We loved how light and airy the property was. The location is perfect, right on the beach.
We loved everything about it

Gelijkvloers appartement. Woning is zeker OK.
Onmenselijk veel lawaai van een kermis waar je bijna middenin woont. Velen gebruiken er een generator die DAG EN NACHT doordraaien.
Geen verblijf voor de zomervakantie. P

A homely feeling. Lovely finishing touches. The host remembered things that we forgot. Neighbours are friendly and welcoming. The sandy beach on the door step.
Nothing not to like.

The owner very kindly left bacon and eggs for us plus basic foods tea coffee sugar soup beans etc as well as a bottle of buck's fizz. A lovely gesture.

All on one level. Lots of natural light. Lovely courtyard at the back.
How close it was to amusements and bars. Would have been nice to have known this. One bar only three doors down had ‘happy hour’ on a Sunday afternoon giving out cans of alcohol for £1. The language that could be heard was shocking, especially as there were families around.

I was so happy to see the personal touches and the breakfast and bottle of wine was a lovely touch, I can’t think of one bad thing about my stay. Even our dog was catered for with treats, bowls and even poop bags. The garden was perfect for us not to stress about the dog running away.
Nothing it was genuinely perfect

Loved the location right next to beach and fair ground.
Being able to bring our dog was brilliant.

That we didn't have time to stay longer!

Location - very close to the ocean, nice size flat with contemporary design
The weather 😉 Matresses in the children's room need changing as the springs are pushing into your body as you lie down

Lovely apartment, clean, high end furnishings and accessories. Spacious, comfortable with everything you need to self cater. We chose to have a meal out each day. Recommend the Saltwater Inn, Tandoori takeaway and the Jolly Sailor.
Welcome pack was very welcome! Owner very quick to respond to queries.
Right next door to Coney Island so on a weekend, (I guess in school holidays, the same) very busy but noise not a problem inside the apartment.
Would have liked some information about what is around in the neighbourhood and also to do with the apartment ie rubbish day, where to put litter, the heating system but not a problem, we worked it out.

well presented
lots of little extras.......flowers, wine, welshcakes, shampoo, washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, beach toys etc
benches outside and garden
able to get into property early which was a bonus with a toddler
quite a lot of noise from upstairs flat
litter always out in street didn't get cleared away

Easy to find, close to the beach and just a short walk from the harbour and main town. Parking is permit only outside, but there are a small number of free spots roadside . It would cost £7 per day to park in the paid bays across the road. The property overlooks the fair and there is a bar further down that plays loud music, but this is barely noticeable once indoors.
The apartment is accessed at the front up approx six stone steps to the front door where the key safe is located - this was easy to find and operate. There is an additional key within the property too. A small entrance hall with coat hooks and shoe rack (couple of deck chairs and some childrens beach toys) leading to the front room with two recliner sofas, wall mounted tv, glass table with four chairs and a reasonably well equipped fitted kitchen. There was ample cutlery and crockery,
The bedrooms are a good size with the main one having doors to the rear yard and recycling bins, this has a really ocmfortable double bed, handing rail, dressing table with mirros and two bedside cabinets - so loads of storage space. The smaller rear bedroom was still a good size with hanging rail and cabinet. Double bed with single bunk over.
The bathroom is a good size with fabulous blinds! Bath with shower over (turn cube away for rain forest shower; towards you for the hand attachment). There is a cupboard that houses the boiler.
There is also a storage cupboard with vacuum, brush, step ladders and other cleaning stuff and the heatiing is operated from the thermostat on the wall and is quick to heat up.
Overall, it's clean, comfortable, great location though I think it could be noisy in summer and parking may also be an issue over the busy months unless a permit is supplied.
Not important, but a lack of knife variety - had to use small serrated knife to slice bread.
Extra storage for wash bag, etc would be great in bathroom

The property was clean , tidy and nice and warm with all domestic facilities at our disposal. bedrooms were plenty big enough with loads of wardrobe space for our clothes.
Maybe access to the front could be a bit easier but that’s only a minor thing
