The flat was really clean & the decor seemed fresh. Very comfortable with excellent facilities.
My only complaint was the squeeky sign on the shop next door when it got windy 😊

Everything, location, facilities, cleanliness, information provided regarding the apartment and the local area. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Would defo recommend to friends and family and come again.

it was nice and cosy and it had everything we needed was in a very good location about. 20 min walk to york centre. John and Eddie where both friendly
nothing really it was perfect only thing that I could say was the shower took a while as it kept switching from hot and cold and going very dull but other than that it was amazing

Location was good. Smelt of chips but that wasn't too unpleasant!
We had to cancel our third day as plans had changed. I did this in good time but was surprised to see that I was charged the full 3 days. When I queried this CiryLets informed me that the minimum booking was 3 days - no-one told me this when i spoke to the office. They have offered a free extra night should we wish to book again in the future. It will be interesting to see if this is remembered for a future booking.

Had everything we needed for a short stay
Traffic noise. Needs a better sealed window and as some of the units had blown it didn’t look very good.

Breakfast N/A. Location good.
Not really a question of not liking but what might add a little more - one or two hooks in the shower
room would be good. Maybe a soft light lamp on the breakfast bar (when you switch on the bright kitchen lights the sitting area is also lit with bright lights). We found the sitting area a little cramped but it wouldn't stop us making a return visit.

Clean, light and well equipped property with a comfortable bed. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. Good communication and clear location instructions. Check in was easy. The location was a pleasant walk into the city. Plenty of buses available too. Opposite racecourse. Nearby takeaways and pubs. Brilliant record shop.
Hot water in shower a bit variable in the morning. The neighbours watched a noisy film until late one evening, otherwise we were unaware of them. However we would happily return.

very clean, complementary bread was a nice touch
slight road noise but didn’t affect my sleep
4.3
Owner helpful and accessible. Parking good and a nice bar nearby. Easy walk to the city centre.
Mrs found the outside stairs tricky.
4.3
Plenty of public transport to take your into town centre. Beautiful area.

I found the apartment very comfortable, at the location there were 2pubs where you could have a meal if wanted also a bus stop where 4 different buses ran regularly and a Tesco store 10 min away . It also only takes 30min to walk to the walls of York .

Ideally situated, very close to bus stops also local shops and two bars. we tried one, closest to apartment, and food was lovely. Property very clean, layout was well thought out, kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable.
Stairs leading into property were very narrow and steep but this was mentioned in advert.

Nice clean apartment. Breakfast items provided was a welcome touch. Location good - 40 minute walk into city centre.

Very clean and well laid out. Had all the facilities needed for a lovely stay.
The traffic noise in the bedroom, but we got used to it quickly and it did not impact on our stay.
4.3
The location is excellent for access to the centre of York without using a car - half an hour walk or regular bus. The host could not have been more helpful in sorting out an issue that was not of their doing. We truly felt cared about.
4.3
Kitchen very well equipped
Owner had left bread, milk, butter, jam, tea, sugar.coffee which was a nice surprise.
Bed huge and really comfy.
Only downside was the stairs to the entrance but we did know about these in advance so can't really complain.

super nice little flat. The walk to the city center it’s like 30-45 minutes but totally worth it!
The host was super nice and we got to meet him by the end of our trip, he provided the flat with milk, coffee, tea and cheeky biscuits! so CUTE!
the shower was low pressure but it did the job

Breakfast was not included, however, on arrival, there was a small loaf of bread, with margarine and jam available, along with fresh milk and biscuits. The accommodation was a self-contained flat and is an ideal home from home and is excellently located for access to York. There was also a dedicated parking space. It has all the facilities required for self-catering if required. It even has a washing machine.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.

it’s was perfect
location for the city, and we even did the park run !! AND 2 little local pubs next door

More lighting to entrance couldent see stairs

We were surprised by the fact that there was milk, bread and a supply of teas and jams and butter. We had brought all our own breakfast foods with us. Past experiences were of tea and coffee so a plus for the host for going beyond our expectations. The accommodation was very clean and the information and instructions left were very clear and concise even to the point of notifying us that we didn't have to leave until later than the original timing.
I would question the given distance and walking times from the accommodation to the town centre.
The stairway to the accommodation was quite steep and narrow. I think this could have been highlighted in the information for the flat.
The locks are a bit offset and it can prove to be difficult to get the key in.

The apartment was clean and cosy with everything you could need. The owner had left us bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, sugar and milk which was a nice touch. The apartment is just over a mile from the centre and is located on the main road in to town. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment with regular buses. There is a Tesco, fish and chip shop, Chinese and two pubs near by. We ate at both of the pubs which were both very nice. The train station is also about a mile away. There is also an allocated parking space behind the apartment.
The apartment was lovely, the only slight downside for me was that there is a step up to the bedroom and a step down to the bathroom, which I forgot about when I got up in the night and took a bit of a tumble. So don't be like me and remember the step. Other than that this is a great apartment in a great location, with plenty of amenities near by.

The property was immaculate inside. We had been approximately 1.4 miles from York town centre and 1 mile from the race course well in walking distance. When we got into the apartment it had that fresh modern clean look, to our surprise there had been Milk, coffee, Tea, and biscuits and bread, butter and Jam that came in handy for the evening and for our first morning breakfast. Up the road about two miles there is a Tesco’s and also an Aldi’s about 6 miles away. Basically everything on your door step from pubs and restaurants. We had taken our mountain bikes and did the route from York to Selby 30 mile bike ride crossing the River Ouse. It is on the trackbed of an old railway line as far as Riccall, then on a mixture of back roads and a path by the side of the A19 for the rest of the way. It's part of the Trans Pennine Trail and National Cycle Network Route 65.
The property was on top of a busy road. The shower temperamental with getting the correct setting for hot and cold.

Clean comfortable private couldn't fault it it was lovely
Just the traffic noise and I like a bath but thats my preference

Ideally located for the racecourse
