I LOVE the animals! This is ABSOLUTELY NO REFLECTION UPON THE PROPERTY! THE PROPERTY IS JUST THE VERY BEST! After all! We are in the desert! RIGHT! 🦎 I had a lizard visit me in my room on the second day of my visit!! I GOOGLED IT! That is very much a sign of ‘GOOD LUCK’! He REALLY did not want to leave! Lol! 🦎

Relaxing slice of desert paradise.

If you love secluded beautiful landscaping, soft music, water at a perfect temperature, attentive staff and cute rooms, this small boutique gem of a hotel is for you. Bento box breakfast was fabulous.

The surrounding neighborhood is not great, but when on the property you are worlds away. Several other spas that feed off the same spring are nearby, none seemed as lushly landscaped. The Good House has breakfast and lunch options but there are few dinner choices nearby. We found a great Indian restaurant at a strip mall.

overall great for 2-3 days-

I loved JJ . she was very kind and accommodating. ( as was the rest of the staff) the temperature of the pool and hot tub were wonderful. the food items and juices on the menu were tasty :) having shade from the trees at the pool was wonderful as I don’t like full sun. it’s a small property so it was not to busy

I thought the bathroom light was wayyyy to bright so I had to cover it up with two towels to dim it. it would have been nice to be able to see the mountains and sunset somehow from the property. I had to go to very back and go under a tree to see the gorgeous huge mountain and sunset. Also the property being cashless was easy but I like paying cash so that will probably keep me from staying there in the future. I’m not sure why I paid more than my two friends that booked after me and they had a kitchen area:-(

It was a relaxing stay spent swimming in the pool and drinking coffee in the hot tub next to our room.

The two heated pools and vast grounds were wonderful.

I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Good House for anyone who likes hot springs.

The setting is very nice, with the whole facility enclosed by a wall to make it feel like the oasis it is. I enjoyed the bento breakfast. The pools are nice and the water is sublime -- one of the best hot springs I've ever visited. I also appreciate that it was adult-only, as I prefer quiet enjoyment and a peaceful environment in which to fully relax.

My room, which was quite clean and otherwise well-appointed, lacked handy hooks for hanging wet or worn clothes, or a place to put suitcases aside from the bed or the floor. The blinds on the door and side window didn't quite cover the windows entirely and were in need of replacement or repair. Basic cable would have been nice. I was provided vague instructions on the TV policies, which I can't say I understood (a printed sheet would be helpful).

Superb

The location was just close enough to Joshua Tree to get there early enough in the morning. I didn't get to experience breakfast, but next time I do a trip to Joshua Tree I will stay here. Kinette was very nice and helpful, especially considering it was Christmas. The pool and hot tub were great, and my room(#3) was comfortable and clean.

Very nice getaway.

I loved your property. I did not have your full breakfast. Vanessa is a wonderful hostess! She is very attentive to guests. My only suggestion is to ask day pass guests to practice a bit more serenity in the pool area. Vanessa was focused on making it a pleasant experience for all of the guests, yet she agreed that sometimes guests come in with a party attitude and are unaware of others' need for a more quiet atmosphere. I did not bring up the subject, she had kindly asked if I was disturbed by other guests, as she very thoughtfully felt the need in the future to emphasis tranquility with some guests. It did not spoil my stay however. Just saying, there was a day couple, very sweet, intent on their own party and Vanessa realized this. Vanessa is a keeper. I was impressed at her work load and at the same time keeping such cheerfully warm and hospitable attention to all the guests. I can say this as having worked in the hospitality business for 10 years and know it is not easy to juggle. For the cost of stay, it might be nice to have some fruit and bakery items with a little milk for coffee in the morning for overnight guests.
