You would be renting the 1st floor of this lakefront home with beautiful views of Lake Winnisquam. This property includes a sandy beach, firepit, grills as well as boat docks (available upon request).

Awesome first time stay. at this vacation home. It was exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable for our family of 5! Craig our host was very accomodating and available for any of our questions. Definitely coming back to our little slice of heaven !! The raza family

location, location no better spot. Already planning next years trip. Between friends and family we booked both the upstairs and down. Plenty of room for everyone. Craig is quick to respond to any questions.

The house was perfect for our week. Craig was great in getting us set up and boat docked for the week. It’s clean and even with a full house we never felt cramped. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Had a great time on a golf weekend. Great house. Craig was very responsive. Apparently the guy from Lobster Connection restaurant (at the start of the driveway) yells at all the cars that drive in to slow down. Doesn’t matter how slow you go. It was entertaining after a while! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place on the lake! Quaint and scenic, plenty of room to relax, cook, sleep, etc. Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen and overall very comfortable! It was a pleasure to stay there.

Had a fantastic girls weekend. The owner was quick to respond and friendly. Directions were clear and concise which made staying there easy. And the extra blankets were a nice touch and needed as it was chilly. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The house is in a beautiful and convenient location on the lake. My kids had a great time kayaking and boating. The house was perfect for a weekend stay. And the egg sandwiches next door at the Winnisquam Country Store- yum!

We loved our stay at this house on Lake Winnesquam! We had 4-5 adults each night - we were in town for a family reunion. The house was clean and spacious and there were lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the view. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the country store - and to the Lobster Connection! Craig was really helpful and so easy to get in touch with for the few questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time at the lakeside home and made the best of the week in spite of the rainy days. The house was spacious enough for all of us. We cooked in the kitchen and on the grill most days and found plenty of dinnerware, pots and pans to accommodate our needs. We relaxed by the fire pit whenever possible and enjoyed watching the boats go by. The biggest detractor for us was the bottom of the lake. While it was sandy at the shoreline, the rest of it was sludgy muck about 6-8 inches deep. It literally sucks the water shoes off our feet. Between the smelly muck and the long weeds that wrap around your legs, the swimming experience wasn’t great which was a disappointment for my family of water lovers.

Had a fabulous time at this lake house. Plenty of room, beach excellent for all ages swimming. grandchildren loved it. fishing from dock, swimming and scuba from the beach. Weather cooperated. Fires at night. Great Memories made.

My family and I had a great vacation at the Lakefront Retreat. It was very clean and Craig even left us real maple syrup and candies, which was very thoughtful. The air conditioner was already running when we arrived, which was very much appreciated since it was a hot, humid day. The location is great and we were able to get a lot of boating time in. We enjoyed eating on the back patio with the beautiful view and watching the other boats in the lake. There are some people walking from the public part of the boat dock through the back yard of the property to go to the Country Store or The Lobster Connection. The people were all courteous but it is worth mentioning if you are looking for complete privacy. Also my kids, husband, and I really enjoyed the ice cream stand that is right next door. Having a washer and dryer was another plus. Craig was a great host and we look forward to renting from him again.

It's the perfect spot to watch the boats etc. A no wake zone. The outside table and chairs on the beach were plentiful for our guests. It was great place for family to come for the day , especially having our own boat slip.

Not our first time to the lakes region for a winter fix, but first time at Winnisquam. The location is so convenient to everything and the view right outside the door was amazing. The house is very comfortable and as clean as the pictures show. We actually got to meet one of the owners and the housekeeper and they were very welcoming and friendly. We had breakfast( twice actually) from the Country Store and it was delicious!! Definitely recommend this spot and would stay again if we go back to that area. Thank you so much !!!!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this family friendly property. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and perfect location. Owner very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Stayed at the lake house for a bass tournament on nearby lake. Lovely first floor with plenty of space in each room for all. Owners were out of town when we stayed but were quick to acknowledged an error with cleaning. Overall a great place, foliage was beautiful lots of things to do even with a slower time of year. Outlets for shopping close by, great restaurants and many opportunities for outdoor activities. The house was a quiet relaxing place to land at the end of the day.

Nice location with private sandy beach. Large patio to enjoy meals. Comfortable beds and quiet location. Fish restaurant/takeout in front of property with excellent fresh seafood.

Had another great week at the lake. Perfect location. Has most things you need within walking distance. Also easy to get to “both” sides of the lake. Fire pit was a nice addition this year. House itself is in good condition, has washer/dryer and is vacation ready, just bring food and clothes.

My friends and I loved our stay at Craig's place! It is within walking distance from one of the best breakfast spots around and the water! Doesn't get much better than that. Not to mention the wifi is incredibly fast. We will most definitely stay again!
