Room 2, Is barrier free reachable for Wheelchairs, A free Parkingplace is aviable in the Yard, the location is in the middle of Downtown.
2-5 minute walk to a lot of Discounters, Pedestrian Zone, Restaurents, Fish&Chips ect...
A good Washing Machine with dryer funktion is hidden in the Kitchen.
Water is ultra quick very hot if you want.
Well sized TV with Netflix in the Livingroom.
A Water E-Cattle, Toaster, Fridge/Freezer, Oven with 4 ceran heating places on top, and a Microwave, all Items has been very clean!
The Main Bus Staition is around the Corner, and surprisingly very quiet!
I have used a queensized Air-Bed Matress instead of the marode "Sleeping-Couch" in the Living room. Mom got thde double Bed in the Sleeping room.
I bought also two Read/Nightlights for the Bed sidestand in the Sleeping Room.
The Toiletbowl is very low and in Square, maybe good for tiny Dwarfes, or Toddlers, but not compatible with an oval raised toilet Seat for Handycapt people like my Wheelchair riding Granny Mom ;-)
A new remote from Amazon for the TV would be also nice (Amazon UK 6-16 Pounds), I have used my old Galaxy Note Edge with an App as replacement. Some Idiot has stolen the Batts and the Lit, and the Cherry on the Top was the broken out Irda light inside of the TV-remote
A new Set of Cuttlery and Plates would be also nice.
And one Window needs some Maintenance.
Idea / Tip for the Owner: Maybe a sliding Door for the Bathroom, Barn Style, and also a swinging Shower Door would make Room #2 really 100% Handycapt barrier free ;-)

Clean, comfortable, secure, good location.
Nothing to dislike but access arrangements could have been clearer. Very easy once host was telephoned and self access process explained.

Why does the host tell so many lies

The location is fantastic and so are the interiors. But had problm getting into the property. The main door code was not shared and the host was not picking up the phone either.
The entry code should have been shared. There was no one in the reception as well for any help.

Excellent location close to shops, bus stops and easy access to train station. Property was very clean, warm and comfortable. Considering it’s close to the street it was very quiet. All cleaning cloths new & unused.
•Had to buy toilet roll as none left.
•would benefit from a cafetiere for coffee drinkers
• difficult to regulate temp of water in the shower- either cold or extremely hot
•one panel in window blinds broken off so unable to keep curtains open due to privacy.

Our host is a lovely gentleman called Sashen. He arrived promptly to help us settle in. He showed us to our apartment and was able to answer any queries we had😊🙏. Everything one needs to enjoy a comfortable stay is included, even a washer dryer 👍😊. The stay includes towels, bedding, a fantastic kitchen to include all utensils and cleaning items- no stone left unturned here!!! The bathroom has a double shower cubicle with sink and toilet-all spotlessly clean. One of the great advantages of staying here also is the onsite free parking! The apartment is so central with everything you need just a couple of minutes walk to include a very handy Sainsbury’s local supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops and of course the famous ’Buttermarket’! Your also just a five minute walk away from the beautiful ‘Waterfront Marina’, Cardinal Park (Leisure development housing a multiscreen cinema, fast-food brand restaurants and a nightclub.) and this location is very convenient with being close to all road, rail and bus routes! In fact the ‘Old Cattle Market’ bus stop just a minutes walk. I’ve stayed here with a young person with Autism and he’s been very settled - this says a lot! Families who have caring responsibilities as well as those who don’t will find a warm welcome and your host could not be more accommodating to meeting your needs. Thank you again Sashen.

The host was nice, the studio flat was clean. The kitchen was well-equipped (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, washing machine). The place would suit well for two people.
The description was a bit misleading (saying there's a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room) - it's only one big room which has a kitchen part. Based on the description, we expected the flat to be suitable for 4 people, but it was a bit small and didn't have enough cutlery and mugs. The photos shown on the advert are not of the studio, but of the lobby from where the flat opened. The bedding for the sofa bed consisted of two rugs and pillows (at least the latters had pillowcases on it) without any sheets. The place is quite central, and it was a bit loud on a Saturday night.
