bugs. We couldn’t even get in it the next day.

This condo was kept up so nice. I could tell the owners must use it because of the personal touches….huge tv in living room…access to channels….comfortable beds and very clean. A little gem. Weekend manager, Doris I believe, was so nice and accommodating. We celebrated our 40th anniversary with a renewal ceremony on the beach. Great Memories.

We’ve stayed on this property many times through the years and we love the location, quite atmosphere, and all of our favorite restaurants and shops are 5 minutes away. The bay and pass are a must visit for us 3 times a year.

Location was amazing. The condo was as described. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. It was so convenient to be able to set stuff up on beach and come back to condo for a snack without having to pack up everything. Beach was clean and not crowded. Our only complaint is the water pressure. If you need high pressure hot showers, you will need to get up about 5am. We will definitely be back.

The facility was excellent. It was more than I expected and was equipped with all the amenities. My only complaint was that I could not check in and the Welcome Packet until the next morning and caused some issues. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! Thank You

We have stayed in several different condos in this building, and this one was the cleanest and most comfortable by far. You literally can't get any closer to the beach anywhere in the Mississippi Gulf Coast area. The beds were super comfortable, the condo was clean, and came with beach chairs and towels, and even a kite for the kids to play with. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

Had a great experience at this complex and the unit it self. The only suggestion for the unit is more pots are need, and the dryer is very slow drying other than that the unit was very comfortable and homey.

This condominium was absolutely amazing. The owners and renters on the property were all nice. The view was wonderful. Plenty of restaurants close, the grocery store was near and shopping close too. We will definitely come back. Our condo was super clean and contacting the owners was super easy.

My friend and I really enjoyed the unit. It was a very clean, quiet property. Even with rain the whole time, we had a great vacation! It was very easy to communicate with the owners. Kurt and Leah are excellent hosts for their beautiful condo. This was our first time on the Mississippi Coast and the location was ideal for a quick day trip to New Orleans and the surrounding areas of Bay St. Louis and Gulfport. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and very spacious. The parking and elevator were in a good and convenient location. The pool was very large and had plenty of seating around it. My husband and sons enjoyed the well equipped weight room. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The views of the ocean are better than they appear in the pictures. We definitely recommend renting from Kurt and Leah and hope to stay in their condo again!
