Frukosten var mycket bra

Vi hade önskat få Afternoon The men det var fullbokat vi hade gärna velat få använda spa-avdelningen på söndagen men eftersom frukost tiden var satt till kl.9.30 så hann vi tyvärr inte nyttja det innan vi var tvungen att checka ut enligt reglerna

Overall the ambiance, location, and cleanliness were great.

An old lady was about to die from choking on a piece of meat that obstructed her airways. The people and staff were panicked; they couldn't do anything. I saved her life with the Heimlich Maneuvers, but I didn't get any appreciation from the hotel, not even a single letter.

Nice and cosy weekend spa-relax-swimming possibility

Excellent location, nearby Västervik. Room with all what you need and seaview. Great wellness with swimmingpools and hottubs. Great floating sauna on the water and even indoor. Friendly reception and possibility to borrow bikes for free.

Nothing really to complain only the pricing, but it is not a hinder :-)

Could have been nice but disappointed! maybe better in summer.

The spa was great, the location is great and we enjoyed the surroundings of the hotel.

Restaurant was bad, the food is bad considering the prices. The service quality was poor, they forgot orders, forgot to ask for dessert wishes. only very junior staff that don't want to work. Room where noisy, you can ear ppl passing the corridor. The room was hard to get warm we had to live a keycard in the the room to make sure heating stay activated.

Wonderful Hotel

Everything was superb. The best spa we have ever used. Dinner excellent. Room fabulous with amazing view. Comfy bed and quiet rooms. Staff on reception made us so welcome and attended to our every need. Compliments to Jamie in restaurant and Veronica at reception.

Beautiful location, rooms and great spa

Extremely beautiful location by the sea. Well designed. Our hotel room faced the ocean. Fresh and well designed rooms and great spa with so many indoor and outdoor pools.

Just a minor detail but… maintenance seems to have fallen behind slightly (during COVID). The men’s change room was a bit smelly, the shower hose slightly broken, soap dispensers loose.

Good spa weekend

Great facilities with all you need in a spa, which never felt crowded. Very good breakfast served in a nice setting. Staff was helpful, massages were nice. Very good location if you want to explore nature, take a boat or visit Västervik.

Beds could more comfortable. Quite pricey.
