Amazing sea view and cozy environment!
Our room was quite small
5.0 / 10.0
Great view
The mattresses were very soft and you can have a good sleep.
The room was clean.
The owner was extremely helpful and polite. He brought us fruits and coffee at the room and he treated us yoghurt and local honey at the first day.
There was enough space for parking.
When we made the reservation there was not a foto of the room, only fotos from the other rooms. There was only a misleading general description (two bed room with sea view). You can imagine our disappointment when we realised that our room was partially a container.
The beds were separated and small.
There was not a wardrobe or even a hanger, and not enough space to take out your clothes from the suitcase.
The bathroom was very small, the shower was above the toilet and no shower gells.
There were many smells on and off from the landlord's kitchen and from the garbage.
There was not a space to sit and enjoy the great view. You should leave the door open to see the view from the inside of the room. Otherwise you should be standing at the outside.
There should be a clear description of the room when someone is about to make a reservation.

Nothing. It was the worst booking experience ever
The owner of the studios was totally unexceptable. Despite we paid for 2 double rooms (we didn't select single rooms), when he saw that we were only two visitors (1 visitor per room), he leave us waiting for 15 minutes into the night (our arrival was at 23:00), just for removing the second pillow and the second towels from our rooms. Everything into the rooms is cheap. He has the cheapest tables, the cheapest beds, the cheapest chairs etc. Moreover, you have to follow unlimited rules, if you gonna stay there. Everywhere you see notes with rules, and you got informed for even more rules by the owner himself when you arrive. Moreover, he works as a spy, as he want to have the curtains open on the front glass door when you leave the room. As I didn't follow his rules...he got inside he opened the curtains and he inspect the room in order to see if I follow his rules. Moreover when I asked him why he removed the second pillow and the second towels dispite we paid for them he started to yell on me.
If you want a pleasant stay on Mykonos, please don't go there. The owner will destroy totally your vacations, as you have to follow his order in any way.....even by yelling on you. My worst booking experience ever....I am attaching some indicative photos with the one pillow double bed, and some of the unlimited notes existing all over the room.

Very nice and helpful host :) The host gave us useful tips and delicious fruits ;
It is a little bit far away, so you need a quad and the beds are seperate (two single beds)

the owner of the apartment was extraordinarily kind and welcoming, he gave us all the advice we needed to visit Mykonos in the best conditions and the best places to eat at the best price. I highly recommend this place the view is exceptional and the owner is of a rare kindness.

We're a couple from Malta. Fate brought us here as we didn't give up when due to windy weather the ferries were cancelled. We came by plane. The holiday was amazingly relaxing and the host is really friendly and tries to help in any way he can
We made a real friend and we hope to come back again soon. The island is really sweet and has much to offer in terms of relaxation not just for the party lovers. Thanks

The host was AMAZING! It was lovely to have a local to take the time to visit with me, and share about his 67 years on Mykonos. He picked tomatoes from his garden for me, helped me select the best figs from his tree, and helped me with basically everything I wanted or needed. (I could go on. But you get the idea.) The location was a little distant from things (10-15 minutes by car?) But the views of the bay at sunset were worth it! Very quiet and peaceful. I hope to return! Overall, it was just lovely.
It is more of a BnB than an Inn, even though there are several (10?) rooms. But there was no central area for gathering really. I moved some of the patio furniture around so I could sit on the deck and watch the sun set and eat my dinner that the host ordered for me. (They could use some more patio furniture.) The accommodations themselves are VERY simple and basic. But the A/C and fridge work great. It was VERY clean. And it is a bit remote. But if that is what you are seeking, it is not a negative! I enjoyed the quiet.

Fantasic view (you are up on the hills, some distance from Mykanos city). Very helpful owner.
"Typical" old scool greek lodging. Pine kitchen, hard madrass, small basic bathroom, stone benches and plastic chairs. Not close to city (you NEED to rent transportation to stay here). Way to pricy if you look at what you get (but be aware that the prices at lodging and everything else in Mykanos is HIGH). Mosquitos! Thin walls, so you felt you were in the room when the next door lodgers started up.

The studio is very nice with a large 3 beded- room, a generous terrace in the sun, hard to sun bathe when there is no wind, a large bathroom, a kitchinette outside and a small balcony always giving a bit of shadow. The view is fantastic over the sea and other islands at the horison. A pleasure to stay in the sun on the white terrace or get a bit of shadow on the small balcony at the table outside. The room has air conditioning for the times when the island wind "meltemi" is not blowing, as when it is blowing the room is automatically refreshed by an ingenous system. The whole house is very well and ingeniously build by older and perfect techiques. The owner is very nice and told us a lot of stories of it, of the island and of the wind, where to go and what to visit, including where to find good food, the best cheese, cheaper supermarkets or order at home. He generously provided us with everything we needed at the start and even at a very late hour when we arrived. We visited the island's famous windmills and the little Venice part and Mykonos white town in the burning sun. We really admired the locals and their love and dignity of living on a baren island. We visited Delos the archeological site - a must see.
There were several thing that should be improved and we are sure they will be given this was the first time this studio was on the market. The kitchinette was lacking a minimum of everything which the owner provided on the spot as best as he could but still it should be endowed from the start. The wardrobe had a smell even though it was freshly cleaned, supposedly a disinfectant solution which combined with humidity and closed doora made it unbreathable. All was clean like linens but still having an old smell. The bathroom had a default of the toilet flush which was repaired in several days as the spare part was arrving from Athens. Still after that the flush was not enough and we had to continue to use the bucket. The washing machine was not working all through the end as it stopped at the last two operations. The tv was here but not working at all. This was a bit too much to take at 200 euro per night. It's true the island is famous for enormous prices but maybe those offer super exceptional conditions. This studio on the mainland should be probably a max of 80 per night in the high season. If you do not rent a car you are lost in this labirinth of rock and roads too far away from every bus stop, supermarket or beach. The island conditions which we had to get used to even though very hard (a baren island full of rocks and brown land, no flowers no trees, one could see only in some gardens, is hard to digest when you know Greece and its beauty. It is even more desolating in the sun to climb up and down baren hills. Some places look like the desert. No birds of animals...Of course the water is scarce, the wind is blowing which at times it is even benefic, so there are natural things we do not consider should increase the price of this studio only because it is so on this island. This island is not for normal or older people with grandchildren for a normal vacation. It is for partying on the beaches or bars all night long.
