Very bad

Rooms were nice.

Employee who was attending us was extremely slow and was unaware of what he was doing.He took almost around 40 mins to check us in.When we book it it was with free hot breakfast however in the morning they mentioned they don’t have staff to serve breakfast this is so disappointing.

I usually have a good experience.

I’ve stayed there many times for my medical appointments. I usually have a good experience which is why I come back.

Disappointed that the front desk girl refused to check me in before check in time. Although when the gentleman from the next shift arrived, he checked me in right away. I was grateful for the courtesy, as it takes two flights to get there and tired from treatments.

Comfortable, friendly staff, great breakfast, awesome suite!

Very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Closeness to the Smart Financial Center is why we chose the location. The room was super clean and the staff was phenomenal!

Great location and stay!

I loved everything about my stay! The location was perfect, the view and breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were really nice. The pool was an added plus for my son and his friend to enjoy while my husband and I got to relax on their comfy patio sets.

The beds were kind of hard, but I think that is just a personal preference and it really doesn't affect my rating at all! We actually plan to go back again this weekend!

Very nice property but...

The property is well kept and modern. The beds are comfortable and in good condition. The breakfast is very sufficient and they have something for everyone. The staff was very courteous at every interaction.

The TV went out while we were watching, which was a bummer. However, they fixed it the next day. There was a weird instance where housekeeping came into our room while we were at breakfast 0930 to change out towels and stuff. The odd part is that we were about to check out in an hour. We were at breakfast, so all our stuff was open in the room, and my mom came back to the room to find them in there. They were supposed to wait until we checked out before going in that morning. So, just be precautious not to leave your wallet or purse in the room. Since we were just downstairs at breakfast, I didn't feel the need to take it with me. Maybe I am paranoid, but people can steal your identity or credit info in a heartbeat.

Loved the room size and cleanliness. Excellent area!

Our room did not get cleaned after the first night. There was a loud commotion in the hallway for about 2 hours at night

Not the best

The hotel is very nice as was the breakfast. That is it. They charged me 20.00 for extras that I never used. The tv did not work the entire time for a Comcast issue. Only one plugged work for charging. And the worst is they rented out the bar so couldn’t do that. So no tv and no bar and charged 20.00 for not.

Very good value for a nice stay and great location.

Breakfast and location are both very good. Having an HEB next door and a refrigerator in the room is also very nice. Laundry facilities are very good. Gym is surprisingly good. There is also an outside pool.

Very minor defects in the bath and bedside clock. No quarters available for laundry at front desk. Scrambled eggs were ok but not as great as previous visits.

Clean and good amenities.

This hotel stay was good. My hotel room was clean and came with a fridge and microwave. Hot coffee available throughout the day was a plus for me. Location of hotel is conveniently located next to shopping distance. Walking distance to a grocery shop and other shops/restaurants. About 7 minute drive to Sugarland townsquare with other restaurants and things to explore. Overall stay was good and would recommend for short stays/work trips.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel stay.

Not many options for vegetarians. Less staff to handle refills.

Very poor customer service. I was very tired when checked in and wanted a cup of tea. There no tea bags kept in the room. When called to ask for tea bags to guest services I was told to come down myself and get them. There weren't even water bottles in the room. Would never go back to this or any Hampton Inn Hotel. Waste of top dollars.
