This means that there can be NO MUSIC or YELLING and voices MUST be kept at a low and respectful level. In addition to quiet hours, voices and noises have to be kept at a respectful level at all times while staying at the home meaning no noise can surpass the property perimeter lines. Any neighbor complaints or evidence of noise level rules not be followed will result in immediate cancellation of reservation.**
We offer additional services such as pool heating (if applicable) that can be purchased from our store, early check-ins, public parking passes, and much more through our online tourist portal.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. We ask that you treat the property as if it was your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. We also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as we have a close relationship with our neighbors and do not want to cause any problems. Please no loud music or disturbances. Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules. We want to mention that first so you are aware.
Children are welcome here! however - please keep your children safe. Home is not childproofed.
1. Check-in /Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Unless otherwise authorized by the management company. We MUST have 24-hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 11:00 am checkout time.
All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.
2. Guest Interaction: We love to meet and greet all guests. However, in the event that this is not possible we also offer self-check-in with a door code. We have the right to ask for ID, the credit card used for booking, or other forms of proof of identity and payment. We may also ask guests to present ID. Person traveling with guest will not be permitted on property before booking guest has arrived and is confirmed with ID.
3. Guest Access - All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.
4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in the listing. It is very important that the maximum occupancy rule is not violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.
5. Unauthorized Guests - Although we do not mind if you invite a friend or 2 over to visit, please do not have extra unauthorized guests stay the night or for extended periods of time. We do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless previously agreed upon when you booked the rental. All overnight guests must be listed with the booking and any guests over 10 people limit incur a 50$ per night charge.
6. Parties or Events: We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. Only authorized guests are to be in the house and around the pool area. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level. NO BIG EVENTS OR PARTIES! Please be sure that extra guests leave by 12am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Please understand that any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your entire deposit and immediate vacation of the property.
7. Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! We do not allow pets of any sort. Any evidence of pets will be an automatic forfeiture of your damage deposit ($250 fine).
8. Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or grass) or outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the home (ie smells of smoke, ashes, burns, etc) will be an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit and an additional smoke remediation fee of $750 will be charged.
9. Trash: All trash are to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. You will find trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash bag and take it to the trash bins. Please make sure all small trash cans have a bag liner before putting trash inside.
10. Inspections: Property Management has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given. The guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
11. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to reserve the house. You will be required to submit payment using the payment link provided within 48 hrs before check-in. The deposit is in addition to the nightly rate and will be refunded in the same manner paid provided the following provisions are met:
*No damage is done to the unit or its contents
*All debris, rubbish, and trash are placed in trash cans and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. If the house is left excessively dirty and there is excessive trash left in the house, there will be an additional cleaning fee deducted from the deposit for the extra cleaning time. The guests will be notified immediately.
*No linens are missing, damaged, or excessively stained
*The Occupancy limit of the house is not exceeded at any time unless approved in writing in advance
*There are no police enforcement actions by the City or Homeowners /and items 4,5,6,7,8 and 9 are adhered to and there are no violations of house rules as posted in the house.
12. Check-out: Check-out time is at 11:00am unless a late check-out is purchased via the Tourist Portal (upon availability). Checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the place and get it ready for our next guest. Please text us when you leave so we can get the crew in asap. Also, be advised that failure to vacate on time may result in charging your deposit funds.

The house was beautiful and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and games provided. I had several questions, and the host was extremely quick to get back to me. We also had an issue arise with one of the showers while we were there. Again the host replied promptly and had it fixed within hours even though it was a holiday. I was impressed!

After 10 hours of travel I looked forward to checking in and taking a hot bath. They sent a code to in the afternoon so I could get the key out of a lock box which turned out to be the wrong code so I couldnt get in or get the key to the house out of the lock box. This went on for over two hours. Property management kept texting directions - 2 different wrong codes at two different lock box, one by the trash cans with flies and mosquitoes setting in. Asking me to send video of what I was entering... The nice neighbor tried to help me and she also confirmed the codes were incorrect. My phone was getting low on battery - I began looking at nearby hotels, I was out front in a neighborhood off a busy road and as a single woman traveling alone, it was very unsettling and I was concerned for my safety. My experiences with VRBO up to this point has always been great but whomever manages this property was unsympathetic and for this property is problematic. Finally they sent a nice man named Donald who came out to the property and let me in to the house at almost 9pm. This should have been done from the get go rather than just telling me to go grab a bite to eat.... Two very heavy suitcases, a briefcase and I was using Uber for my entire business trip.

We very much enjoyed the pool and house before a New Years Cruise. The home was well appointed with all the dishes and supplies you would need and then some! The property manager dropped off a volleyball and a pump for the pool balls during our first day of the stay which was amazing customer service and very much appreciated. We loved using the heated pool during December. I'm not too sure about the neighborhood as we didn't have a car and ubered to a grocery store so I can't really speak to that. We had a very relaxing stay!

My husband and I brought our three children (16, 12, & 5) and my parents. This is a very clean and spacious house. All one level which was great for my parents. The outside is what made it so amazing! The pool was a hit and the patio area was so nice. The area was quiet. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful! We will definately be back!

Property owners were great, we visited during the historic flood in Fort Lauderdale, the property stayed dry inside and the owners kept checking in on us. Kids loved the pool and the wildlife that visited us.

This place was just perfect for our group. So clean and every detail was well thought out. The Property Management was available to us for questions 24/7. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon.

We had a great 10-day stay at this property in Oakland Park. House was recently renovated and and was accurate to the listing. Backyard was phenomenal. Serene setting on a little lake. Plenty of outdoor seating for outdoor meals and sunbathing. Pool was bath water (You do need to pay a extra fee for heating, but well worth it for a February stay).

The home appeared to have been recently renovated, and the kitchen and laundry room and poolside area were well furnished and fantastic. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, bath and pool. We paid extra to heat the pool and that made it the center attraction for our stay. The drive to the family beach (Lauderdale by the Sea) is about five miles and the high end Las Olas Boulevard area is easily accessible, too. We took our grandkids on Bluefoot Pirate cruise and they loved it. The neighborhood is generally quiet, but not that of Florida elderly out grooming their grounds and walking their dogs. We didn't see neighbors out and about and we generally didn't take long walks in the area.

Wonderful house
This was great for our family of 6. Kids spent hours in the beautiful pool and sitting by firepit. Much of the house has been updated recently.
There was 1 small issue of cleanliness and manager dealt with it promptly and professionally. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
