ABOUT THE HOME: Beachwalker Bliss is the vacation rental you will want to visit year after year. This single story 3 bedroom home sleeps 9 people, and is nestled away on a cul-de-sac less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. This beloved home features a secluded private pool and jacuzzi in a backyard oasis. The open floor plan is ideal for family fun and entertaining. Let the kids splash around in the pool while you put your legs up and relax after a fun day on the endless white sandy beach. There’s a lovely wrap around porch, outside shower, and the home is loaded up with all the fun stuff: bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a grill.
The name ”Beachwalker” comes from the happy times I spent with my family on Amelia Island at my Grandparents house on Beach Walker road as I grew up. I told my wife tales of that place often and we searched hard to find something that had both the romance of the original Beach Walker property and the new things we coveted like being just a 10 minute bike ride from all the fun at Seaside. We were lucky enough to find it here in Beachwalker Bliss at Seagrove Beach – we hope you love it as much as we do.
ABOUT THE AREA: Seagrove is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Watersound, it offers an array of public beach accesses and great restaurants. You'll find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party's needs. Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach and want a different experience. From long walks on the beach, to taking Jeeps off road, 30a has everything you and your guests need to enjoy a great get away.
BEACH ACCESS: There are several beach path accesses just a few blocks away. There is no parking or other amenities but they are very close. The closest beach with parking, showers and restrooms is Santa Clara Regional Beach Access, which is less than .5 miles to the East.

Whole thing was really easy. Very well informed about instructions. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Pool & Hot tub was a fun addition! Being able to walk to the beach was so nice. Love the open floor plan. Was so great for our group. We had never had a bonfire on the beach before, it was amazing that it was included. We had so much fun! Highly recommend this home and 30a Beach Girls! Thank you for the great trip!

I can't express how much myself and my group enjoyed our stay. I was very nervous about whether or not it would be accommodating for what I had in mind for the birthday celebration however, our stay exceed my expectations!!! Communication with 30'a Beach Girls was easy and seamless, the home was beautiful, everything we needed was present, and accessing the area and beach was simple because of the app!!! A wonderful experience and I plan on staying again!

Our first impression upon arrival and seeing the Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Area was disappointing and shocking to say the least. The pool and hot tub were dirty so we notified the management company , 3A Beach Girls and they sent someone out to "'clean" the pool, all he did was use the skimmer to remove some of the debri. After he left and we looked around some more, we noticed how filthy the patio furniture, deck and grill were, some of the patio furniture and a small table had been chewed by someones dog.. In the kitchen, we found that someone had put dirty dishes, pans cups and utensils back into the drawers and cabinets. My husband contacted 3A again but heard NOTHING back from them until I posted a negative comment on their Facebook page a week later, and the day after, they sent someone to deliver flowers and a note apologizing. Because we did not hear from them immediately as promised, my husband spent all of the first day cleaning the dirty plates, etc, and EVERYTHING outside. The amount of dirt that came off of the patio table was disturbing, the white cloth was BLACK!. We discovered that the bench for the table was broken also. The final straw was when we were sitting outside on day 10 (we rented for 2 weeks) when the landscape guy showed up with a leaf blower unannounced and walked into the backyard where we were relaxing around the pool. I have Asthma, and the leaf blower fumes set it off. I was pretty upset given the course of events that had occurred since our arrival. I called the management company and they said they would be right out. Holly and 2 other ladies arrived to discuss what had happened. They claim they never got our messages about the problems, yet they had responded regarding the pool, and one other time because we had an issue with the noise from the smoke detector. They apologized and asked us how they could "make it right" offering us a credit for 1 night which we still have not seen on our credit card. Ultimately, these issues should not have occurred, the property should have been cleaned inside and out and ready for our arrival which it was not. While the location close to the beach and the privacy of the neighborhood were fantastic, our experience with management company was not. Ultimately, someone neglected to do their job to make sure the property was ready for our arrival. We will not rent it again, nor anything else that 3A Beach Girls offers.

Property is spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Excellent communication with 30a beach gals before and during stay when needed. Beach is a 7 minute walk, or just 2 minutes on golf cart. Beds are comfortable, backyard private with eating area, pool, hot tub, kitchen well stocked, bikes fun, and good location. Place is as advertised. Will rent again!

We had a marvelous time at this beautiful rental house. The location is fantastic and the set up is so accommodating no stairs! The pool and hot tub were priceless. We ate all meals outside. It was truly the best time. The house is very well stocked with all essentials and the house managers at 390a beach girls are so welcoming and informative. The house was one of our favorite rentals and if we are in Florida again, we will rent it again and again!!!

What a delight! Outstanding location. Home is spotless. Excellent layout with plenty of room. Divine backyard, its a special spot. An exceptional, caring property manager firm. They helped us arrange a memorial bonfire complete with candles and paper lanterns. One of the best experiences we've had, anywhere in the world. Excellent location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable home exactly as advertised. This home was better than advertised! 30a beach girls was easy to deal with on any issue that came up. The backyard was the absolute best! We used it every night and day! The Pool was also fabulous! Our family utilized all aspects of the home and everything was as advertised or better! 30a beach girls throws an amazing bonfire for the all the guests and it was our favorite night. We drove the golf cart and bikes daily and decided we need bikes at home!! We'd absolutely return and will recommend it to anyone looking for a perfectly located, relaxing beach home. The backyard is a vacation destination itself!
This home was in a great location around 10 mins away from all major attractions the beach, seaside, restaurants. Beautiful backyard with an amazing pool and hot tub. House itself was spacious and clean, kitchen was used regularly and stoked well. Host were available the one time I needed them and were very helpful I would stay here again if I am ever going to travel back to the area and I hope to!

As last year everything was perfect, except the rain. The rain then caused the pool to change colors but a quick call to beachgirls and they had the pool company out. It rained a lot this year but we still had an amazing time.

Summer getaway heaven!
As an experienced Airbnb/VRBO host of 7 years hosting and visiting other hosts throughout the world, I can reliably say this was the best experience I've ever had. The house was beautiful, the backyard and landscaping were all gorgeous, and our group could not have been happier. There is ample outdoor space to enjoy a bbq and visit while cooling off in the pool after a day in the sun. The backyard is truly the rockstar of this home.
All beds were comfortable, the house was spotless! Close to the beach and dining. Having bikes and the golf cart meant no vehicle!! Loved it!

The pool in back was great, location was perfect!
Situated in a quite neighborhood 2 blocks from the beach and amongst some very high-end vacation homes. The pool in back was great, location was perfect, and the house was stocked with all of the essentials and even some items that were nice-to-haves (4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach canopy, towels, bikes, etc.). Overall, we enjoyed it. Two items worth noting, the pots and pans need to be replaced (very old and Teflon is cracking off) and the master needs a fan as the AC unit does a better job cooling the the front rooms versus the master.

Close to the beach and fully equipped
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by large, newly built vacation homes, this home was a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. We went during peak season in late June and the beach was not crowded at all. The pool in the backyard was great for mid-afternoon and evening swims after the beach. The home is within biking/jogging distance of the shops and restaurants in Seaside. There were lots of pool/beach toys for kids as well as 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and one canopy that we used at the beach. The management company was great to deal with. The only drawbacks were 1.) the pots and pans need to be replaced, and 2.) the master needs either a ceiling fan or tower fan to circulate air at night because the AC didn't keep The master as cool as the front bedrooms. Overall, a really good experience.

Great location and house but...
This is a very nice house and a great location. It's in a nice neighborhood, close to the beach, and close to Seaside. However, upon our arrival we saw that the pool was absolutely filthy. It could not be used for three of our five day stay. We chose this house for the pool and were very disappointed that it was kept in such poor condition. The average cost per night for this house was $1600 so we expected all of the amenities to be in tip top shape.
The backyard is infested with mosquitos. The trash cans were full upon our arrival. And the third bedroom has glass doors that connect to the main living space. So our children found it difficult to sleep when anyone was in the kitchen and living room area.
We would not stay at this house again. I hope that they work these issues out for future guests.

Disappointed
Bugs in the backyard would swarm and bite even in the pool. Needs to be treated by pest control. The pump on the pool did not operate properly even though we complained at least 3 times. The pool was filthy with an algae stain and finally got cleaned the 5 th day of our stay. We stayed there last year and it was great, we were not impressed this time. Many of the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. The one frying pan that was there was awful.
It is definitely a beautiful property, in my opinion just needs attention.

Great location in Seagrove Beach! Just off 30A but private enough that you wouldn't know it. The heated pool makes this an ideal rental for families with children. We stayed in mid march and our kids were in the pool everyday even though the temperatures were only in the upper 60s.

We arrived a little early but it was just enough time for a shopping run to nearby publix. The house was immaculate and ready for our crew. House was very clean, all nicely decorated. The backyard lent itself to peaceful afternoons chatting and for almost every meal, truly our favorite spot. The pool and hot tub was a great place to relax after the beach (provided you removed all the sand first, we promise)! The two bathrooms were a good size and furnished with plenty of towels for pool/hot tub and showering beach towels also included. The living room had a great TV with numerous streaming channels. The Kitchen was very well stocked with all you could possibly need to cook and serve full meals plus cookies and banana bread yes we bake on vacation! While the house is nestled in a semi woodsy neighborhood off the main road, it was still convenient to everything. We went all up and down 30 a on the bikes and rented a golf cart as well. You are so close to seaside and the beach.
Kudos to 30 a beach girls Tye, Hollie and Joy who are very kind kind and great communicators. It felt as though we made new good friends. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!!

Feet Wet
The house was very clean and well stocked. The Nest thermostat did give us some problems at night when trying to keep the house cool - it kept resetting itself to a higher temp than originally set - this was reported to the property manager so it may no longer be a problem. The pool was not clean when we arrived and the property mgr was able to finally get a pool company to clean it 2 days after our arrival. The house is a very short and manageable walk to beach - take note that the beach is well below street level and many stairs must be negotiated to reach the sand. But the beach is beautiful. The home is also close to Seaside where we had a few meals and went shopping. We cooked out on the provided gas grill which was clean and relatively new. Overall, I would give it a 4.5 stars with the only real issues being those already mentioned. The entire family really enjoyed the stay. If you're looking for a 3 bed 2 bath home this would be perfect for you.

Wonderful vacation
This home is exceptional, the pool is a major plus. Only lacked one item and it appeared quickly after we asked. Quick access to beach and not far from food, shopping, etc. Everyone had a wonderful time, hope to return next summer!

So amazing! Wonderful vacation
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 30a Beach Girls property! From the gorgeous pool, hot tub, garden area, to the outdoor seating and eating areas, to the well-appointed bedrooms with very comfortable beds, everything was great. 30a beach Girls property managers were very responsive when we had an issue with a bike. We loved being able to walk to a great breakfast spot Cowgirls Kitchen down the street as well, and appreciated the nearby biking trails. 30a for touring and the beach are also just a short bike ride away. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for a spectacular stay, the backyard was a terrific home base we miss it already!!!!

Beach getaway
Property was beautiful. There were 2 golf carts parked in the driveway when we arrived. I had asked for an early check-in and cleanup crew was denied. The clean up crew was 30 minutes late getting finished. We were delayed being able to check in and then the golfcarts were parked in a manner that we had to park down the drive way where it was difficult to get in and out. The golf carts were left by previous tenant to be picked up the next day... They wound up staying there in our way for 2 days. UGH. The pool heater had been left on and the pool temp was 97 degrees so it was the next day before we could use it. Trash cans were overflowing along side the driveway. First impressions were not good but inside the house was very nice. When you pay this price though you expect it to be perfect.

Unbelievably beautiful property. Truly special place. Exceeded our wildest expectations! We will be back! Thank you 30a Beach Girls for the great memories. We had so much fun with our pool party.

Amazing House and Location!
Our family loved this house! The central location made it easy to get to and from every where on 30a. The kitchen had everything and more then what we needed. The beach was just moments from the house and the cleaning crew was very professional and helpful, we did a midstay clean. This home and property are so lovely I can't stress it enough. The back yard is extensive. We were able to play in it everyday, we purchased boocee and it was so fun!. The pool is quite large. I was able to swim laps in it which I thoroughly enjoyed. Hollie and Tye were very accommodating even with the check out process. We usually stay at Watercolor and we enjoy this so much more. We definitely will be back soon! We had 2 adults and 4 kids.
