Placut

Aveai ce sa mănânci însă la cafea așteptai foarte mult.

Muzica foarte tare la restaurant, pana la ora23.30 -24 . Nu puteam sa dormim.

Perfect

O locație absolut sublimă, cu personal dedicat , implicat și foarte reactiv , camerele spațioase și curate , vedere panoramică spre mare extraordinară , poți admira răsăritul direct din balcon, hotelul are loc de joacă pentru copii destul de mare , bine amenajat și cu nisip , plajă curată fix lângă hotel este excellent, liniște și relaxare . Program artistic în fiecare seară la terasa hotelului cu vedere la mare .Mâncarea diversificată și proaspătă. Raport calitate preț excelent. Numeroase terase și magazine în apropierea hotelului. Recomand cu toată încrederea

Not worth the money

Location.close to the beach

Not enough coffee machines,queues too long in the morning at breakfast for coffee .towels not changed in a week.not enough elevators , very slow and crowded. The only advantage was the beach.very close to the hotel.old furniture smelly bathroom. Another annoying thing was the hotel parking.you could stay for 15 to 20 minutes for access in or out .this hotel makes you feel like you are back in comunism era.

Because I stayed a little, after all it was ok, but I wouldn't come back for a longer stay.

The location was very nice. The elevators worked well and we could get to the rooms and back to the beach very easily.

First of all, the fact that check-in was at 16:00 compared to most hotels that have it at 14:00 was a problem. Then, the fact that the young staff at the reception was slightly overwhelmed by customer requests was not exactly to our liking. Also, from our room you could hear the engines of some installations on the ground floor of the building. In the morning, although the breakfast was ok, it was very stressful that there was a long queue at the entrance to the restaurant, because each person had to be checked in a table like in the old days.

Overall it was good.

Close to the beach, nice view, nice personnel.

The room wasn't very clean, the floor carpet and the beddings were stained, the bathroom flooded from taking a shower.

Bathroom bad condition, I was sitting on the balcony and the chair just broken under me,the lifts vary bad working had to wait more then 7 minutes to go to my room,no cleaning service at room, at all in 4 days,

Worse than the previous last 2 years

Room was not cleaned properly, AC did now work, bathroom faucets and shower were faulty, rusty and leaking, couch was damaged, the room looked bad

The view, we had the room at 13' floore with an execent view to sea side and Mangalia Very close to the beach And for lunch, it was 50 lei all you can eat :))

Decent experience and now we know what to do on our next visit.

The friendliness of the reception/parking/cleaning staff. The promptitude with which they responded to complaints/needs (e.g.: we had a broken fridge in one of the rooms which was changed with a working one - the replacement and the cleaning of it all done in about half an hour since we notified the issue at the reception). The location is nice. The room, overall, is decent. The facilities are well though (e.g.: a room, near the reception, in which the guests can leave their beach-related items). Access to the nearby pool (which was clean and nice - I don't recommend, at all, to buy any type of cocktail/milkshake - overpriced items prepared poorly, with ingredients kept in bad conditions).

The room's placement - we had them on the south side, close to the parking/pool - there's an industrial "fan" near the building which can be heard even with the balcony door kept closed (next time I'll be sure to ask for rooms on the sea-side or anywhere else where there's a bit more silence at night). The entrance door, to one of the rooms, had a really poor sealing which, during the last night, being a bit windy outside, it was almost impossible for us to sleep due to all whooshing sounds it made. The bathroom's plumbing is spilling out when taking a shower (there's water on the bathroom's floor almost always). - - these last couple of issues were communicated at the reception when checking out. The personnel in charge of breakfast and the breakfast experience overall - unprepared "minions" and the supervisor was cranky and lacked any type of professional/kind approach to the guests, and most of the time they had to be notified about missing/not working stuff (which made the supervisor crankier - LOL).

Superb

The location is nice, right next to the beach , proper size for the rooms, ac, polite and friendly staff, romanian tourists should remember that this hotel is in Romania not in Ibiza and for the paid price is decent,has everything you need , nice rooms , ac , access to pool, prices on the beach were decent
